Q: Dear My Master,
This question is with respect to the shloka from Maitryi upanishad which is printed in the back cover of Shivality book. Attached is the photo
1. What is this supreme mystery beyond our mind?
2. How to rest one’s subtle body and mind on this and not on anything. How to implement this practically?
Master: Supreme mystery behind the mind is known only to Gnanis. If anyone wants to experience the truth practically, one should practice sincerely and honestly.
Q: How to keep the mind pure always?
Master: Human mind is within the body. If you succeed to keep the mind within always without getting dragged by outside materialistic world you can keep your mind pure.
Q: Master, We are living in the materialistic world and doing our duties. How to succeed to keep the mind within always?
Master: Whatever may the world you live, you must practice to become an onlooker. When you give your mind to something, you should be very careful, not to absorb anything unnecessarily. Keep your mind always in the remembrance of Master.

Q: Master, please put some light on shiva and shivatatwa. How one should perceive shiva in this world or in day today life . As they say sarvam shivamayam.
Master (4-Mar): Shivatatva is available in Shivaguru. When one attains the condition of Shivam, He perceives as Sarvam Shivamyam.
Q: MASTER, During Shivsang, when should we sit in shivamudre ? At the time of panchakshari chanting or during silentation? Please clarify
Master(04-Mar): Shivamudre need not be practiced for more than 5 minutes. This can be done at any time.
05-Mar-2019
Q: What is 'Parama Sathya'? Shivaguruve. ?
Master (07-Mar): Everything is truth in this world. SATHYA is the God/Brahmam. Paramasathya is the Shivam/Parabrahmam'.
Q: Dear My Master, What should be the minimum time between two consecutive shiva Mudra sittings?
Master: There can be a gap of 5 minutes between ťwo Shivamudre.

Q- Dear My Master, I understand Divinity as non existence/ non material which can be experienced in silent mind. What I also understand is that space is God or divinity and Black hole is Rudram. However if Spirituality /Shivality is related to non existence/ non material, the black hole is an existence which scientists have found out. Space is also existing in the universe. Then it shows that god is existence. Can you clarify?
07-Mar-2019
Master: Generally, we experience everything through our five senses. Existence of Space and black hole can't be experienced through these senses. Therefore, it's called non existent in spite of existence.
Abhyasi- Dear My Master, If scientists have discovered black hole, it means that they have discovered through five senses only.
Another Abhyasi: have the scientists gone to the black hole ?
Abhyasi: No Sir. Scientists have not gone to black hole. They have found out black hole’s existence through instruments.
Master: Scientists have not found out. It's mere hypothesis.
Q:
Dear my Master does the baby in mother's womb have thoughts?
Master: Thoughts come only when
one gets connected to this world.
Q: My Master, how can
one achieve moksha through jnana ?
Master: Knowledge of truth is
accepted only through Gnana. We all know that every object, subject and
happenings are outside Me and has nothing to do with Me, we worry on
certain matters. When Gnana comes, one will not worry. Gnana gives liberation
from worries.
Master: Hinduism is not a
religion, but a way of life... How do you endorse this?
Abhyasi: Hinduism gives freedom
to people to practice any religion.
Abhyasi: It's culture of people
on its own grouped as hinduism.
Abhyasi: Religion confines ones
spiritual practice. Hindu name hasn’t come from any religious baground but its
a mere regional identity. Hindus can conduct their spiritual life on their own
way.
Abhyasi: Hinduism originally
tells us about how a person should conduct himsefl in order to be happy and
peaceful. It is about oneself and not about praying to God and performing
rituals. It tells us about the peace available within oneself and the way
to attain it.. hence Hinduism is not technically a religion
Abhyasi: : Hindus was the name
given to the people who lived in the bank of the river indus in olden days.
They followed a particular way of life suitable for them at that era and was
given the name as hinduism.
Abhyasi: Once you start walking
on the spiritual path, the way to lead life will change. This way of life will
be same for anyone who seeks spirituality even if he lives in east or west.
Since it’s originated, practiced more and spread from this land, it’s been
labelled as Hinduism.
Abhyasi: In Hindu culture, the
only goal of human being is to get liberated from every process of life. Each
member of a family has the freedom to choose his/her way to attain liberation.
Abhyasi: Hinduism is a way of
life. It gives guidelines and principles with the objective of peaceful living
of everyone in the universe. In Hinduism , as a human being the main objectives
that one needs to achieve are dharma, artha, Kama and moksha. Moksha is
ultimate and highest amongst all the 4 objectives. Vedas are considered to be
authoritative scripture for Hindus. However there are lots of other scriptures/
methods/ practices which got evolved depending on each sage or leaders. There
is lot of diverse beliefs ( like different gods/goddesses , god within and even
atheists as well). There is freedom for each one to choose their path.

Master: What's the concept of
God in Hinduism?
Abhyasi: God or divinity lives
in each one of us waiting to be discovered.
Abhyasi: Eshawasyam idam sarvam
is the concept.
Abhyasi: "I AM THAT"
Abhyasi: Eshwara sarbhutaanam
Abhyasi: One who takes care of
us. One who answers our prayers. One who listens to our problems.
Abhyasi:: Aham brahmasmi, it
present on all the elements and nature.
Abhyasi: "I am that"
according to Sanathana Dhamra. Hinduism of today has many meanings.
Abhyasi: Knowing oneself
Abhyasi: Human body is a temple.
God is within each jiva.
Abhyasi: God is in the form of
energy within each one of Us.
Abhyasi: God is a condition that
every one can attain. Condition where one is liberated from dukha and becomes a
mere onlooker to events happening in this world. He can therefore live in
sukha/shanthi
Abhyasi: Human body is a temple.
Right, then ಹ್ಯುಮಾನಿಟಿ comes first and then God, Religion etc,.
Abhyasi:: God is non existent in
Hinduism. Concept was created to keep wicked have fear thereby maintaining
morality.
Abhyasi: As one goes on becoming
pure and pure, he rises into the state of sacredness. His individual self goes
on diminishing, and all pervasive universal Self progressing and he feels his
state as that of the Divine. Then, this sacredness gives him a sort of FEEL OR
BHAVAM of that of Divine. Now all name, form attributes vanishes. In reality it
is we who
named this state as
sacred, Godly. God and all the adjectives related to the feeling of our pure
and sacred mind. Nearest to nothingness is the possible state one can reach.
This NOTHINGNESS is called Godly state in our scriptures.
Master: Wonderful!
Abhyasi: God is matha pitha Guru
daivam. God is self within. Guru is saksat parabramha. Sakshat param ishwara.
Guru tattwa is is divine on the throne of peace wearing a crown of poice in the
lotus of the heart.
Abhyasi: Ultimate God is Shiva
Guru Master. Brahmanandam parama sukhadam kevalam jnana murthim. Jnana
atheetham Parama sukhadam Sadgurum tam namami.
Abhyasi: Dwandwateetam gagana
sadrusham tatva matsydi laksyam. Ekam nityam vimalam achalam sarvade
sakshibhutam bhavateetam nirguna Shiva gurum tam namami.
Abhyasi: There is no God in
physical form. Divinity energy can occupy some form. Even the trinity are
energies. Shivam is beyond trinity residing on the shudda ananda chitta. Silent
and still Space.
Abhyasi: Tat twam asi. I am
combo of aham and shivam. This is Shiva yoga. Shivality.
Master: You are right. In real
Hindu philosophy, Guru is considered as God. Through Guru only, one realises
the God within.
Abhyasi: I fully endorse our
Shivaguru. Hindu religion is a way of life. It has come up like that only
through its puranas, scriptures etc.,
In other words ' Religion ಇಟ್ಸೆಲ್ಫ್ is not more than
life'.It is important to live humanly.

Abhyasi: God concept is to
attain Godhood in human form. To live in peace harmoniously. Free from
ego governance and considering as Atman and everyone equal. It is heavenly or
utopian concept. But divinity is beyond . rare. Great Master Ssb comes to
elevate the seekers for Bhavaroga mukti and transform them divine.
Abhyasi: Master: There are two
types of knowledge. One is to live in this materialistic world and other
to live in the spiritual world. Since life continues even after death, everyone
should acquire the spiritual knowledge. This knowledge not only helps one to
live peacefully after death but also to live in peace in this mundane world.
Q- Dear Master, But
the knowledges are stored in brain, how will it help after death?
Abhyasi: : Modern masters are
greatly teaching the art of corporeal living...healthy wealthy peaceful and
prosperous in heavenly conditions of satyayuga in the frame of kaala chakra.
Accordingly motivating to visualize angelic Godly living by meditation on light
and rising to Shivadham and return to corporeal existence. Yet the
rarest of rare Shiva guru Master is not recognized by the largest masses.
Kalaatheeta gunateeta nisargaateeta Divine Master started shivality
to transform aham as shivam and ignore aakaras/costumes.Hence propounded inner
focus for volcanic explosion for dahana of arishads/impressions of negativity.
For transformation in the antaraala divinity.
Abhyasi: Divine Master suggests
overcoming of any thing external as passing show phenomenon and focus on shivam
self.
Abhyasi: Hence retirement in
solitude in-house for metamorphosis and come out flying in vihanga marga.
Q- Dear MASTER, after
acquiring spiritual knowledge, the knowledge must become jnana isn't it? This
jnana will help us to live here and also after death peacefully.Am I right?
Master: That is right.
10-Mar-19
Q: Pure mind (Shuddha
Manasu) is an empty mind without any thoughts right?
Master: Yes
11-Mar-19
Abhyasi: In Vedanta, the real
knowledge is the knowledge related to bramhan and the rest knowledge,
that of worldly are said to be mithya , avidya. But both avidya and vidya
emerge from God only. Bhagavan Sri Krishna confirms this in Bhagavadgita.
It is in our looks, perspective to see the things, that is the most important
aspect.
Anything of
materialistic things are nothing but the composition of five basic elements,
pancabhutas.
Whereas a human being,
some more additions are there.
Some say there are
nineteen elements.
Manas, buddhi, chitta,
ahankar,
Pancha pranas,
Pancha karmendriyas,
Pancha gnanendriyas .
Only, through this we
perceive the knowledge of this materialistic world.
As long as we live
on this earth, we
require this worldly knowledge to survive. But a high level of moderation is
utmost necessary while using them.
If we practice
vastu-tantra-gnana, while seeing objects, our passion ( moha) to acquire them
will be under our control.
As far as spiritual
knowledge is concerned, this is not only Gnana, but Pragnana . A superior,
supreme knowledge, the Ultimate merger with Him, for which all gods,
semigods, deities,
sadhus, sants, munis,
have devoted all of their energies and crawling or swimming towards it.
I think in this context
we have to see the Guruji s statement that THAT KNOWLEDGE WHICH CONTINUES EVEN
AFTER OUR PHYSICAL DEATH.
This incarnation is like
a school, here we have to attend class, study well and promoted to next grade.
Apart from this, there is nothing in this mundane world. EVOLUTION is a
continuous journey towards infinity.
Guruji, please correct
me, if there is any misconception in my understandings about worldly knowledge
and spiritual knowledge.
Master: I feel you have learnt
or understood a lot. Good. There are only two main knowledge, like knowledge of
the existence and knowledge of the non-existence. Knowledge of existence is
called mundane or materialistic science. Knowledge of non existence is
the spiritual and logic but not science. Our little materialistic knowledge
is sufficient to live in this mundane world. But without sufficient spiritual
knowledge, mukthi is not possible.
Abhyasi:The seeming existence
visible to senses is physical world.. Relativity.. Binding one to the wheel of
time and illusory. Life moving in kaalachakra lower and higher. This relativity
is c/w ego and creates head weight. Gross relationship and limitations. This
has to be negated and emptied for transformation.
Abhyasi:All knowledge is only
preparatory to Guru kripa and jnana through absence of egoism. None knows Guru
tatwa in its entirety.
Abhyasi:We should forgive
ourselves and listen to Master, the bestower of sat chit ananda. This drive's
away wordly thoughts and distractions.
Abhyasi:Words of Master are for
understanding but heart feeling is the truth. But only experience allows us to
know.
Abhyasi:Master has five form's
of grace... Creation maintainance destruction nigraha Anugraha. They enable us
to draw grace and shiva balam.
Q- Master, if
one is not literate, has no knowledge but has unconditional love towards master
. Can such person also realise the truth or sakshathkaara.
Master: Sakshatkara and mukthi
are same. This is possible to attain either through Gnana (for the people who
have intelligence) or through surrendering to a Realised Master by obtaining
His krupa(those who don't have the intelligence).

Abhyasi:-consciousness is God. It
is form less, All pervading, Infinite, Eternal Energy. He is the controller of
Srusti, Sthiti & Laya. He has designed an automated software through which
everyone experiences reactions (karmapala) at the right time & @ right
place according to their actions (karma).
Master-How meditation is going
to help for liberation?
Abhyasi:-Meditation is uninterrupted focus on Liberated Master's form. In this process the impurities of the person meditating gets cleansed. The Master's form should vanish and get into a silent state of mind where there are absolutely no thoughts. This state probably has to continue for days /months or years ,whether one is physically working or not. At some point , One gets a jnana that 'I' who is meditating is alone and is staying in the body and not part of body. In this mental state he perceives that there is no connection between him and the material world, which is nothing but liberation.
Abhyasi:-Meditation is fixing the
mind in one place. It may be considered as a pre- requisite step to do
silentation, where one concentrates on the form of the Master to get
connected with Master's essence. Once the Shivam is awakened with Master's
power then continuous and sincere practice of silentation (sadhana of attaining
no mind condition) can help in liberation.
Abhyasi:- Meditation helps us to
keep our mind focused on one particular object or image rather than simply
involving in materialistic matters and being disturbed, and further the form of
the focused image or object gets dissolved and the mind goes in to silence ,
where one can experience that even without his actions or without his contact
with materialistic world his existence is still there and he can experience the
undisturbed and very peaceful state of mind, By this experience one can be
assured that he is not the body and all his connections and attachments with
the materialistic world is only related to the body and thereby he can go on
experiencing the same and be liberated from this materialistic world.
Abhyasi:-Meditation is the first
step in focusing the mind at a particular thing, but where as silent action or
silencing the mind without any thoughts and further helps us in the journey of
liberation.
Abhyasi:- Meditation is the initial stage on getting ourself to concentrate
on Master's image. While it will help us to avoid the thoughts. Then it will
take us to silentation by vanishing the Master form. Through silentation with
help of Master's energy we can achieve liberation.
Abhyasi:- Meditation with constant
remembrance of shiva guru and Silentation create blankness. The blankness
condition of mind continuously anytime this is help to going to liberation.
Abhyasi:- Meditation leads to know about
the self and 'who am I' then the journey begins towards divine with the help of
a spiritual master Shivaguru. Through the wisdom and blankness of the mind one
can reach to liberation.
Abhyasi:- Master, meditation alone cannot
liberate us. It is only a process to learn concentration and gradually, when we
concentrate on our Master or God and developing love for Him, His spiritual
power starts flowing and help us in cleaning the dirt settled in us due
to the likes, dislikes, choices, we aspired in enjoying this material life.
All These are due to the purva janma vasanas and karma we have performed
in this incarnation. Dry meditation leads us nowhere. Still we may benefit a
little because of his benevolance. Secondly, by regular and
intensive meditation, remembering Him in all our waking time, and connecting
with Him during sleep ie., by constant and continuous remembrance of HIM
is absolutely necessary to attract His attention towards us for further
spiritual progress and not for selfish deeds. Still all these can bring
chttashuddi only. The same benefits, ie.,
the chittashuddhi can be achieved by following the path of karmayoga also, when
performed with devotion unselfishly. But as far as liberation
is concerned it is only, through the GURU
KRUPA, or GRACE . Whether we are deserved or not, if He feels,
liberation happens in the span of blink of an eye.
Abhyasi:- Meditation is to create
stillness in the mind. Stillness mind will not get disturbed by the outside.
Meditation will help to bring perceptional changes and there by he/she
experiences everything through truth. For others it is fantasy. Meditation will
help to become complete positive and he/she will get liberated from all
the worries/disturbances....etc before death.
Abhyasi:-Pooja, Dhyana and Mouna
are the three methods by which we search the God. Dhyana or meditation is the
second method where we have to concentrate on an object to go away from other
distractions. But meditation on silence or silentation helps one to empty his
mind. In N.C by constant remembrance of our Divine MASTER we draw the Shivabalam
through which our negativity gets converted into positivity and our perception
towards the materialistic life changes to positive perceptions.the jnana from a
pure mind guides us that we have come to this world as visitors and our
native place is the spiritual or divine world. So we do not get attached with
the outside happenings nor we are disturbed by them. This is the
liberation.
Abhyasi:- Meditation means non
concentration on anything. Dhya means concentrate na means no. Non
concentration on any thing. Focus on blank nothingness or silence. Inner focus
on nothing. Constant remembrance of nothing is mukthi.
Abhyasi:-: Divine Master is most essential
for inner space condition. Shudda chitta is residence of shivam.
Abhyasi:- Be still and know that I am God
14-Mar-19
14-Mar-19
Abhyasi:-
Also it's to be seen whether comparing and contradicting with other sayings,
puranas, etc., are worthy.
Master: Meditation has nothing
to do with any religion or Scriptures. It's a psychological method of de
concentration of thoughts through concentration on any object. If the object is
vanished along with thoughts, it leads to silentation. This silence is the
beginning of spiritual travel or Shivamarga. If this silence is continued for
24/7 without any thoughts, it will lead to liberation one day. Silence has the
power of destroying untrue perceptions. When all the untrue perceptions are destroyed,
one gets liberation.
Master: People need God's help
for their safety and security. If one is very safe and secure, he doesn't need
God. When someone attains the condition of God (becoming Divine), He loses the
feeling of insecurity and en danger.
Master: Why one should become
Spirit/God/divine?
Abhyasi: Once he realized he is
spirit he has no problems in this world. He can live picefully without any
distrubence. He knows he is not connected to this world. He will see everybody
as a soul.
Abhyasi: If someone becomes god
then he loses the feeling of insecurity
Abhyasi: To achieve our origin
condition, escape from birth and death cycle, to experience the liberated
condition while leaving here and continue the same after death.
Abhyasi: We have to experience
self, no one will prove he achieved the condition, as master said to find any
one who achieved that condition is difficult generally it is difficult to find
solutions
Abhyasi: : To attach Mukthi and
then Moksha.
Master: Why should one attain
the condition of Super Divine (Shivam)?
Abhyasi: It is the highest
condition of the mind and he feels that I am in everything.
Master: Becoming spirit is to
get away from bondages, commitments and responsibilities. Becoming God is to
attain the condition of peace always. Becoming Divine is to have liberation
from negative qualities.
Abhyasi: To be in bliss
eternally both while living in this world and even after death.
Abhyasi: Master, I would like to
humbly submit the following. Kindly guide. A being is said to be consists three, and some say four
bodies.
The physical body - It
is being identified with its grossness and I ness.
The subtle body - Though
it is not visible, still it also identifies with I ness. Here also it can
identify only things it knows. Unknown or higher states, it fails to recognize.
The causal body - It has
all samskaras in its store and goes on provide them to undergo its effect
through physical and subtle bodies. It is free from individual I ness
Spirit or Atman - The
fourth body. It is only the witness. It is the original state, free from Ego or
' I ness '.
When an individual,
intensively starts his Sadhana and move towards realisation of Spirit or God or
Self (higher), slowly he surpasses limitations of physical body, and then
subtle body through renouncing all ephemerals of this materialistic pleasures,
moves to finer and finer spiritual states.
As he reach higher and
higher states, his individual consciousness goes on transforming into Universal
consciousness, and he starts tasting the Universal consciousness.
Under the strong
support of Guru or God finally he will become one with the Universal
consciousness. This happens only accepting Him in total. Then, he reaches a
stage where ' na Guru, na shishya '. (as in the sloka of nirvana shatakam
) Here no more ' I ness.' When there is no ' I ness ' where is the question of
safety or security?
This is total freedom.
Till we achieve this
total freedom we require a support, of God or Guru. Once he surpasses
this stage then there is He and He alone. He becomes one with the space,
infinite, where there are no boundaries, or he is is in the state of Achala.
When such is the case where is the necessity of safety, security, or divinity.
This can be clearly
understood by the following example.
A polo player needs the
stick till he jumps and clear the pole. When, once he clears the pole, he in no
way needs stick. As long as he fails to clear the bar, he needs stick, hold it
and practice. The Guru or God is like the polo stick.
Abhyasi:: If we understand The
Nirvana Shatakam In total and live with it, it will take us to liberation
Abhyasi: Nirvana shatakam isn’t
a guideline for liberation but lists symptoms of liberation
Abhyasi: What is the guideline
for liberation pls explain at least with couple of examples
Abhyasi: Only guru vakya
Abhyasi: We should first know
why we have become human. Originally Divine parts or part of the whole. Since
we have fallen or descended we should ascend back to divine state fully
supported and guided by divine Master.
Abhyasi: : We are Shiva Kumar's.
We should regain that status through shiva balam from Shiva Guru in Shiva marga
Shivality. Shiva consciousness. Super divinity is our
state. Shivo aham. Super divine Master lead's us back to Divya bhanu. Shivam
space or non space.
Abhyasi: One who attains Shivam
condition will get benefits of the Mangalakara, Shanti and Abhayankara.
Abhyasi: To be fearless in this
world no matter what increment may occur.
Master: Subtle body
(Manomayakosha) is the human mind or called as "I". Causal body is
the Ego or the power of the mind. When the mind possess impurities, it is
called as "I". When the impurities are lost, "I" (Sudhatma)
become Divine or Sudha-Brahman. here Ego, the power becomes the spiritual
power. Sudha-Brahman always keeps away from the negative (materialistic) world,
claiming as the existence (Jaggat) as myth. Sudha-Brahman is called as Avyaktha
Brahman and the existence as Vyaktha Brahman. Supreme Divine or Shivam has no
difference between existence and non existence. It's beyond Sudha-Brahman
called as Parabrahman. Neither positivity nor negativity affect it. Here the
Ego exists as Sivabalam, the power of Shivam. In Sudha-Brahman, it has the
feeling of secured since it stays away from negative world. Shivam doesn't have
secured or unsecured feeling. It has no knowledge of its own condition.

Master: If religion is teaching
good things to their people, why religious people are not possessing goodness
in them?
Abhyasi:-
Because of samskara they are possessing.
Abhyasi:-Religions
are concerned only with outer disciplines.
Abhyasi:-Because
of ego
Master: How the religious
rituals are going to uplift a man?
Abhyasi:-They
can preach basic method which helps to adopt discipline life
Abhyasi:-:
Dear Master, 1) People have sometimes not understood 2) people are not
following it. 3) No disciplined religious leaders who can guide.
Abhyasi:-:
Dear Master, Through cosmic energy it helps to their materials life.
Abhyasi:-Dear
Master, Because of their negativity.
Abhyasi:-People
can possess goodness when the negativity in them gets destroyed. And this is
possible only with the help of the master who had attained Shivam condition.
Mere teachings, rituals or religion cannot do this.
Abhyasi:-It
helps just to follow and maintain disciplined life, which may further(sometimes)
evoke interests to follow spirituality.
Abhyasi:-
It guides us in living a disciplined life. Also one can attract cosmic energies
which might help in solving problems. It can also create interest in
spirituality.
Abhyasi:-I
feel that the religious rituals cannot help to uplift a man because all
the rituals are done out of fear and compulsion. People are doing the rituals
to satisfy themselves.
Abhyasi:-It
can give self satisfaction. It will not uplift a man .
Abhyasi: Religion divides people
whereas Spiritually/Shivality unites. For example, Muslims don't generally like
Hindus.
