Q-: I have a Question Master. When there are no thoughts, I am not there. So who experiences?
Master:- There are four things in you. YOU, Ego, Mind and Brain. When the connection between Mind and Brain is stopped, thoughts will vanish. You are the person experiencing thoughts and thoughtlessness. The connection between Mind and Brain is done by the Ego. When you are experiencing thoughtlessness, the Ego is lost and not You.
Master: Ego is the power of Mind utilising the brain. Ego increases when the intellect of the brain increases. Ego says I am higher than anyone. Ego doesn't know that something is higher than ego. As long as the Ego is there, that something greater than ego can't be experienced. Thoughtlessness represents the great something.
Master:- *Power of Constant Remembrance*
In a day we perform n number of activities. The time between an activity that ends and a new activity that begins, there is a small interval which contains silence. This interval is similar to the space between two atoms or molecules, or the space between two thoughts in the mind. In this space between performing activities if we remember our Master (who is the embodiment of silence) the silence becomes empowered. It will hardly take us a second to close our eyes and remember the Master, but the effect of this will be tremendous. Please try this and see the change for yourself!
*ನಿರಂತರ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯ ಶಕ್ತಿ.*
ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಂಖ್ಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಒಂದು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಅಂತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸದೊಂದು ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರವಿದೆ. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌನವು ನೆಲೆಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರವು ಎರಡು ಪರಮಾಣುಗಳ ಅಥವಾ ಅಣುಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಅಲೋಚನಗಳ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಲುತ್ತದೆ. ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌನವೇ ಸಾಕಾರವಾಗಿರುವ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ರವರನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮೌನವು ಸಶಕ್ತಿಕರಣಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ, ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ರವರನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಂದರೆ ಒಂದು ಕ್ಷಣದ ಅವಧಿ ಸಾಕಾದರೂ, ಇದರ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವು ಪ್ರಚಂಡವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿರಂತರ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ತಯತ್ನಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಾಗುವ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀವೇ ಗಮನಿಸಿ.

Q-Is it correct to say that the Swadharma of every person is Self-realization ?
Master: *Try to see the Master in your heart.*
Master: *One is sent to jail only with the aim that he should not come back to jail again. His swadharma becomes preparing himself not to commit crimes. In the same way, human beings swadharma becomes preparing himself not to come again to the earth. Dharma means protection. Here the dharma is to have protection from attachment.*

Master:- Thoughts give the experience of existence to the mind. Thoughtlessness gives the experience of existence of non existence. Experience of emotions is also because of thoughts. But the bliss or Ananda is experienced only when the thoughts are not there. This blissful state is related to the existence of non existence, the God or Brahmam.
