The external method depends upon the name and form and so it is called Saguna, whereas the Nirguna method is worshipping internally through pure  mind in utmost Silence .  Nirguna worship being the purest way of worship to Invoke the Divine power of Shivam is known as Antharanga - Shivopasana.         

     SatSri.Subrahmanya Shiva Balan ( SSB ) , the spiritual guide of SSB Socio Spiritual Foundation , Bengaluru has introduced a simple practice called Silentation which easily lands a practitioner in the Antharanga Shivopasana worship. Under the precise guidance of Satsri . SSB , the construction of an Abode of Silence called Mouna Mantapa with boarding and lodging facilities is under construction at Yelahanka , Bengaluru . This unique monumental structure is exclusively dedicated to create awareness among general public as well as interested devotees in worshipping Nirguna Shiva . 

     When people get connected with the Shivam within a human mind through this Antharanga - Shivopasana , problems . they lose all their worries , anxiety , fear and other such problems.

     Generous donations from the members as well as philanthropists are being utilized for the construction of Mouna Mantapa . This noble cause needs to be augmented with hearty and valuable contributions from the public in the interest of the welfare of the society .
