Message 31 dec

 Message 31 dec, 9.52 am

1) Dear abhyasis,

The metaphor of the ocean and its inhabitants beautifully illustrates the nature of attachment and its impact on spiritual growth. Just as water animals cannot survive outside their natural habitat, humans, deeply attached to the materialistic world, find it difficult to transcend to a higher spiritual realm. This attachment binds them to the cycle of life and death, causing discomfort and disturbance, even after physical death.

True liberation lies in understanding the difference between using the material world for sustenance and becoming attached to it. The feeling of possession, though comforting in the short term, can lead to immense suffering if carried beyond life.

The goal of spiritual practice is to release these attachments, enabling us to move from the transient world of samsara (the cycle of birth and rebirth) to the permanent and peaceful state of the spiritual realm. By detaching ourselves from materialistic desires and focusing on our spiritual journey, we can make our lives and beyond more meaningful and harmonious.

Samsara Sagara, the ocean of worldly existence, reminds us of the importance of transcending the waves of attachment and finding solace in the spiritual shore.

1) Message from the Divine World to Humanity

O human beings,

You inherently belong to the Divine World. You were never meant to take birth in the materialistic world.

However, as humans, you find yourselves here, caught in the cycle of worldly existence. You endure unnecessary suffering, even though your true essence is divine. You experience feelings, emotions, and desires, and mistakenly believe that you are a permanent part of this material world.

In truth, you are only guests or visitors in this temporary realm, as your origins lie in the Divine World.

A truly divine being possesses no negative qualities. Divine beings neither cause suffering nor endure it.

Yet, as humans, you have adopted negativity, leading to unnecessary pain. It is now time to realize your true nature—that you are a divine personality.

How to Realize Your Divine Nature

To rediscover your divine essence, you must cleanse yourself of all impurities, which we call negativity. To do so, you need access to a supreme divine energy capable of negating your negativity.

At SSBSSF (Sat Sri Subrahmanya Shiva Balan Spiritual Foundation), we are blessed with this Supreme Divine Energy through our revered Master, Sat Sri Subrahmanya Shiva Balan. This energy can guide you on your journey back to divinity.

The practice of Silentation is taught here to help reduce and eliminate negativity. Through sincere and dedicated practice, you will gradually shed negative qualities and experience the divinity within.

Over time, this practice can help you progress from being a divine personality (Atman) to becoming super-divine (Brahman), and ultimately, the Supreme Divine (Chivam).

If this message resonates with you and you are ready to embark on this transformative journey, we invite you to contact us.

Let us help you awaken your true divine self.

 Message 27 dec ,2.13 pn

1) Dear Abhyasis,

You, as the Atman or soul, are currently in an impure state, but you hold the potential to transform into a pure state. The impure mind seeks peace, while the pure mind is inherently peaceful and no longer requires it. Understand that you and the mind are one.

As long as impurities persist, you remain attached to the materialistic world. A pure mind, however, naturally seeks to detach from these worldly bonds. These impurities manifest as thoughts, and it is through the remembrance of the Master that these thoughts begin to dissolve.

When thoughts disappear, you experience a state of blankness in the mind. This blankness is not emptiness—it is the manifestation of the Master's pure energy, which resonates with the Divine energy already within you. This is the emergence of your pure soul.

During moments of blankness, your divine energy becomes active and begins an internal cleansing process, often without your conscious awareness. If you feel a sense of lightness and peacefulness after entering this state of Silence, it is a clear sign that your mind has been cleansed.

In this state of blankness, your divine energy gains the power to purify your mind further. When you reach a point where blankness arises without the need for the Master’s form, it signifies that you are becoming divine in essence.

Complete Mano Nasha—the dissolution of the mind—occurs only when you are fully divine. At that point, when you exist without the limitations of the mind, you transcend into Chivam, the ultimate state of being.

This journey from impurity to purity, from mind to divinity, is the path to realizing your true self.

With blessings for your spiritual progress,

2) ---

We know that God is one. It is well-established that God possesses the attributes of being omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. Interestingly, these qualities are inherent in space itself.

Human beings also carry an element of space within them—this is the human mind. However, unlike the divine space, the human mind does not naturally exhibit these three attributes. Why is this so?

The reason lies in the impurities and negativity that inhabit the human mind. These impurities act as barriers, preventing the mind from aligning with the qualities of God. If one succeeds in purging these impurities, the mind can potentially resonate with the divine.

In essence, the mind represents a form of the soul—space tainted by impurities. The process of Mano Nasha, or dissolution of the mind, involves removing these impurities and transforming the mind into its purest form: the Atman.

The Atman transcends the limitations of the human mind. When the mind evolves into Atman, it attains a state of divinity. Divinity, or the essence of the Divine, is characterized by the absence of thoughts, complete purity, and stillness.

The Atman, a spark of Brahman (the universal consciousness), can then ascend further to the state of Chivam. Chivam represents the ultimate condition of human evolution—a state that is ever-pervading, infinite, and beyond the spatial limitations of the earthly plane.

While there may be multiple manifestations of Brahman, Chivam is singular and absolute. Attaining Chivam is the ultimate goal of human existence, where one transcends individuality and merges with the eternal, unified consciousness.

This journey—from the impure mind to the pure Atman and ultimately to Chivam—is the essence of spiritual evolution and self-realization.

3) ---

Dear Abhyasis,

When you transcend your impure mind and evolve into a pure mind or Divine state, your desires naturally dissolve. It is the mind that shapes your way of life. As long as your life aligns with your desires, you may experience happiness.

However, once you become a Pure Atman or Divine, your way of life undergoes a profound transformation. In this state, happiness—being fleeting and temporary—gives way to eternal peace. Divine peace is unchanging and far beyond the temporary nature of worldly happiness.

Mano Nasha, the complete dissolution of the mind, is only possible after you become Divine. In this state, there is no mind, only the infinite and eternal presence of the Divine.

Embrace this journey from impermanence to eternity, from desires to peace, and from the mind to the Divine.

With blessings for your spiritual progress,

🙏

Abhyasi- Why is it not "Becoming Divine after Manonasa" but the other way around?

Master-Divine doesn't require mind. The mind becomes a hurdle for the divine to transcend further to Chivam, the supreme divine.

Abhyasi- Initially, with the help of Master's Energy, after temporary Blankness (mind cleansed at a surface level) is achieved, it is stated here that internal cleaning begins with the help of inherent Divine Energy.

Then, would this cleaning not disrupt the Blankness again by giving disturbance?

Master- You never know anything during internal cleaning. You will be experiencing only the calmness.

Abhyasi - We never go to Blankness during times other than Silentation.

What happens during the remembrance of the Master at other times? I know that it tries to dissolve thinking/thoughts. But is it effective? Mind is continuously and partially given somewhere else.

Master- It's better to experience and tell. Everything has to be experienced. Too much analysis can't reduce thinking and thoughts. Leave it. Try to get blankness first and continue your journey further.

Message 26 Dec

 Message 26 Dec, 8.08 am

1) Dear Abhyasis,

It is with a heavy heart that I write to you, as I am unable to meet you at Mouna Mantapa due to spiritual reasons.

The physical absence of the Master is a test of our faith and dedication. It is an opportunity to deepen our love, strengthen our resolve, and cultivate an unwavering connection with Him through remembrance. This absence is not a loss but a call to draw closer to the Master's essence.

The responsibility of the institution now rests upon your shoulders. With the Master's energy as your guiding force, you must unite and rise to the occasion. It is imperative that you come together as one Sangha, spreading His philosophy and teachings to the world with unyielding determination.

Understand this: the Master's vision is not simply to create individual practitioners but to build a powerful, united Sangha that can carry forward His work. The success or failure of this vision depends on you, the practitioners. A weak or fragmented Sangha would mean failing in your duty to the Master and His mission.

Do not allow the challenges of the present to deter you. Instead, channel them into strength and action. Follow the Master's instructions with absolute discipline, preserve the existing practitioners, and attract new ones to the fold. The Master's legacy depends on your unwavering commitment and collective effort.

This is not the time for hesitation or despair. Rise, act, and fulfill the divine purpose entrusted to you. Together, with the Master's energy as your foundation, you will succeed in realizing His vision.

I place my full faith in you and your ability to uphold this sacred responsibility.

With blessings and strength,

🙏

2) RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MASTER AND THE ABHYASIS:-

This profound perspective outlines the dynamic relationship between a spiritual institution, its Master, and the practitioners within. Here's a structured interpretation.

 Role of the Master:

The spiritual progress of an institution depends upon the spiritual growth of its Master.

Spiritual growth transcends knowledge and is marked by shifts in perception—reduced attachments, responsibilities, and a diminishing sense of belongingness.

A true Master evolves to the point where even spirituality feels like a limitation, often leading to their withdrawal or retirement.

Impact on Practitioners:

Practitioners' growth is intrinsically linked to the Master’s spiritual progress.

They are encouraged to expedite their practice, recognizing that the Master’s active presence is a limited opportunity.

 Transition and Succession:

Institutions sustain their spiritual and organizational growth through capable successors.

The successor's capacity determines the continuity and vibrancy of the institution.

In the absence of a pre-appointed successor, practitioners should democratically select the most qualified individual to guide them.

 Consequences of Neglect:

Failure to establish a competent leadership structure can lead to the institution's decline over time.

PHILOSOPHY OF THIS MESSAGE!:-

This philosophy underscores the importance of leadership, personal responsibility, and collective effort in sustaining spiritual institutions. It also highlights the impermanence inherent in all endeavors, encouraging practitioners to make the most of their time under a guiding Master.

 Message 24 Dec, 7.29 am

1) Abhyasi- Master,  Does dissolution of mind start only after human mind is transformed as a divine mind?

*Chivam not only brings peace and harmony to this life but also ensures a serene existence in the world beyond death.* Can you please explain "existence" in this context?

Because in divine mind which is empty it will be existence of non-existence, right?

Master-When the mind becomes empty, it becomes Divine. Completely positive.  This positive mind is dissolved called as Mano Nasha.

After Mano Nasha, YOU alone will be there, that condition is called as Chivam.

Practitioners are getting the energy of Chivam from the Master, thereby they'll get peace during their life here.

They can continue to remember the Master even after leaving this world. There also they get peace.

Existence is felt because of the human mind.

Though ONE (Chivam) exists even after Mano Nasha, either in this materialistic world or in the other world, HE feels that He is not existing as a separate entity, but HE is everything. (Omnipresent).

1) Dear Abhyasis,

The Chivality system is designed to transform the human mind into the Divine. A Divine mind is free from possessions and attachments—it is an empty mind.

A Divine mind signifies a liberated soul, and Chivam is the only entity capable of granting liberation to the human mind.

Chivam not only brings peace and harmony to this life but also ensures a serene existence in the world beyond death. It represents the state of immortality.

Let us embrace this transformative journey and strive towards true liberation.

With love and light,

2) Dear Abhyasis,

Chivam energy is exclusively for Mukti—liberation from the bonds of the materialistic world. Mukti is essential for those who no longer wish to remain entangled in the temporary nature of worldly existence.

We all understand that this materialistic world is transient, and eventually, we must leave it behind. Chivam energy aids in disconnecting the mind from material attachments, allowing one to free themselves mentally before the body perishes.

The attachments to the material world often linger as impressions in the consciousness even after death. These impressions create disturbances, robbing one of peace and leading to a restless existence until the next birth.

Thus, to achieve true liberation and peace, it is essential to empty the mind of worldly attachments before departing from this life.

Let us reflect on this truth and prepare ourselves for the path of Mukti.

1) Dear abhyasis,

We know our physical Sheth, (Annamaya kosha) pranic Sheth, (Pranamaya kosha),Mental sheth, (Manomaya kosha), vignan- maya kosha (Intellectual Sheth). But we don't know the last one Ananda maya kosha.

Yes: You are the Ananda maya kosha.

Chiththa is the Ananda maya kosha. For knowing this and experiencing the Ananda, you should lose the sensitivity towards the remaining above 4 koshas.

Chivality is the system and process of removing the sensitivity of the 4 koshas and opening up the chiththa (non thinking condition) and giving you the experience of Chidananda.

Then You know who are You?

2) Abhyasi-Master,  losing sensitivity to manomaya and vignana maya i can understand to some extent.

But what does losing sensitivity to annamaya kosha  and prana maya kosha mean?

Master- You can't remember your body, prana, mind and intellect. You don't remember anything. In that forgettable condition, you can experience the bliss of yourself.  This is the condition of Chivam.

3) Abhyasi- My master in the nirvana Shatkam, adi Shankara says CHIDANANDA ROOPA SHIVOHAM SHIVOHAM. Am I that master.

Master- Chit Ananda is Chidananda as mentioned in the Nirvana shatakam. Also called as Chivananda.

Message 11 Dec

Message 11 Dec, 1.37 pm

1) Master's energy starts cleansing the conscious mind initially to destroy the negativity in it. The negativity created in this birth. (Prarabdha karmaphala). The effect is change in perception and improving the positive qualities like, reducing the desires and expectations, non complaining habits, non disturbing others along with removal of stress and tension.

Fear, anxiety and worries are related to subconscious mind raising from accumulated negativity. If you experience that your fear, anxiety and worries get reduced as well as reduction of attachment towards the materialistic world, you can think that your subconscious mind is getting cleansed.

2) Master's form is a bridge to connect you with God within. Once you are connected, Master's form is not required. You must sit in Silentation till the condition of God vanishes from you.

The condition of God is emptiness of mind or absolute thoughtlessness. During Silentation, this condition expands further in the practitioner. This condition can get established slowly after some years of practice.

If this condition is persistent always, your negativity is almost removed. Mano Nasha will happen at the earliest.

Message 7 Dec

 Message 7 Dec

1) Dear Abhyasis,

Time holds immense significance in our lives. Without utilizing it wisely, we cannot fully live or grow.

When time is not directed toward worldly pursuits, it transforms into God's time—a sacred interval where the mind is free from distractions. During such moments, if you refrain from engaging in thoughts, you find yourself in the presence of God.

Spending time with God defines a Yogi. Yogis dedicate the majority of their time to this divine connection, nurturing strong mental power through the stillness of their minds.

Ordinarily, the mind struggles to achieve stillness due to the incessant flow of thoughts. However, remembering the Master during periods of silent meditation, or Silentation, helps calm this mental turbulence. The Master's Chivam energy gradually dissolves these thoughts, guiding you toward true stillness.

The stillness of the mind is the gateway to connecting with the divine within.

By maintaining this inner stillness, you align yourself with God, enabling a permanent and profound connection with the divine presence.

2) Dear Abhyasis,

Divine protection is the shielding of your mind from the influences of the materialistic world. The essence of God is found in the stillness of the mind. Wherever stillness resides, there God is present.

God's protection is centered on the mind, for the mind is where God dwells. When your mind is safeguarded, you will feel an all-encompassing sense of protection that extends to every aspect of your being.

3) Dear abhyasis,

If you have an enlightened living Master, his energy can only dig your God within. This energy is called the Master within.

You have to make your Master within stronger by constant remembrance. The more the inner Master is strong, it becomes more powerful to eradicate your negativity and negative qualities.

Whatever may come in your life, you should not forget your inner Master. He's only the protector for you during your tough time.

He is the real Parabrahma, the Chivam, the protector of you by destroying your mind.

The human mind is the cause of every suffering.

Message 6th Dec

 Message 6th Dec, 9.58 am

1) Dear Abhyasis,

Spiritual practice is meant to free us from materialistic bondages. Therefore, during the time of practice, it is essential to avoid creating new bondages.

Every additional attachment or responsibility adds weight to the mind, slowing down the pace of spiritual progress. In contrast, when our ties to the materialistic world are reduced, the spiritual journey becomes smoother, more peaceful, and deeply fulfilling.

Enlightenment is the state where the mind is free from thoughts and feelings. Bondages and responsibilities, however, tend to generate unnecessary thoughts, pulling us away from this pure state of being.

The Chivality system offers a way to live in the material world, among people and things, without forming attachments or bondages. It is a practice in maintaining inner freedom while being fully present in life.

When thoughts and feelings vanish, one reaches the threshold of enlightenment, standing at the edge of liberation, ready to embrace freedom.

Let us strive for this state with sincerity and dedication.

2) Dear Abhyasis,

The Chivality system, with its method of Silentation, is designed to eradicate negativity within a practitioner.

Thoughts, feelings, emotions, sentiments, and superstitions are the root causes of negativity in an individual. This negativity, in turn, leads to negative qualities, perceptions, and ways of life. Ultimately, one becomes trapped in negativity because of their own inner state.

The energy of Chivam has the transformative power to eliminate this negativity. Constant remembrance of the Master allows an abhyasi to receive the Chivam energy continuously from the Master.

It is essential that this flow of energy remains steady and uninterrupted, as it accelerates the practitioner's journey toward positivity. Becoming positive is a fundamental requirement in the Chivality system, as negativity has no place in this pure and sacred path.

Let us strive to maintain a positive state, uplifted by the Master's energy and the practice of Silentation.

 Message 5 Dec , 3.54 pm

1) Dear Abhyasis,

Internalizing the Master is a far more profound and transformative experience than merely sitting in the aura of the Master. While being in the Master's presence offers a sense of relaxation and superficial satisfaction, the real spiritual journey begins when we bring the Master into our inner being.

Chivsangh is a sacred congregation of practitioners who have internalized the Master. In this divine gathering, the energy of Chivam, received from the Master, radiates through each individual, creating a collective atmosphere imbued with spiritual vibrancy.

During Chivsangh, the Master's energy fills the space, transcending the need for the Master's physical presence. It is through this shared energy that the true essence of the Master's guidance is realized.

Let us all strive to internalize the Master and contribute to the sanctity and spiritual power of Chivsangh.

2) Dear Abhyasis,

The internalized Master is far more powerful than the physical Master. This process of internalization must continue until you attain Mukthi. Whether the physical Master is present or not, the inner Master remains with you eternally—initially as a form, and eventually as pure energy.

Constant remembrance is essential for internalizing the Master. When your mind holds nothing but the Master, the process of internalization becomes natural and effortless.

As you internalize the physical Master, you simultaneously interiorize the energy of Chivam within yourself.

When Chivam is abundant within you, negativity naturally diminishes, allowing you to live a life filled with light and positivity.

Let us dedicate ourselves to this divine practice and strengthen our connection with the Master within.

Message 4 Dec

 Message 4 dec, 7 pm

1) Dear Abhyasis,

The time you dedicate to materialistic pursuits will yield materialistic benefits.

Similarly, the more time you spend in silence and in the remembrance of the Master, the greater the spiritual benefits you will receive.

Materialistic benefits include name, fame, wealth, relationships, power, friendships, and social connections.

Spiritual benefits, on the other hand, include developing positive qualities, reducing negativity and impurities of the mind such as desires, expectations

2) Dear Abhyasis,

When you attain spiritual benefits, they become a guiding force to lead a peaceful and balanced life in the materialistic world. You will rise above worries about failures, disappointments, deceit, conspiracies, exploitation, and similar challenges.

These spiritual qualities will serve as the foundation for a beautiful and fulfilling life, far beyond what material achievements alone can provide.

3) Dear Abhyasis,

When your mind becomes still and free of all thoughts, you are in a state of thinking about Nothing. This Nothingness is the essence of God, or Chivam.

By keeping your constant remembrance on Chivam, you surrender to its divine guidance, allowing everything in your life to be taken care of effortlessly.

Message-27 Nov

 Message 27 Nov, 9.17 am

1) Dear Abhyasis,

In every spiritual organization, a system guides practitioners. In our practice, however, the Master is the system. Accepting the Master wholeheartedly is essential to progress. Without this acceptance, the practice cannot take root, and those harboring prejudice towards the Master may find their connection fading over time.

Unconditional love for the Master forms the foundation of this system. When prejudice arises, love diminishes, weakening the practice. This system emphasizes establishing the Master’s form within the heart through constant and sincere remembrance. This is the key technique and the path to spiritual transformation.

The Master is revered as Chivam in this tradition. Chivsangh represents the gathering of those who carry Chivam within them—a union akin to many small candles coming together to create a brilliant light. Such gatherings generate a profound energy that eliminates negativity and supports the practitioner’s growth. Mouna Mantapa, a serene and sacred space, is chosen for these gatherings, amplifying their transformative power.

While collective practices are vital, individual practice is equally important. Devoting time in the morning and evening to personal practice strengthens the inner connection and clears the path toward Mukhti Marga. By reducing negativity within, one moves closer to liberation.

Let us remain steadfast in love and remembrance of the Master, embracing this sacred journey with all our hearts.

Namachivaayam

2) Dear Abhyasis,

Positivity within a human being is a powerful force that naturally radiates as positive vibrations, influencing the environment and those around us. To enhance this transmission, wearing white attire serves as a subtle yet effective medium. White, being a symbol of purity and peace, amplifies the flow of positivity and creates a conducive atmosphere for spiritual growth.

Our goal must be to cultivate and increase positivity within ourselves. A mind filled with abundant positivity becomes a fortress, preventing negativity from finding space to settle. This inner transformation not only elevates our individual journey but also contributes to the collective harmony of the community.

Through dedicated practice, constant remembrance of the Master, and participation in gatherings such as Chivsangh, we strengthen this positivity. Together, let us strive to become beacons of light, radiating the purity of our hearts and the strength of our connection to the Master.

Namachivaayam

3) Dear Abhyasis,

To think of God is to think of Nothing—the ultimate state of stillness and surrender. If reaching this state feels difficult, begin by thinking of your Master. The Master, as the guiding force, becomes the bridge, gradually leading you towards the profound experience of Nothingness.

This practice simplifies the mind, removes distractions, and aligns the heart with the divine purpose. Through constant remembrance of the Master, we move closer to the state of absolute stillness, where true spiritual transformation unfolds.

Let us embrace this journey with dedication and faith.

NAMACHIVAAYAM

4) Dear Abhyasis,

In most spiritual systems, practitioners are often asked to focus or concentrate on specific objects or concepts as part of their practice. However, in our system, the focus is solely on remembering the Master in the heart. True connection with the Master becomes impossible when attention is diverted to anything else.

Here, everything is a manifestation of the Master's energy. The practitioner’s role is not one of effort or action, but one of surrender and receptivity. There is nothing to "do" during practice except to remain in a state of remembrance, allowing the Master's presence to fill and transform the heart.

Through this simple yet profound practice, we align ourselves with the divine flow of energy and experience the deeper essence of spiritual growth.

NAMACHIVAAYAM

5) Dear Abhyasis,

A mind free from desires, expectations, and negative qualities is a pure mind. This purity is the foundation of spiritual transformation. In our system, the purity of the practitioner is enhanced through connection with the purity of the Master. A mind in its purest form is referred to as No Mind, the Pure Soul, or Chivam.

The energy of Chivam is the only force capable of eradicating negativity from the human mind. As long as negativity persists, the mind cannot evolve into a Pure Atman. It is through surrender to the Master's energy, constant remembrance, and dedicated practice that negativity is dissolved, paving the way for the practitioner to realize their true essence.

Let us strive for this purity with unwavering faith and commitment.

NAMACHIVAAYAM

6) Dear Abhyasis,

It is always better to visualize and connect with the Master within, rather than focusing solely on the physical presence of the Master. The Inner Master is eternal, staying with you as long as you remember Him, while the physical Master is temporary and subject to change.

Unconditional love for the Master is the only way to establish His permanent presence within your heart. This love should be free from expectations—desire nothing from the Master except Nothingness, the ultimate state of surrender and stillness.

Through this inner connection, we align ourselves with the true essence of the Master, allowing His energy to transform and guide us on our spiritual journey.

Namachivaayam

7) Think of God means think Nothing. If this is not possible, think of your Master, which can take you to Nothing gradually.

8) In most of the spiritual system, the practitioner is asked to concentrate something or other as a practice. In our system only the Master is remembered in the heart. Connection with Master is not possible when one is concentrating on something other than the Master.

Here everything is the Master's energy. A practitioner has nothing to do during practice.

9) A mind without desires and expectations as well as negative qualities is the pure mind.

The purity of the practitioner is increased with the purity of the Master. A pure mind is called a No Mind or pure soul or Chivam.

The energy of Chivam can only destroy the negativity in the human mind. As long as negativity is there, it can't become a Pure Atman.

10) Positivity in a human being has to be spread as positive vibrations. Thereby, wearing white dress enhances the transmission.

Increasing the positivity must be our goal. Abundant positivity in a person prevents negativity from occupying the mind.

11) Dear Abhyasis,

In this system, the goal is the Master, the practice is the Master, and life itself is the Master. The ultimate purpose of life is to attain Chivam. Your materialistic life should only serve as a support for your spiritual journey. When material pursuits are aligned with spirituality, spirituality, in turn, brings harmony and fulfillment to your material life.

Surrendering the ego is a crucial step on this path, and it is only possible by adhering to every discipline of this system. Skipping even a single discipline undermines the essence of practicing Chivality and prevents meaningful progress.

While strict adherence to discipline may feel demanding, it is the cornerstone of success in this system. Some may choose to leave when discipline is emphasized, but without it, reaching the goal becomes impossible. Let us embrace the principles of this practice with faith, dedication, and humility as we progress toward Chivam.

Namachivaayam

12) Dear abhyasis,

Here the goal is the Master. Practice is the Master and the life is the Master.

Your Life is to attain Chivam. Your materialistic life should be only a support to your spiritual journey.

If your materialistic support is only for spirituality, spirituality will support your Materialistic life.

13) Surrendering of Ego is possible only when you follow every discipline of this system.

If you avoid a single discipline, your purpose of practicing Chivality is not going to give you results.

People may leave this system, if they are requested to follow the discipline strictly.

Without following the discipline, reaching the goal becomes impossible.

Message 17 Nov

 Message 17 Nov, 7.25 PM

1) Dear abhyasis,

In today's world, real spirituality has no value. Spiritual practice is not only to reduce fear, anxiety and worries but also to reduce desires and expectations.

Today people have lots of desires, expectations and ambitions. Spirituality is not for such people.

Spirituality is to reduce the negativity and negative qualities in the human mind. It has nothing to do with the progress and degrees in the materialistic life. The materialistic world's behaviour is not controlled by spirituality. It will only control the human mind.

Spiritual practice can help one to get peace during failures and disappointments.

Spiritual help is not required when one is in happiness and pleasure because of Materialistic activities.

God and spirituality are the same. We need the help of God only when we are in distress. We don't need Him while we are happy.

Happiness is the boon from the materialistic world. Peace is the boon from spirituality.

Peace is more powerful than happiness because it doesn't depend upon the materialistic world, it is realised within the human mind when the negativity is removed.

Our institution is started only for the real spiritual seekers. Through the practice, one must be able to produce peace within. When the peace of mind increases, search for happiness gradually gets reduced.

2) Dear abhyasis,

Whenever you are minding something, it's because of thoughts. The human mind without thoughts is not at all a human mind. When you are not having thoughts, it's a divine condition. Divinity is experienced only when the thoughtless condition continues for a longer duration.

It gives you an extraordinarily peaceful condition which you probably have not yet experienced. It's also called the Divine bliss.

Divinity has to be experienced through the silence of mind, the thoughtless condition.

Mano Nasha begins with thoughtlessness.

If the thoughts in mind are completely removed, you can consider that your mind is dissolved.

The condition attained after Mano Nasha is called Jeevan mukhta.

Jeevan Mukhti happens only in Nischala Tatwa. Absolute silence or thoughtlessness.

It can also be called as a Mind full of emptiness. (Nirvana).

MINDFULNESS.

This condition is generally compared with Full Moon day, Poornima or Poornatwa.

 Message 11 Nov, 4.12 pm

1)Master- Can we name our institution as The Liberation Edge?

Abhyasi- Master, What is the meaning of liberation edge?

2)Master- Liberation can happen at any time like death. Edge is the preparation.

If you die with systematic preparation, you don't worry about death. Similarly, you have to prepare yourself for liberation. If you are not prepared, death can still happen. But liberation is not possible for the mind which is not prepared for it.

Abhyasi- Master people may not understand the meaning. Name with an explanation in simple sentence can help. Like a tag fine.

Master-Edge is the special word used for liberation like the Practice of Silentation. People should ask, what is the liberation edge? Inquisitiveness only can bring answers.

Edge means, you may fall at any time if you don't hold something. Liberation is the fall from the edge that you are holding.

If one does not want liberation, practicing Silentation is useless.

Liberation from the feeling of attachment. You can live with anything or anyone without attachment. Liberation is required only when you are attached to something in this materialistic world.

Abhyasi-Very interesting concept and meaning.

The edge signifies a potential to fall.

And the fall can happen only when one let's go of the hold.

Master-Wonderfully understood. You can hold anything with your body or intellect. Holding by the mind can stop liberation.

The practice of Silentation is to remove the mental holdings. Meditation can give peace temporarily. But every holding like your desires, your fear, your anxiety and worries, your qualities ,your belongings etc. should be removed from the mind. Or we have to say, ultimately that the mind should not be there.

3) Everyone dies one day without the expectation. But how many are really prepared to die at any moment? This preparedness is the merit required for liberation.

Abhyasi-Master

Very much scaring. At that point someone or something must be there to hold or else one will break into pieces.

Master-If one has qualified to enter into Mukhti Marga, heavy cleansing begins to take place. Sometimes, it becomes unbearable.

Slowly, the vairaagya begins. It's a long process. One has to wait for it. But it happens without any prior intimation.

Abhyasi-Question is are we prepared to take that plunge at that edge. Beautifully explained MASTER

Master-The energy of Chivam is only for liberation. This energy won't allow you to add more bondages, provided you are prepared for it.

Clearing the bondages is the work of Chivam.

Abhyasi-Master, What is the meaning of holding with body or intellect. Request you to give example.

Master-Bonding of knowledge is for intellect and items related to the body are the holdings of the body. Carrying knowledge is not a hurdle for liberation. The body doesn't feel that it's carrying  any of its bondages. And can't carry anything after death.

Out of the three items that we possess, body, mind and intellect, knowledge is not a weight for the intellect. The body doesn't know that it's carrying something but the mind carries something always, during this life and after this life. Mind means carrier. It always has the tendency to carry something. Therefore, the mind should be dissolved.

All the human qualities are carried by the mind as well as thoughts. When someone wants to become divine, these qualities of the human should be removed. Liberated personalities are called as Divine.

Abhyasi-Isn't materialistic knowledge a weight?

Master- Liberation is possible for both knowledgeable and un knowledgeable. Both are considered as equal.

Mukhti is a Yoga. When the Mind Nothing joins with the God Nothing, it becomes Yoga, the conjugation. This Nothing is also called as Chivam. Therefore, those who attain this condition are called Chivayogis.

1) Dear abhyasis,

Do you know, Why we are attending Chivsanghs? It's to die. Since we are not able to kill ourselves, we go to Chivam to get killed by it. It will not happen very easily. All the impurities of yourself should be destroyed before destroying you. Therefore, you have to attend the chivsangh regularly to get destroyed yourself. (You are the Ego & mind together)

Chivam is the God of death. Mind it.

Chivam is peaceful when it's not doing anything. When Chivam starts doing its duty, the destroying, its  name changes as Rudra.

In chivsanghs, Master's energy works as Rudra but receivers experience only the Chivam, the Peace ✌️

Dear abhyasis,

Silentation begins with meditation. Meditation is the pathway to Silentation.

One has to meditate on the form of Master continuously until the form vanishes.

Silentation begins only when the silence and emptiness begins within. Silentation happens only in an empty mind.

Continuous Silentation can help to produce the Divne power, the Chivam energy within to destroy the negativity.

When negativity reduces, mind gets lightened and one can observe the transformation. When transformation takes place, perceptional changes  occur.

Simran has tremendous effect in spirituality. Simran will draw energy from Master which can cleanse your mind consistently.

1) My dear abhyasis,

Everyone gives more value to their Prana than anything in this world.

If an abhyasi is able to give more value to Chivam than Prana, truthfully, Chivam will take care of his life. There should not be any prayer or request towards this energy. Chivam gets more strength when it is relieved from human thoughts. All negatives within will be destroyed in a fastest way.

But energy must be sufficiently available in the abhyasis.

Therefore, earning the Master's energy must be the goal of every abhyasi.

1) Religion can make one as a saint. Saint is a good person who has contentment in his life.

When he comes to spirituality, he can become a sadhu who becomes contented himself when nothing is there. When he is peaceful with Nothing, he can enter into Chivality, where He becomes Nothing or Chivam, who goes beyond contentment, feeling that everything belongs to Him.

Non contentment, contentment and beyond contentment, all are perceptions of different stages.

2) Good people are also available in religions. Good people only should be available in spirituality. Feeling of good and bad will be lost in Chivality.

3) Religion makes one Saint. Spirituality makes one Sadhu. Chivality makes one Chivam.

4) Saint has many positive qualities.

Sadhu has only positive qualities. Chivam doesn't have any qualities.

5) A saint doesn't disturb others but stay away from disturbance. A sadhu never disturbs others but not get disturbed when others are disturbing. Chivam goes beyond disturbance and non disturbance.

6) Dear abhyasis,

We begin our journey from religion along with the concept of God as a protector. As a beginner, one needs protection. We need protection because we are all weak. This weakness is due to our negativity.

Religion has to bear the negativity. When one comes to SPIRITUALITY, the concept of God changes and he doesn't require protection from God. The positivity in him gives the protection. This positivity takes him further into Chivality to know what is Reality or Chivam. Chivality begins its journey beyond God, the positivity. If you think that there's a God, you can't enter into Chivality.

7) Dear abhyasis,

Spiritual practice is to transform the human beings to become positive. Abhyasis who practice for years should have been definitely transformed a little. This transformation might have been observed and sometimes recognised by the family members.

If the family members are still against  spirituality and practice, it's unfortunate. If the family is not allowing the abhyasis to participate in chivsanghs, it's advisable not to attend any Chivsangh, either on Sundays or Tuesdays.  Abhyasis should convince the family members that spirituality is not against the society and family. Spiritual practice is an individual choice and should not be with any compulsion.

We don't want any abhyasis to attend Chivsangh without the knowledge and permission of their family members.

8) Dear abhyasis,

Spiritual practice is not to reduce the problems, it can reduce the anxiety, stress, fear and worries. You can observe the animals and birds. How much struggle is undergoing? But they have no fear, anxiety and stress. All these negative qualities are available only in human mind.

Regularly cleansing the mind can reduce the stress of handling situations. Remembering the Master always or atleast in the tough time can reduce the anxiety fear and stress.

2) Dear abhyasis,

People who have come to spiritual practice is divided into two. One is to get peace in the materialistic life. Another is to get liberation from everything.

It's told that the people who are for liberation is determined before birth itself.

Their materialistic life pattern is not so successful and satisfying. They may lose many important things in life and may think that this materialistic life is a waste.

Such people who come for spirituality can become eligible for liberation.

Suppose the people who come for spirituality start losing many things in materialistic life also can be considered for liberation.

All others are eligible to get peace in their materialistic life.

A real spiritual disciple never add  more bondages during his spiritual journey. He must be willing to lose things naturally. Less bondages and responsibilities can help one to speed up his spiritual journey.

3)Dear Master,

Does it mean that people should leave everything for spiritual journey?

4) My dear friend,

Liberation is freeing from every bondages. Either one must leave the materialistic bondages by own or bondages get destroyed naturally without one's effort. With the bondages, liberation is impossible.

5) My dear friend,

What will happen when someone attain the liberation during this life itself?

Spirituality is for peace and love. Those who are craving for love and peace, they can come to spiritual practice.

If one wants to become the embodiment of love and peace, he must be liberated.

A liberated person never craves for peace and love. He gives to others.

Whatever an ordinary human being expect from others is not required for a liberated soul. (liberated ones are generally called as souls)

6) Q- Dear Master,

Is it that easy to leave bondages which is carried from many births?

Master- It's very difficult.

1) Dear abhyasis,

The tendency to give pain to others originates in the mind. It's exposed through speech. If the receiver opposes, physical action is taken against them.

Violence and crime begins from the mind. This is because of the negativity in the mind.

Chivality practice is to eradicate the basic negative tendencies in the human mind.

2) Dear abhyasis,

When we receive pain from someone, we react immediately, sometimes, later.

We peacefully respond to everyone, when we don't undergo pain from others.

Reactive tendency is also from negativity. Reaction may sometimes lead to physical actions.

So, how many of us are pure? Purity is obtained by the regular cleansing of the mind. The purpose of the Master's energy is only for this.

1) Dear abhyasis,

Materialistic people won't lose heart in developing materialistic progress in spite of their materialistic problems. But materialistic people who do spiritual practice will lose heart in spiritual progress when they meet with materialistic problems. Actually speaking, spirituality has nothing to do with the materialistic world. Spiritual progress depends upon your detachment from the materialistic world. More involvement in this materialistic world is not going to help in spiritual progress. Not remembering the materialistic world but remembering the Master will definitely help in spiritual progress.

2) Dear abhyasis,

Chivality says you have to reach the condition of Chivam. Chivam is beyond the mind. Mind means impurities. Emptying the mind from impurities takes you to brahmam.

Further to that the "You" (Self) alone travels without impurities. The last stage in this journey begins with losing the "You". When "You"  are completely lost, that is Chivam.

Everyone is going to leave this world one day. While leaving, we should not carry anything. The materialistic world is the platform for performance. But we should not carry any records of our performance while we leave this world.

Chivality practice is only to cleanse and cleanse the mind, so that we should not carry any impressions. Carrying records or impressions in mind can't support liberation.

2) Dear abhyasis,

Once you perform anything, you are a performer. There is no good or bad performer. This performance is called Karma. All of us have come here to do karma. We should not gain karmaphala while we do karma. Karmaphala is what you are going to carry at the time of death. We attain karmaphala without our knowledge. We have to cleanse it regularly without allowing to accumulate. Master's work is only that.

Chivality practice ends once you become Chivam. This practice is only to cleanse the mind and transform into positive. Practice should not be broken in between your Materialistic life. You yourself can understand the way you become positive. Apart from the Sunday chivsangh, your practice of Silentation at home gives maximum results. Therefore, don't leave this practice until you become Chivam.

2) Dear abhyasis,

Happiness is created by the mind when things are happening according to our wishes. Nobody can create such situations for you all the time. God cannot offer happiness to anyone. It gives only peace.

3) Dear abhyasis,

The cause of happiness is the changes happening in the materialistic world, probably liked by you. But peace is created within from the purity or positivity that you possess. Peace is a higher state compared to happiness.

All of us attending  Chivsanghs only to get the peace and reduce our negativity. Mouna Mantapa is the best place to get peace for the human mind. Therefore, all of you are kindly requested to attend the Sunday chivsangh without fail.

We have to acquire the maximum energy of Chivam by remembering the Master as much as possible. Sit in Silentation remembering the Master and see that the form of Master vanishes automatically. Silentation is more effective when you don't have any single thoughts. Power of Chivam in  Silentation will be boosted after vanishing the form of Master. Sitting for one hour will be more effective.

1) Dear abhyasis,

Desires are not the problem, when it is fulfilled. But many of our desires are not fulfilled and we keep the desires within for longer time, which may get converted into impressions and finally become the negativity in us. Therefore, unfulfilled desires are the cause for our negative life.

It's not possible to select only the fulfilling desires in our life. If it's possible, one can avoid forming negativity and lead a peaceful positive life.

2) Dear abhyasis,

Spirituality and spiritual practice can't give any tangible evidence. Practice gives internal experience related to the human mind.

The effect of spiritual practice is the change in human beings to become positive. It's the responsibility of every spiritual organisation to observe the positive changes in the practitioner. Positivity represents the removal of unwanted qualities in human beings. Intention of positivity is to create a harmonious life among the human beings. Positivity has the power of removing the disturbance in the human mind.

3) Dear abhyasis,

Chivality is the advancement of spirituality. The practice is to go beyond meditation towards silencing the mind, the Silentation. The power of silence is the power of Chivam. Meditation ends with the human mind. Chivality practice will take you beyond the mind towards the origin. Human mind is attached to this materialistic world. The mind has to be freed from the materialistic world dependency. And YOU have to go beyond the mind losing the dependency of mind. You become the Atman. The last stage is losing yourself and becoming the energy, Chivam.

1) Dear abhyasis,

Those who are positive can only give value to  positivity.

At a glance, we can read the negativity of others through their reactions.

Non-reactivity is the shield of a positive person.

2) Dear abhyasis,

Without positive qualities, one can't become positive. Becoming positive always can increase the positivity within.  But positive qualities come only when you have positivity.

3) Dear abhyasis,

Your entire practice of Chivality is to become positive. Positivity represents purity of mind. Increasing purity will take you to the condition of Chivam. Purity increases only by reducing the negativity. Negativity gets reduced through regular practice of Silentation.

4) Dear abhyasis,

Don't worry about the negativity in others. Try to be positive always. Negativity in a person forces him to behave negatively. Forgive him. Behave positively towards a negative person.

When you are alone, it's easy to become positive. But you are staying with positive-negative people. Positivity in others never disturbs you. But negativity disturbs. You should develop tolerance when you get disturbed.

Disturbance will be there in the mind but will not show outside. We must be careful not to create impressions because of this disturbance. To clear this disturbance, you must regularly attend the Chivsanghs and sincerely practice at home.

5)Dear abhyasis,

The goal of SSBSSF is individual transformation resulting in social reformation. But it's not an easy task in today's condition. No-one wants to become positive today. Positivity is the symbol of peace. People don't want peace but only need happiness.  Happiness comes with the support of materialistic things including money and fame from the materialistic world. But peace has to be obtained from within. Where peace is there, unconditional love (love without attachment) develops automatically. This is the condition of Chivam.

6) Dear abhyasis,

You can introspect yourself to know whether you are becoming positive!

Instead of finding faults on others, try to know yourself. Watch yourself whether your tendency of finding faults unnecessarily has reduced?

7) Dear abhyasis,

Becoming positive is the only way to get liberation. Apart from the regular attendance for chivsanghs, constant remembrance also can help to gain the energy of Chivam.

1) One must understand that there's no ultimate power to help the human beings. It's only a belief created by wise persons to get a little solace.

2) The power is within everyone. This power can be called as positivity, God, Easwara, Chivam, kadavul or anything.  God realisation, Easwara sakshatkara, becoming Atman, becoming Chivam,  Soham or any other terminology is really self realisation only. You yourself know your strength. The weakness is because of your mind, since the mind possesses duality.

3) You will know yourself and your strength, only when you dissolve your mind. It's self confidence. You can believe yourself. You don't have to believe anyone. Because, Nothing can happen because of your faith and belief. Faith and belief are imaginary. Truth remains only in the results and not in faith and belief. Results are not in our hand. Attempting is in our hand. Everything is self only. Self becomes the God, Easwara, Chivam, Atman etc.etc.

The above is the findings of realisation.

Abhyasi -Here the duty of the master is to silence the mind of the abyasi and enable the abyasi to connect to power within the abyasi. Am I right my Master

Abhyasi- I think silencing of the mind should be done by the abhyasi using master's energy.

Master-The master's work is only cleansing. When everything in you is removed, you will know who you are. We can name it as anything you decide. Really speaking, it's Nothing.

Abhyasi-Can it be termed as cleansing of the mind by the Master

Master-Yes. Silencing the mind makes itself dissolved automatically. Master's energy can help you to become silent.

The mind only has to be cleansed. And mind only is possible to get cleansed.

Therefore, don't come to spiritual practice with the belief that God will help you. Instead, you can believe in your strength (God within) to guide you in difficult situations.

4) Dear abhyasis,

In SSBSSF, we call the above mentioned inner strength as Chivam. And the practice towards attaining this condition is called as Chivality.

5) Dear abhyasis,

This is the condition to be attained after the dissolution of mind. When all the qualities of the human mind are removed, the human mind becomes Chivam.

6) Chivam means righteousness. Doing the right things at the right time without emotions. It's beyond good and bad. Right things can be liked by someone and may not be liked by someone. Chivam is beyond likes and dislikes.

7)Human beings possess both positivity and negativity. If one increases positivity, negativity is reduced. The master's energy reduces the negativity and increases positivity. When one has only positivity, it gives the purity. Purity is the cause to become Chivam. Chivam leads to righteousness.

At least, in this birth, we try to spend sufficient time for spiritual practice and get the benefits for this life and the next life. Spiritual practice is to cleanse the mind from karmaphala and fill up with purity.

Chivality is an advanced spiritual practice where we use the Chivam energy to cleanse and fill up with Chivam. Chivam has got more power to transform the negativity into positive ultimately reaching the condition of Chivam.

Chivam won't compel anyone to be peaceful. But Chivam is ready to give peace to anyone. One can be peaceful permanently, if one is connected with Chivam permanently.

2) Dear abhyasis,

The human mind only needs peace and it enjoys it. When the mind starts experiencing real peace, it loses all desires and expectations and can forget this world.

3) Peace is the best condition of the mind and in this condition, neither thoughts can stay in mind nor it is possible to think.

4) Dear abhyasis,

It's said in Tamil, "Believers are not abandoned". Belief in Master/Chivam comes automatically, when the energy of Chivam is sufficiently available within. And the truth is, Chivam will protect where Chivam is there, as if Chivam is protecting Chivam.

5) Dear abhyasis,

All of us have the greatest faith in money, though we don't possess it.  Is it not? Suppose you get more money, you start experiencing the power of money in your life.

Similarly, do we have faith in Chivam. No. Because we have not seen the power of Chivam not only in you but also anyone near you.

When you start accumulating Chivam in you, you can start experiencing the power of Chivam in your life. Then the faith will increase automatically.

2) When you are not on the wrong side, you need not control yourself. You have to introspect yourself whether you are on the wrong side or not?  Find out why you become wrong? Don't pressurise yourself for anything unnecessarily. It can create impressions.

3) YOU are more precious to you than anything else in this universe. Today you may be negative but one day the same YOU become positive. You can condemn your negativity and negative qualities but don't condemn yourself.

4) Nourish yourself with positivity, positive thinking and  positive qualities. You need not worry about the negative qualities of others but you should find your own negative qualities and change it. Becoming positive is nearing the Moksha condition.

5) Moksha means making your mind pure and getting away from impurities. All materialistic things and matters are impurities as far as spirituality is concerned. The pure mind doesn't keep the images of these impurities.

6) Cleansing your mind is required every now and then to remove impurities. These impurities are removed from attending Chivsangh regularly. Missing of even a single chivsangh will cost you much.

Remembering Your Master in heart is also a cleansing process. Maximum you remember, maximum cleansing happen.

7) If you die without clearing these impurities, it can create disturbance in the other world.

Do your practice sincerely and become positive or Pure at the earliest.

You can be busy with your materialistic transactions. But you try to give some time for the practice.

8) Dear abhyasis,

Empty mind/pure mind or positive mind gets higher position in the spiritual world. Mind full of thoughts and impurities get a very lower position in the spiritual world very close to the materialistic world. These lower positioned people suffer a lot even after death.

One has to attain a Higher spiritual position during this materialistic life itself. It's called an Enlightened mind.

Enlightened minds never suffer.

10) Dear abhyasis,

Balancing is required to manage life. We say 5 or 6 days you can provide for your rajoguna and one or two days should be reserved for mind relaxation or experiencing the tamoguna.

3) Human life begins from his birth and ends at death. The changes occur in the human body from the time of birth. Since it's a very minute change, it can't be observed until otherwise a major change happens in the body. These changes continuously happen until the body reaches the changeless condition, that is the death. The moment the body becomes changeless or. Motionless, the Prana from the body escapes.

Similarly, one day the changing mind reaches the condition of changeless and the I in the mind vanish. This changeless mind or still mind is called as Chivam where I will not be there.

4) God itself is the human mind where God wants to stay as pure. The human mind, the God himself created imp of I began in God. This created 'I' works  against God and creates further impurities. These impurities create negativity and negative qualities.  I, the negative God starts suffering from impurities. Positive God never suffers, because it's empty and devoid of impurities.

5) Dear abhyasis,

Chivality practice assures a suffering-less condition to anyone who practices. Though we have been born to undergo sufferings, we can challenge the order and get rid of sufferings. The energy of Chivam is very powerful to remove sufferings.

6) Dear abhyasis,

Chivality system is the Master's ambitious project to provide a peaceful life to everyone. He emphasises the practitioner to give more importance to the practice and attain a peaceful life by liberation from sufferings and rebirth.

Everyone knows the practice is very simple and can be adopted by any materialistic person.

The prime practice is participating in the Chivsangh conducted every Sunday at Mouna Mantapa without fail.

The second one is the practice at home everyday in the morning and evening.

The last one is to remember the Master in heart constantly with love and respect.

If anyone does the above-mentioned practice regularly, he can get rid of sufferings.

 Message 19 Aug 2024, 11.12 am

1) Is spirituality and spiritual practice necessary for a materialistic man?

2) How silencing the mind (Silentation) is the best practice than any other spiritual practice?

3) Dear abhyasis,

Mind is the main cause to reduce the capacity of the intellect because of anxiety, fear, worries, insecurity etc. Since silencing the mind increases the positive side of a person, the negative side which creates anxiety etc. will be vanished because of Silentation. Performance of the intellect increases automatically and it can help to improve the materialistic life.

1) The goal of spirituality is to attain moksha and  mukhti in Chivality. Craving is absolutely necessary for attaining these conditions. It is not a child play. Those who do not have cravings, need not practice spirituality sincerely.  Generally, non craving people are not considered in spiritual practice.

2) Running the institution is not the goal of the Master. The goal is to make the practitioners attain jeevanmukhty. There may be lots of materialistic hazards in the path of mukhti. All hazards should be broken with the positive mental strength and continue the journey without break.

3) Any materialistic position can be achieved by human beings without the eligibility. But mukhti is not possible without the eligibility. One need not have any desire, but a strong desire is very much required for attaining mukhti. Eligibility is created automatically by following the guidelines of the Master.

The divine order to the Master is to give mukhti only to the deserving person.

4) Everyone in this institution should have the desire to attain the goal. Otherwise, this will become a goal-less institution. Master is ordered by the Divine to find out the deserving practitioners.

5) Master is humbly requesting each and everyone to become eligible to continue the Chivality practice without a break. Master doesn't want to lose anyone because He loves everyone.  Please give value to Master's love. Master wants everyone in this institution to attain mukhti. Please co-operate with Him with love and respect.

Namachivaayam

6) Everyone is not perfect every time. Human beings commit mistakes. Whenever we commit mistakes, we deserve punishment. A positive person is never bothered about punishment because it improves his performance unmistakably by reducing mistakes. Let us become positive all the time.

1) Dear abhyasis, people are doing the practice to earn Divine energy to reduce tension anxiety fear and worries. If more responsibilities are there in the mind, one requires more energy. Responsibilities in the mind can weaken the strength of the energy one has earned.  Therefore more practice is required to earn more energy from the Divine Master.

Participating in the Chivsangh is only for cleansing the mind. Responsibilities add up the negativity in the human mind. Missing the chivsangh can no way help an Abhyasi to reduce the negativity. Please don't miss a single chivsangh because the materialistic world and activities are not going to reduce your negativity but can increase it. Removing negativity completely is called Mano Nasha.

Please respond to this message without fail.

2) More important: Since it's a neutral energy, it works more in a positive mind. Be positive in your thinking, speaking and doing. If you are negative, it will weaken the energy.

3) If this Chivam energy is sufficient in you, it will help a lot to solve your problems.

Time and again I am requesting you not to miss any Chivsangh because of your materialistic reasons. Every Chivsangh is costly and precious. It will increase your mental health as well as physical health. All your negative qualities will vanish. Wait and see the results after continuously attending the Chivsanghs. This is reiterated because the power and potency of Master's energy is considerably increased.

PLEASE TRY TO REMEMBER THE MASTER IN YOUR HEART CONSTANTLY.

Any questions in this regard will be answered..

1) Faith has to come from Experience and because of belief. Don't believe anything until you experience it. We are living in this world because of our experience. When you lose the experience of this world you can think that you are not existing. A day will come where you don't believe in anything. Believing in nothing is the ultimate stage of a human being.

2) One must understand that sufferings are only in the mind. If one is successful to dissolve the mind, sufferings can be avoided in this life itself. It is called as Mano Nasha (dissolution of mind) or Jeevan Muktha (experiencing non existence though one is living).

3) We can't compare soldiers with others. They're born to undergo body level pain. But they will not suffer mentally. They're called "Kshatriyas". They must be like this. There is nothing great about it.

Q-Dear Master, but, a significant amount of mental suffering in our life comes from Physical problems (illness, injury etc). How is it possible to not get affected mentally when there is physical suffering?

Master-It's called physical pain and not suffering. Suffering is the experience of mind. The mind is the cause for suffering.

Q-Dear Master, I agree that Mind is ultimately the cause for suffering. But, most of us have a tendency to complain almost everytime we experience physical illness or pain which leads to mental suffering.

Master- Yes. As long as the mind is there, every pain creates suffering to the mind.

Q- Dear Master, could you explain about what happens when one remembers the Master when there is mental suffering?... Will it help to not complain while suffering (tolerance) or, will it reduce the intensity of suffering?

Master- When pain comes in the body you must have the capacity to undergo the pain. To avoid suffering, you can remember the Master.

As long as the body is there physical pain will be there. Similarly,  as long as the mind is there, mental suffering will be there.

 Message 10 Aug, 3.40 pm

1) I told you real Hindus. They have the highest tolerance to bear difficulties. They don't get irritated like others. They will think and find an amicable way to solve any problem. If you don't have tolerance, you are not a real Hindu.

2) Negativity in a human being forces him to get disturbed naturally. If we are positive in our thinking, speech, action and also adopt a positive way of life, others won't get disturbed by us. If someone is getting disturbed, there must be some reason which we probably claim as our right .

3) Becoming positive is not easy. In every walk of our life, we should have positivity. If you have responsibilities, becoming fully positive is very difficult. To make others to fulfill your desires and needs, your positive approach may not help always. Better not to have expectations about others. Don't use others to fulfill your desires unless they have understood you thoroughly.

4) It's not a Hindu or Muslim who gets disturbed by others. It's the way of life we adopt in our life. No-one disturbs a sadhu. The almighty protects only sadhus and not others. Sadhus are available in every religion. Their beliefs regarding God may be different but their quality of life will be the same.

5) To become a sadhu, you have to give freedom to others. YOU should not have any complaints. Patience and tolerance is very much required.

6) Becoming sadhu is equivalent to becoming Chivam.

7) You never ask, how to become a sadhu. Why?

Q- Dear Master,

Are these what we have to practice to become a Sadhu or what we gain after becoming one?

For example, do we have to start rejecting existing material comforts one by one? Or, can we make use of what we have and try not to accumulate anything new?

Master- You can become Sadhu only after completion of your materialistic life. You have to wait.

No religion teaches its followers to hate others who don't believe in their god. Most religions promote tolerance, understanding, and respect for other beliefs and faiths. However, some interpretations or extremist groups may distort religious teachings to justify intolerance or violence.

Q- Materialistic life may never get completed when one's goal/aspiration is connected with the materialistic world or when one seeks happiness (For example, I want to pursue/achieve that/this)

Dear Master, I think that people who want to become a Sadhu should set that as their life's goal. Then, when one is capable of living on his own i.e when one can manage his/her basic needs for living (after education and employment), practice of Chivality can be intensified/ should be given maximum time.

This is because it is not possible for one to live away from the Materialistic world at current times.

(That is why Chivality is prescribed by the Master in the first place)?

Master-Chivality says you have to live in this materialistic world without getting affected. You get affected because of affection. Materialistic things should be related to the brain and body and not to the mind. The feeling should be as if you are in the non materialistic world.

Q-Dear Master

This is what difficult to practice since we are so much dependent on materialistic world for each and everything. How to restrict it to brain and body without affecting mind ?

Master-As long as your negativity is there in your mind, your mind can't be detached from the materialistic world. A continuous cleansing process is required to get rid of the negativity. You can experience and introspect yourself when your negativity is getting reduced.

Message 6th Aug

 6 Aug, 4.13 pm

Dear abhyasis,

1) I want all of you to reduce your anxiety in knowing what is happening around you. Please reduce your mind usage. Anxiety is the quality of the negative mind. The mind should be surrendered to the Master who has surrendered himself to the almighty. Then only the mind is filled up by the Master's energy which can help you to reduce your negativity. Unnecessary usage of mind can create impressions.

2) Dear abhyasis, Master can't help anyone personally as far as the practice is concerned. It's up to the abhyasis to loot the Master through love and respect. The more you practice, the more energy you can earn. Master's energy will definitely help you to reduce your "sankashta" and negativity. All of us are really worried about the sankashta and not the "kashta". We must know that kashta is for everyone. Sankashta is the cause for reducing your peace and happiness. Your Master must be always available  in your heart. Make a habit of remembering the Master throughout.

3) Dear abhyasis, we must know that our karmaphala or negativity is the cause for our own suffering and not the difficulties. Difficulties are removed only through your intellect and not by the mind. Suffering can be removed from the mind through vigorous practice by reducing the karmaphala.

4) Dear abhyasis,

Undergoing diseases will reduce karmaphala because karmaphala is the cause for diseases.  Karmaphala can be reduced through the practice. If karmaphala is removed, one can get rid of diseases.

1) My dear abhyasis, today being a special day, all of you can sit at 7 am today for 15 minutes in remembrance of the Master. (6.44 am)

2)

Dear abhyasis, everyone can celebrate the Master's birthday at home the way they like, either individually or together, showing Love and Respect towards Master. (7.41 am)

3)

Dear abhyasis, dedicated practitioners never expect anything from the Master. They attend chivsangh because of cravings. They can't miss a single chivsangh. Attending every chivsangh is to Show love and respect towards the Master. Missing a chivsangh creates pain for them.

Henceforth, Master will be available only for such practitioners. (9.22 am)

4) Dear abhyasis, moksha depends upon the purity attained during this life. Purity is attained because of positive qualities without any negative qualities. Moksha can be experienced only after death. Moksha means Liberation from taking birth immediately. Moksha gives peace until one takes birth.  (12.51 pm)

Q- Then, is purity being consumed or reduced in between the period after death and the next birth such that it makes us eligible for birth once again?

Master-Purity decides one's stay in the spiritual world. It may be any number of years. When the purity is exhausted, one, the "I"  has to take birth.

Q-Can one progress in the spiritual world or increase his purity there so that one can stay longer?

Or, can one willingly take birth in the midst of one's stay in the spiritual world, to suffer and obtain a higher condition?

Master-It's like a hydrogen balloon, which stays in space as long as the hydrogen is there. When the hydrogen is exhausted, the balloon will fall down.

Q-That means one has to start the progress from scratch again (from the initial condition)?

Master-Suppose someone takes birth before the exhaustion of purity, he will be carrying the remaining purity in the next birth. One need not wait to take birth until the purity gets completely exhausted.

5) Those who are becoming eligible for moksha will find a lot of changes in their perceptions. These perceptional changes are because of their improvement in purity. Moksha condition is to keep you away from the materialistic world after death. (12.51 pm)

6) Dear abhyasis, moksha depends upon the purity attained during this life. Purity is attained because of positive qualities without any negative qualities. Moksha can be experienced only after death. Moksha means Liberation from taking birth immediately. Moksha gives peace until one takes birth.(5.19 pm)

7) Those who are becoming eligible for moksha will find a lot of changes in their perceptions. These perceptional changes are because of their improvement in purity. Moksha condition is to keep you away from the materialistic world after death (5.22 pm)

1) Dear abhyasis, for a materialistic person, he has to take care of both his body and mind. For a spirit, only mind is to be taken care of.

Whatever we do is to take care of our body is truthfully accepted. But we are doing many materialistic things to satisfy our mind.

Chivality or spirituality practice is to satisfy the mind without doing any materialistic things.

We must understand that we do materialistic things to satisfy the mind is because of no other go. We don't know the method to satisfy the mind without any materialistic support.

The supreme divine energy or Chivam has got the power to satisfy the human mind without any materialistic support. The entire practice is to attain that energy and to experience a pleasure or bliss within without doing any materialistic things. This pleasure or bliss is called as Atmananda or Chidananda. This will be made available if we become pure in mind. That means we have to negate our impurities. In the negated mind, supreme divine energy Chivam will be filled up and then one can experience the Chidananda, full of bliss.

2) Dear abhyasis, if one is getting pleasure because of materialistic support, one has to try every time for materialistic support to attain pleasure. When one leaves this materialistic world, it may not be possible to get materialistic support. Therefore, one must understand that the materialistic support is not permanent in our life and sometimes one has to struggle hard for it.

One has to get spiritual support for the permanent pleasure known as spiritual Bliss.

This bliss can be experienced within this materialistic world itself and it will be carried forever throughout one's whole life, whether it is materialistic or spiritual.

3) Dear abhyasis, an ordinary person is worried about the society's comments and their observations. Spirituality advanced persons never bother about the society and its commitments. Really, it won't affect him. When the negativity in a human being reduces, his affect from the materialistic world and affection towards the materialistic world gradually reduces. The ultimate goal is not to get affected a single thing from the materialistic world. When one's affection reduces, his reaction also reduces. Chivam is non reactive.

1) Dear Abhyasis,

Spiritual practice is to purify the mind by detaching the mind and body from the place where impurities are formed and ultimately to get moksha by keeping away from materialistic world. For that, one needs to stay in an Ashram or Monastry away from all materialistic and worldly transactions. Today, it's very difficult to find such places so that the mind and body can be away from the materialistic world.

Master says, since Mind is the cause and not the materialistic world, one must find out the way to destroy the mind, the cause for negativity and suffering. Chivality practice is to dissolve the mind slowly, so that staying in the materialistic world doesn't disturb oneself but mukthi also becomes possible.

Moksha is for the mind and mukthi is for You.

2) Dear abhyasis, spirit belongs to spiritual world. Becoming spirit is being away from materialistic world. When the mind becomes pure, it becomes the spirit. But it must be away from materialistic world to maintain the purity. Pure mind is called as spirit or soul. Knowledge or gnana makes one away from materialistic world. Spirituality condemns the materialistic world since they blame the materialistic world for the sufferings and not the mind. Really speaking, mind is the cause because of BANDHANA and not the materialistic world. Bandhan will be there as long as the mind with negativity is there. Since mind itself is negative, mind can't be dissolved unless and otherwise the negativity is removed. Spirituality says that the materialistic world is the cause for your sufferings thereby your mind must be away from materialistic world to maintain the purity of mind.  There's no dissolution of mind in spirituality.

Chivality says that the mind is the cause and not the materialistic world. Therefore, the mind has to be dissolved to solve all the problems. Here, we use the energy of Chivam to remove negativity so that the mind itself gets dissolved automatically. You and your intellect is more than sufficient to live in this materialistic world. Living without mind is called Jeevan muktha. He lives here without the effect of the materialistic world since he has obtained mukthi from the mind itself.

Spiritual practice is to purify the mind. It has nothing to do with materialistic life and responsibilities. Every single sitting is the cleansing process towards 100% purity. One can introspect oneself about the purity that one is obtained through the perceptional changes. Impure mind has many negative perceptions. The more the mind becomes pure, perceptions start changing into positive. Materialistic world becomes a stage and one becomes the perceiver. When every perception becomes positive, one becomes enlightened. Positive perception comes from purity makes the mind lighter and lighter. By the time, most of the negativity and negative qualities would have removed from the mind. Enlightened mind doesn't have fear of death.

1) This universe is in dark. Earth is also in the dark universe only. After leaving this materialistic body, everyone goes to the dark universe. The purity only can help you as light in that darkness. This  purity is not visible as light in this materialistic world except for sensitive persons. If purity is not available sufficiently, you will be in darkness only after death.

We can estimate our purity within us through our thinking, speech and action. The mind becomes very light because of purity or positivity. One can experience during this life itself. It is called as enlightened condition. Enlightened condition leads to Mukthi.

2) Dear abhyasis, our positivity should reflect always through our thinking, speech and action. Positivity or purity is measured within only through this as well as our perceptions. Chivality practice is for increasing the purity of mind during our life in this materialistic world itself. It's a challenge for every materialistic people. Materials in this materialistic world never create impurities of mind. We have already created sufficient negativity within us because of our wrong thinking pattern. Still we are continuing the same. Realising positivity is the only way to acquire purity of mind.

Q- Good Morning Master

How to get rid of responsibilities from mind when already I am bound to play my role in this life which myself I have chosen in this life?

Master-

Responsibilities are the feelings. Once negativity reduces, this feeling will vanish.   Responsibilities are related to the future. Feeling about future also will vanish. Positivity makes you to stay in the present always. It has no past and future. Don't worry, be calm. Don't think about anything unnecessarily.

Actually speaking, we have no purpose in life except attaining Mukthi during this life itself. Nobody has sent us to earth with any purpose. We have come on our own without knowing our purpose of this birth. It becomes too late once we know our real purpose of life. Certain people change their way of life after knowing their purpose of life. But many cannot because of their feelings of responsibilities. If you think like that, everything becomes responsibilities. We must understand that during our search for mukthi, we undertake lot of work unnecessarily and stick on it. Now you have additional responsibility for attaining mukthi. You may feel burdened now with this additional responsibility which is more important for a spiritual practitioner.

This responsibility is your birth right and is connected with God. If you are very sincere in this responsibility, you don't have to worry about other responsibilities. Others will be automatically taken care of and you will not be burdened. Slowly, feelings of other responsibilities will vanish except for the mukthi.
