Message 22 Aug

 *Friday Spiritual Article No:11*

Dear Abhyasis,

In the Chivality system, the Master’s physical presence is considered essential at least once a week because of how Chivam Energy works:

1. Remembrance Alone is Limited

When an abhyasi remembers the Master at home, the Master’s energy does flow.

But this energy is milder, because remembrance depends on the seeker’s own mental condition, effort, and purity at that moment.

2. Direct Presence = Direct Transmission

When you sit physically beside the Master (especially at Mouna Mantapa during Chivsangh), the energy is not filtered by your mind.

The Master’s stillness and silence penetrate directly into you, dissolving deep-rooted thoughts and negativity much faster.

It’s like being near a strong magnet — your own “needle” aligns effortlessly.

3. Weekly Recharge

Daily remembrance and Silentation at home keep the connection alive.

But once a week, being with the Master acts as a powerful recharge — like plugging into the main source of current.

This prevents the seeker from becoming weak, stagnant, or drifting away in worldly noise.

4. Subtle Guidance Beyond Words

The Master’s physical presence silently corrects seekers at deeper levels — often without spoken instruction.

Many changes in perception, personality, and inner silence happen just by sitting beside Him.

📌 In essence:

Home practice = maintaining the link.

Weekly presence = strengthening and deepening the link with direct Chivam Energy.

The mind is like a layer — it is what makes us sensitive and vulnerable. The practice of Silentation is the use of the power of silence to remove this layer.

This layer gives rise to various qualities, which we categorize as either positive or negative. Negative qualities are of two types:

1. Those that trouble only ourselves — fear, anxiety, worries, unfulfilled desires, unfulfilled expectations, depression, etc.

2. Those that trouble others — such as complaining, criticizing, discouraging, scolding, lying, etc.

As we progress, the negative qualities that disturb others will disappear first, and then the negative qualities that disturb ourselves will gradually reduce.

Finally, when the layer (mind) is completely destroyed (Mano Nasha/ dissolution of mind), we become nirguna and remains unaffected by anything. Like the lotus, which grows in muddy water yet remains untouched by dirt, we too remain pure amidst the impurities around us.

The practice of silentation helps us attain the state of quietude. When one is able to maintain this state, one will no longer have problems (sankashta).

  *Friday Spiritual Msg No:09*

In Chivality practice, Masterfullness means keeping the Master in your heart all the time — not just thinking about the Master occasionally, but letting the Master’s presence fill your inner space as a constant background awareness.

It’s a state where:

You remember the Master without prejudice — meaning without doubts, expectations, or mental debates.

The Master’s energy flows to you naturally through that remembrance, helping to dissolve thoughts and negativity.

Your connection to the Master becomes continuous, like an unbroken inner link.

Over time, this state deepens until remembrance becomes effortless and silent — and eventually, even remembrance dissolves into stillness.

It’s like holding a candle in a dark room — as long as it stays lit (remembrance), darkness (negativity, mental noise) has no place to enter.

*Here’s how Masterfullness develops step-by-step in Chivality practice:*

*1. Initial Stage – Intentional Remembrance*

You consciously remember the Master at intervals during the day.

You may look at the Master’s photograph or recall His presence in Mouna Mantapa to bring the mind back.

This remembrance is active effort — you choose to do it.

*Effect:* The Master’s energy begins touching you, slowly reducing mental chatter and negativity.

*2. Strengthening the Link – Frequent Return*

You catch yourself when the mind wanders and gently return to the Master again and again.

The gaps without remembrance become shorter.

The Master’s energy starts to flow more continuously, cleansing deeper layers of negativity.

*Effect:* You feel lighter, more peaceful, and less reactive in daily life.

*3. Continuous Awareness – Background Presence*

Remembrance shifts from effort to a natural background state, like soft music playing in your mind all the time.

Even during activities, the Master is quietly “there” in your awareness.

*Effect:* Negativity struggles to enter; thoughts lose their grip.

*4. Effortless Abidance – Living in the Master*

There’s no need to “remember” — you simply are with the Master all the time.

This is the pure state of Masterfullness — the heart and mind are saturated with the Master’s presence.

*Effect:* Deep stillness, mental silence, and a constant flow of positive energy.

*5. Beyond Remembrance – Stillness Itself*

Even the concept of “Master” disappears; you and the Master are not two.

Remembrance has dissolved into pure Silentation — the mind is free of movement.

*Effect:* Liberation while living (Jeevanmukthi), freedom from both thoughts and the need to remember.

📌 In short:

Remembrance → Continuous Presence → Masterfullness → Stillness → Liberation

1) Dear Abhyasis,

Doing good deeds for society is optional, but refraining from harmful actions is absolutely essential.

Spiritual progress does not depend on how many good things one does—but engaging in wrong or negative actions can severely hinder one’s spiritual growth.

1) MSG. No.1

Those who are interested in getting Moksha or Mukthi are only allowed in this institution.

For this, everyone in this institution should transform as Positive in every Walk of their life.

Positivity has to be maintained in every circumstance and transaction.

Your thinking, speech and action should be positive at any cost. Maintaining positivity can make you suffer sometimes.

Sufferings because of positive thinking, postive communication and positive action can reduce your negativity.

Ultimately, Mukthi means away from sufferings.

Any doubts in this regard can be clarified with Master.

2) *Friday Spiritual Msg No: 05*

*Topic: Don't fear death*

Chivality is the practice of preparing for a peaceful death. While we all know that death is inevitable, most of us are not truly ready for it. People strive to live longer, clinging to life as if it could last forever.

The practice of Chivality helps us overcome the fear of death and brings about a deep sense of inner peace. There are two types of peace: temporary and permanent. Temporary peace comes and goes with changing circumstances, while permanent peace is unshakable—a state in which a person remains peaceful regardless of the situation. Such a person is known as a Jeevan Mukta—one who has attained permanent peace while still alive.

If a person succeeds in attaining permanent peace during their lifetime, even in the moment of death, they die peacefully, and that same peace carries over into the afterlife. For such a person, death becomes a celebration, as it is a freedom from the materialistic world.

3) *Friday Spiritual Msg No:06*

*Topic: How to Create Permanent Peace?*

Permanent peace is attained through the cultivation of positivity in the mind. When negativity is reduced, the mind naturally regains its positive state. Overthinking, on the other hand, drains mental energy and reduces positivity, often leading to confusion, doubt, and inner unrest.

Positivity can be nurtured through positive thinking, positive communication, and positive actions. In a society where negativity has long prevailed, maintaining a positive mindset can be challenging. However, we must strive to remain positive in our lives, regardless of the negativity that has prevailed around us.

4) Friday Spiritual Msg. No.7

Dear Abhyasis,

Becoming positive at all times is a difficult task. However, we must try our best to maintain positivity in our lives.

Since we are all a mix of Positive and Negative, continuous self-motivation is essential to remain positive always. We must also introspect ourselves from time to time.

All Atmans reside in Brahman, and Brahman is in Chivam. To become Brahman, one must become more positive. When positivity is complete, one can become Chivam.

As all Atmans are united in Brahman, disturbing another Atman creates negativity in our own Atman. On the other hand, a highly positive Atman can bring peace to others through love.

Loving others is the only way to maintain positivity always.

Do not hate anyone. Love never disturbs others. Loving everyone is a practice—do it and witness how your positivity increases.

To become Chivam, you must love everyone, regardless of their behaviour or character.

1) The truth of the inner soul

Everything that happens happens for good. Fruits come from a flower on a tree. When it is a flower, its fragrance may be pleasing to the nose. When it is a fruit, it is also delicious to the tongue. That is, this fruit is very sweet. What did this sweetness taste like before? The flower is bitter, the unripe fruit is sour, the unripe fruit is sour, after all these stages, the fruit becomes sweet. This sweetness is the supreme peace of life. When this sweetness of peace comes, all the attachments within us disappear.

Similarly, when the heart is completely filled with sweetness, when the fruit is fully ripe, all attachments fall off as if they fall down by themselves. As long as the fruit is sour, the attachment of ego remains. When an unripe fruit is plucked, a kind of juice comes from the stalk. This means that the tree does not want to let go of the unripe fruit, and when it is plucked by force, it expresses its opposition.  After it is fully ripe, the tree does not keep the fruit for any reason. The tree itself gives up the fruit. Then no kind of juice oozes out.

This means that those who do not grieve over anything in life, but happily accept and develop step by step, whose heart is filled with sweetness, such people happily uproot the tree of samsara. Just as the conditions before the fruit ripens, such as bitterness, astringency, and sourness, are necessary, in the initial stages, we have enough desires, anger, and impatience within us. It is not possible to be completely free from these. We should reduce all these as much as possible and move forward.

All these conditions should be passed with patience and await the next stages. Nothing stops, all stages must be passed.  If you try to ripen it in a hurry and at the wrong time, the young fruit may not be able to go to the next stage, may not be able to get rid of the sour taste, may remain immature, or may even rot. Such premature and futile efforts will lead to losing one's identity. One should mature step by step and rise. From the young sapling, to the unripe body, and then to the ripe fruit, one should try to have the truth of the inner soul. This is the best achievement in life. This is salvation.

 Dear Abhyasis,

Every uniform carries its own significance.

Saffron symbolizes sacrifice and is traditionally worn by sanyasis—those who are born for moksha or mukti.

White, on the other hand, is associated with noble professions such as doctors, nurses, and teachers. In the path of Positivity, white is considered the highest and most appropriate attire. Positive individuals choose to wear only white—not out of preference, but as a natural expression of their inner condition. For them, dress is not a matter of choice but of alignment with their state.

Therefore, those who aspire to become positive may begin wearing white—not only during their time at Mouna Mantapa but also in their daily lives.
