SPIRITUALITY AND BANKING

 

Banking means keeping in safe something.  In the initial stages, rich people wanted to safeguard their valuables with somebody with whom the faith is there.  He used to take care of all the valuables in a secured place and the valuables will be returned to the depositor as and when required.  This man may be an employee of a King or a Rich person.  Expenses for the same will be shared by all the depositors.  There was no transactions at that time neither lending money nor valuables to anybody, who need it.

Later on, the depositors, who are all good Samaritans, thought of distributing the wealth to needy people without charging extra, but with a condition to return the same to the Bank.

Since truth was prevailing at that time, people who use the wealth of the bank used to return the wealth in time.  If the loaner is unable to repay the wealth back, the bankers usually write off it because there is no meaning in harassing the person, who could not repay it because of his genuine problems.

Banking of today’s type started few years back.  Rich men never thought of making money from money, since they did not want to do so or they need it.  But after some time, people, the bankers thought of utilizing the opportunity of encashing the help that they do to the needy people.  Initially, simple interest was introduced to the user to use the money or wealth used by them and the interest will be returned along with the principal.

                  Today’s banking has become a business totally and they are not worried about the loaner and his problems.  They want their money back in time with interest, whether he is able to afford the same or not.

 Spirituality is Dharma or Righteousness and Truth which should enable everybody to live with peace and happiness.  Banking industry is one of the best industries today to help people who suffer without money.  But money is not given to a poor guy who may or may not return the same to the bank.  Money is given to develop money again and not for survival and living.

 Dharma says, collect interest from the deserving ones and try to help the poor through lending money for their survival.  Sometimes, the poor may not be in a position to return the loaned money, the bank has to bear and earn through other means.

 There are so many small time businessmen in the country.  Instead of taking interest from them ask a share of their profit.  Thereby they are not pressurized for interest.  Whoever is not making profit, you have to wait until they make profit and further help to be extended, like business consultancy, marketing, investment etc.  Without that how do they utilize the loaned money properly and diligently?

 Simply giving funds does not give a help to a poor guy who is really struggling to do his business.  Further educating the loaner in his business and regular education is to be given to him to educate him like simple arithmetic, language, billing etc.  The more attention given to him and his welfare, he will not try to cheat the bank nor feel of not returning the money.

 Introducing spirituality in banking means to educate the bankers and their employees to know the need of the hour and do help accordingly.  At the same time know the risk before giving, so that the banker can afford the loss or not.  Bring the rich people together through banking and make their wealth for the help of the poor and needy.  Instead of charging interest, become a partner of the lender’s business.  Know the difficulty in business and enjoy the share of profit.  

 Like, the banking industry should involve in the lender’ business to understand his problems and time to time advises should be given whenever crisis come.

 When you practice a right spirituality, your mind will get changes according to the need of today. This spirit inside you really wants to help you and others who are attached to you.  Help comes automatically without your effort and you will find the right customer for your banking and loans. You will not have tension and stress in collecting the money from lender.  There cannot be any NPA and loss. Activate your spirit before doing anything. This spirit gives correct knowledge to act.  The results also come accordingly.

 When you spiritualize anything, it gets the purity and anyone who uses it also gets purity. The behaviour and thinking also change according to the need.  Because spirituality means “Present” or NOW and it does not have anything about the past and future.

Spirituality helps who want to work on the present.  This work gives tremendous effect in the future and every time you work on the present, forgetting the future.

 What is going to happen depends upon the work that you are doing at present.  You cannot work in future, because future has to come to materialize it.  Get energy by spiritualizing yourself to work in the present and strengthen the future without worries and anxiety.

 Select the right customers for advances through spiritual knowledge and truth, to avoid future problems.  Extend your spirituality to your borrowers also to work in truth and Dharma.  Feel the friendship between you and your borrowers and try to help them whenever they need help.

 Be happy by spiritual banking and give happiness by spiritual lending.

     Every being in this Universe possesses an Inner Power. This is available inside the human being also. The specialty of human being is that he is having a mind which can be expanded. And, it is possible only for human being to realize the inner power & make use of it for his life.

      In all the other beings, the inner power directly works inside taking care of the animal/prani on its welfare and protection. But in human being, because of the samskaras and thoughts this energy is not able to help him. This energy is given to every Prani only for protection & welfare, Many human beings are not aware of this inner energy called as GOD within, available in him. 

     This inner energy, if it is allowed to expand on the human being's mind, it removes the unwanted samskaras & ego. Once the ego is removed from the mind, this inner energy occupies the entire area & functions on its own. This relation is compared as the sacred relationship between an ideal father and son. 

     Ideal father never expects his child to ask for anything but provides everything to the child knowing his needs and requirements. A child feels so comfortable with this father and enjoys his freedom because of love. 

     This is the sacred relationship between the inner power (father) and the son, the human being. If you don't allow your father to enter in your home (mind), he will not be in a position to help you from outside. Open the door of your mind and allow the inner power to enter so that your inner impurities, i.e negativc qualities, thoughts and samskaras will be removed gradually. The more you are allowing the inner power to enter in your mind, more evacuation of samskaras and ego will take place from you and starts expanding further beyond your body level ( becoming adhi athma) to the universal level (paramathma).

     This is possible only through silencing your mind because the inner power is silent. Once you withdraw your feeling of doing everything by me, this inner energy expands inside automatically with a power of protection for you and your life.

     This method is very simple provided you are able tỏ evacuate your inner thoughts and reach a condition of thoughtlessness. Since it is not easy by an ordinary human being, because of his day today transactions and desires, you require an assistance from some one who is capable of evacuating the mind In N.C the N.C MASTER is capable of removing the impurities of your mind through his yogic transmission and create transformation of mind towards positive qualities He also does a divine process called translitting from his purity available within him through which He connects your soul directly for its preparation to expand. When both things are done simultaneously in N.C, the practitioner starts experiencing the energy initially as peace along with benefits and later on different stages of spiritual journey.

     All the youths of today can utilize this system to gain more courage, capacity and caliber. They will not worry about failures because success comes automatically when they work hard with efficiency, truthfulness, dedication and sincerity. God gives everything to the person, who is positive all through his life. Create positive qualities through N.C.system and attain everything for you which are not desires. 

     The Nature Consciousness is the energy which tallies with the Nature outside. If anyone is sincerely practicing this N.C system by following the principles of N.C, his inside nature or the inner power expands to the outside world and mingles with the energy of the rest of the world. Thereby the practitioner experiences the energy everywhere and becomes eco-friendly in nature. They never think of destroying the nature or the nature's creation. He becomes the friend to the entire creation of the universe and does not harm anything that belongs to the nature including him. 

     N.C special system is a process of practice to convert your small Nature (small self) to the large nature (expanded self). It also gives the experience of this Nature through becoming the Nature Consciousness.

Marriage is the process of binding two minds and souls together. It is a sacred connection between a woman and a man. When a woman and man reach maturity, marriage is proposed between the two to start a new life of togetherness. The life one lived until marriage, whatever it may be, should change after marriage. Living with a person of the opposite gender is very interesting and thrilling, which will create happiness, joy and peace. There must be a difference in the way of experiencing peace, joy and happiness in each ones life, year by year and age by age. To have different kinds of experiences in life, one should definitely marry; otherwise, marriage is not required. Marriage is not for simply having the progeny , but beyond.

Marriage is really for providing safety and protection to each other. The love between a husband and wife should be pure and nobody should be allowed to enter in between that. The husband should keep his wife in his heart, and vice versa. Before marriage, parents would have occupied the first place in a persons heart, but after marriage, this position must be replaced by ones own life partner.

The sacred love between the couple need not be explained to others. Otherwise, it loses its sacredness. No parent will be generally against the peace of their children and they seldom come in between the couple. In case, anybody else, be it parents or close relatives or friends are trying to create a rift between a husband and wife, it should be thwarted by both. It is a life of sacrifice between both and should not be a life of adjustment. Both should understand the strengths and weakness of each other and behave accordingly. They must understand each others individual needs and try to accomplish them within their limits. Each should know the other persons earning and earning capacities. Each one should know the others friends and keep cordial relationship with all the well wishers. Since the couple is made for each other, they should not think of any alternative unless it is absolutely warranted. 

Marriage is a new life for everyone and must be prepared to accept the side effects. In general, the woman is more affected after the marriage than the man, since she leaves her parents and home, where she grew up with freedom. She cannot expect the same love and freedom from the in-laws, but it is her legitimate right to expect the same from her husband. She must adjust with the in-laws and has to sacrifice many things for her husband. She must study the situation in the new environment and try to change or adjust her way of life according to the environment. She must try to show love to everybody in the new place, and try to acquire maximum sympathy, love and respect from the in-laws. She must understand that her duty is not only to serve the husband, but also her husbands loved ones. 

The husband should understand that it is his moral duty to support and protect his wife on all rightful occasions. He should not leave her alone during crisis or at the time of some misunderstanding with her in-laws. He must pacify both parties and explain the truth from both points of view to bring solace and peace to both. He must understand that his wife is away from her home and belongings by purely depending on him for her life. He should not forget it, and maintain the sacredness of the love with her, at all times.

Try practising spirituality in daily life.

Approach your God Father or Guide in times of crisis.

Ultimately, live together for each other without any ill feelings. 

Live happily after marriage and give happiness to all those who are responsible to your marriage. 

MARRIAGE IS NOT DECIDED IN HEAVEN BUT HEAVEN COMES DOWN TO THE IDEAL COUPLE AFTER THE MARRIAGE

 

REALIZING GOD AND SUBSEQUENT MENTAL  CONDITIONS

 

             1.     God is energy-less energy, which has to be realized every now and then.

             2.     It is a process of knowing new things with the help of this energy.

             3.     This energy is not fixed at a particular stage, time or speed, but evolving all the time with various velocities.

             4.     This energy is all pervading, but can be experienced only through vaccumisation of “I”.

             5.     Vaccumisation of “I” ness is equivalent to purification of the mind.

             6.     Since the energy is extremely pure, the mind also should be kept pure always to realize it.

             7.     The mind must be filled all the time with blankness or without any thought so as to receive this pure energy.

             8.     It is not necessary that the blank mind always receives the energy, because in the evolutionary speed, we do not know at what time our mind tallies with “That Ever Evolving Purity”.

             9.     Duration of connection with THAT ENERGY cannot be predicted and not the same all the time.

         10.     If the practitioner is able to maintain the blankness of mind all the time, then the realization of energy at various intervals occurs.

         11.     The practitioner need not do anything, but maintain the blankness always along with vaccumisation.

         12.     Actually, it is very difficult to measure the speed and velocity of this energy. However mental transformation definitely happens because of the connection with the energy.

 

The following transformation can be observed in a God-realizing person.

 

               i.     He is able to maintain peace of mind most of the time, and all the time after a certain stage.

             ii.     A tremendous power of courage can be seen in him all the time without worries about the past or anxiety about the future.

           iii.     He stays always in the “PRESENT” confirming his connection with ‘THAT”.

           iv.     Desires in him get reduced gradually, and finally he lives without desires.

             v.     He is able to really experience that whatever happened is for good, whatever    happening now is for good and whatever is going to happen is also for good

           vi.     He prepares him to accept everything as it is.

         vii.     He loses discrimination among beings.

       viii.     He has only one quality in him, and that is only LOVE.  In fact he becomes an embodiment of LOVE.

           ix.     Initially he starts emitting the energy from him resulting in a condition, where those persons beside him start feeling a mental state of peace and calmness.

             x.     In the next stage, he starts transmitting the energy to others through mental   connection from wherever he is.

           xi.     After that he is able to transmit the FIRE directly or translit into the souls of others.

 

Every human being in this world has the potentiality of reaching to the stage of manifesting all the above qualities on his journey towards the ULTIMATE.

For this, basically the following mental attitudes are required.

He starts feeling that he is only a human being with the following ideas:-

·               I am not belonging to a particular sex.

·               I am not belonging to a particular caste / creed / set / religion.

·               I am neither rich nor poor

·               I am neither educated nor uneducated.

·               I am neither beautiful nor ugly.

·               I am neither a specialized nor a non-specialized person.

·               I do not think that I am a spiritual person.

·               I am neither healthy nor unhealthy.

·               I do not know whether I am good or bad

·               I do not think I have any objectives in life.

·               I do not experience my existence.

·               I do not know what hatred is.

·               I forget to remember Him always.

·               I do not want to know  where I am

·               I do not know whether I know anything.

 

What is God?

It is very difficult to describe the concept of God. This all-pervading energy–less energy has no qualities or mind. This mindless, quality-less energy-less energy can neither be seen through the naked eyes nor can be experienced by a mind with “I” ness. When the “I”, which is imaginary, loses its quality, it acquires the quality of the manifestation. No manifestation other than the human being has an imaginary “I”. They don’t need to realize the God, because their existence or life is taken care of by this God instinctively, without their knowledge. In human beings, because of their Samskaras that are created by the “I”, the imaginary “I” is not allowed to know this energy. If the mind is vaccumised, then this omnipotent energy available inside the human being appears in the mind as a specialized “nothing” giving the experience of “nothingness”. This nothingness is the all-pervading energy-less energy – so called as God. Once this God is realized, one’s life and existence will be taken care of by Him.

How to be positive always

 HOW TO BE POSITIVE ALWAYS?

Positiveness is the quality of perception. You can perceive any incident or occasion as positive or negative. An incident never creates negativity or positiveness because it has no mind. Perception is created from the mind, and also positive and negative.

No object or article has the capacity to produce negativity or positiveness. But the mind looks at it as either positive or negative. Normally, we perceive anything that grows towards humans’ help and life as positive, and anything that creates troubles, destruction, tarnishing etc. as negative.

It is very natural that an object, whether it is animate or inanimate, has to undergo various stages of growth, and at the end of growth it starts decaying towards the beginning. The process of growth is called positive and the process of decay is called negative.

When the human being is able to change his perception level from negative to positive, everything can be perceived as positive. For example, think that the baby is growing to a man’s level. We perceive this is to be positive. After reaching the end of the growth, probably at the age of 40 years, we can perceive the decline in him. This declining is perceived to be negative. When you convert your mind as positive always, you accept the truth that human being has to start declining at one stage with respect to health, mental attitude, earning capacity, relations, intelligence etc. A positive man through the understanding of truth accepts the declining stages as positive because it has to happen in everybody’s life. It is worthless to worry about the decline of human health and other aspects when you have reached a particular age. This is a truth indeed.

Similarly, every incident that happens in this Universe may be either related to earlier stages or accidental. These accidents occur regularly in our life (accidents means instantaneous incidents without prior intimation) which we face with our perception levels. So, in the Nature anything is possible without prior intimation or sometimes with prior indication. If we have prior indication towards a negative incident, we start worrying about it and anxiety will be built up without limits. If it is an accident, a sudden fear complex will be created towards the present as well as the future. These two things have to happen according to the Nature because happenings are a continuous process of the Universe and every happening is a change in this Universe and it has nothing to do with human mind.

If we are able to purify your mind, the negative perceptions are going to be cleared and you will be always positive towards any incident, whether it is an accident or that with a prior intimation. This positive perception will make you to realize the truth that whatever had happened is for good, whatever is happening is for good and whatever is going to happen is also for good. This level of perception is called highest positive perception or divine perception. Human beings with this kind of perception level will have tremendous courage to face anything in this world without emotions and can be successful always without fear or worries.

How to make use of the problems to become positive?

 All problems are the creations from the human mind and not from any object or a thing. When the human mind becomes powerful with positive thinking, problems are not created but detected. When you are able to detect a problem with a positive thinking, the solution comes automatically. Solution does not mean that it ends in the way, which  human beings normally equate that with success. Solution is a solution to bring an end of a problem – either failure or success. When the problem is totally removed, irrespective of  whether it is perceived as success or failure, then that is called a solution.

 When you are able to detect the problem in a scientific way, understanding the origin, creator of the problem, the people who are concerned, situations, and the objects or things involved in it, then you will be in a position to find out the solution for it with a positive approach. Every problem can be solved, but a solution towards the success depends upon the origin of it.

 

When your perception level increases with a high level positive quality, your approach towards problems can be systematic and effective.

 

Problems are the boons to give you experiences to solve them , so that your life in this world can be lead comfortably without affecting  your mind. When you are looking at a problem with courage to solve it, you never get depressed or anxious about this problem. This positive outlook of studying a problem helps you to remove your worries about the problem and the future problems connected to this problem.

 

So, problems are natural and cannot be avoided, because they are originated from the human mind. Once you are able to remove the “I”-ness in your own mind, the mind doesn’t feel anything as a problem and as a result solutions come automatically without your effort.

Students have been sent to educational institutions to get educated on various subjects and to learn moral values.  Nowadays, these educational institutions are not keen in teaching moral values to the students, especially in the colleges and in higher studies.  These moral values have got an important place in every human being’s life.  The students when they come out of their college  understand that life is only for earning and acquiring positions.  Professional colleges seldom encourage the students to improve their moral values which can definit6ely help them in their future.

 

Today’s competitive field every teacher have the complaint that time is nor their to teach the moral values to the students.  Though moral science is a subject in the schools, institutions do not give any importance to this, but neglect it without any reason.

 

When the students leave their colleges or educational institutions, after completing their courses, look forward to a good position and remuneration.  Yes, that is the motto of education.  But at the same time, living in the society is another way of learning many things.  If the students are prepared to face failures, though it is not desired, they have to undergo the pressure of the failures from their parents and the society.  By learning moral values, students learn to live with failures and also understand that life is not only success but failures also.

 

Due to the extreme competitive situation of today, every student need not get his desired position and sometimes he also faces unemployment.  Unemployment being a common factor, most students tend to divert their life towards achieving something.  They may not look into the positive or negative sides of their choice but simply jump to accept anything whatever they get on the journey of employment.

 

There are many negative organizations like, politics, terrorism, smuggling etc. attracting the students particularly when they are faced with failures.  If the failure is continuous in search of employment and position, then he becomes unable to bear the pressure and also the comments from the parents and the society.  He starts dwelling upon the issue and sometimes even conclude that both the parents as well as the society are against him and they do not understand his emotions.  He starts speaking alone without getting council led by anybody from his family or society.  But at the same time, he starts a search towards something without knowing anything about it.  If, by accident, any of the negative institutions or individuals happened to meet at this crucial juncture, he gets convinced and accepts whole heartedly that particular institution or individual.

 

With the regular contacts with this kind of anti-social elements and agencies, he starts thinking that he should become a hero and show to the society that he can also do something.  Regularly encouraged by these factors, such students take their life as serious to become anti-national and starts thinking on that path only.

 

The society is the looser when such incidents happen in our life.  And we are only the course of creating it.  In these circumstances, spiritual practice will definitely help the students to learn moral values and acquire courage to face failures.  Through a systematic and scientific method of meditation, students can get the inner courage to face their life through other inner energy awakened.  All the moral values will be automatically learnt through the expansion of the inner energy and the practitioner then becomes an asset to the society, irrespective of his success or failures.  Therefore educational institutions must try to introduce such effective spiritual systems to the students at least before they leave the college for entering into life.  This can give wonderful results to the practitioners and also a happy and tension free life to the society.
