Don't try to remember your weakness though it's haunting you. Your strength is not remembering your weakness. When we become old, we must understand that our body is sufficiently used during young age. Be satisfied with that. Your body is retiring gradually from this world. Retiring is a process and we need not worry about it. Let the body become weak, but your mind should be strong. Spirituality only can help you during this time.
