Anger itself is negative therefore, anger cannot be utilised in a positive way. Anger is successful only with animals and uneducated persons, those who are working under your control. 

Whenever anger comes, you have to keep quiet for one minute or take a short break. Then continue your talk or work. If your anger is uncontrollable, it is better to quit from the activity temporarily.


Anger is like vomiting. Very difficult to control. But you have to. 

Relationship and friendship and other relationship will be lost because of anger. Be careful in handling people.
