Eshwara Prasada
Humans involve their mind to execute
any action, though many may not be aware of it. When someone is under tension,
it becomes difficult to act because the capability of the brain to think will
be lost then. If the brain is under such incapable condition, then we should
not force it to think because the forced thinking creates stress in the brain. When
the mind is unable to bear the stress, it gets tensed since tension is related
to the human mind.
Human beings endlessly expect lot of things
to happen in life. When things do not happen as intended, the mind gets tensed.
Tension can be avoided by preparing the mind in advance before anything happens.
Generally we call it as time management. Maintaining time management may also
cause tension sometimes because of various reasons. The more we try to discipline
our mind the more we have to bear the tension.
In Spirituality we believe the karma
theory which says we carry forward the Karmaphala (the resultant of our
actions) from every birth. This is also called as samskara. This is divided
into three types viz.
Sanchita – what we have accumulated
thus far.
Prarabda - what we have been undergoing
at present.
Agami – what we would acquire in the
future.
When we remember about the past and
suffer in the mind it is because of Sanchita Karmaphala. We have sufferings now
because of the karma we are doing now (Prarabda Karmaphala). When we think
about the future and have suffering then it is because of Agami Karmaphala.
When something happens against our expectations
we feel the pain. This Karma done by the human mind (not by the physique) creates
the Karmaphala. Similarly when we have desires & expectations, the mind is engaged
in the karma and the result is Karmaphala. When the karma is done in the mind
but one expects the phala to happen outside that phala is bahir phala and it
has nothing to do with the accumulation of Karmasamskara. In other words, if
the phala (fruit) is not favorable and if we have any pain in the mind, then that
is called Antharaphala.
This Antharaphala, if it is strong,
creates deep memories later on and gets converted as impressions. These
impressions created by Antharaphala are very dangerous because they further get
converted into an energy called as negative energy (since it is to be negated
it is called negative energy). These impressions are also called impurities of
mind. If the impurity (or negative energy) is destroyed, then the tension in
the mind will be lost forever.
Shivality is the training method
capable of destroying the Antharaphala of a human being. Antharaphala, apart
from tension, creates fear, anxiety & worries. Aham is the always positive
real “I” in a human being and the personification of this positivity is called
as Ahamkara or it can be said that Ahamkara encompasses the Aham in a human
being. Though there is no form to the Aham, Ahamkara is imaginary and is
considered as having the form. Ahamkara is formed by the positivity which
envelopes the Aham.
Ahamkara, depending upon the extent
of positivity, possess negative qualities also. Me & mine are the main
negative qualities along with fear, worries, anxiety, desires & expectations.
If this form of Ahamkara is destroyed, then the above mentioned negative
qualities will also vanish from the human being. But it is not easy to destroy so
because it has been accumulated from many births.
Rudram is the hidden power available
in this universe which can be drawn through continuous tapas. The power of Rudram
can destroy the negativity in the human mind. If the personality who has
attained the power of Rudram becomes Rudra, he is called Eshwara. Eshwara is
known to possess the three qualities such as Shivam and Samkaram.
1. Destroying the negative qualities
2. Giving peacefulness – creating /
experiencing fearlessness
3. Creating auspiciousness in the
mind.
The personalities possessing these
qualities are called as Shivagnanies and they possess the capacity to destroy
the negativity in the human mind so that these three qualities are bestowed in
the seeker.
Shivality training is imparted under
the guidelines of Shivaguru who is able to bestow these qualities. The power of
Shivam is transmitted to the seekers to destroy the negative qualities.
Continuous practice of Shivality on the guidelines of Shivaguru can help a
person to live peacefully & happily.
