 Dear abhyasis, don't allow your mind to think. Engage your mind in one or other work. If you don't have work, think about your Master. 

Practice Silentation regularly to reach a condition not to think. 

If your thinking reduces, your tension, stress, anxiety alongwith cholesterol, B P, diabetes and other mind related complications.
