REALIZING GOD AND SUBSEQUENT MENTAL  CONDITIONS

 

             1.     God is energy-less energy, which has to be realized every now and then.

             2.     It is a process of knowing new things with the help of this energy.

             3.     This energy is not fixed at a particular stage, time or speed, but evolving all the time with various velocities.

             4.     This energy is all pervading, but can be experienced only through vaccumisation of “I”.

             5.     Vaccumisation of “I” ness is equivalent to purification of the mind.

             6.     Since the energy is extremely pure, the mind also should be kept pure always to realize it.

             7.     The mind must be filled all the time with blankness or without any thought so as to receive this pure energy.

             8.     It is not necessary that the blank mind always receives the energy, because in the evolutionary speed, we do not know at what time our mind tallies with “That Ever Evolving Purity”.

             9.     Duration of connection with THAT ENERGY cannot be predicted and not the same all the time.

         10.     If the practitioner is able to maintain the blankness of mind all the time, then the realization of energy at various intervals occurs.

         11.     The practitioner need not do anything, but maintain the blankness always along with vaccumisation.

         12.     Actually, it is very difficult to measure the speed and velocity of this energy. However mental transformation definitely happens because of the connection with the energy.

 

The following transformation can be observed in a God-realizing person.

 

               i.     He is able to maintain peace of mind most of the time, and all the time after a certain stage.

             ii.     A tremendous power of courage can be seen in him all the time without worries about the past or anxiety about the future.

           iii.     He stays always in the “PRESENT” confirming his connection with ‘THAT”.

           iv.     Desires in him get reduced gradually, and finally he lives without desires.

             v.     He is able to really experience that whatever happened is for good, whatever    happening now is for good and whatever is going to happen is also for good

           vi.     He prepares him to accept everything as it is.

         vii.     He loses discrimination among beings.

       viii.     He has only one quality in him, and that is only LOVE.  In fact he becomes an embodiment of LOVE.

           ix.     Initially he starts emitting the energy from him resulting in a condition, where those persons beside him start feeling a mental state of peace and calmness.

             x.     In the next stage, he starts transmitting the energy to others through mental   connection from wherever he is.

           xi.     After that he is able to transmit the FIRE directly or translit into the souls of others.

 

Every human being in this world has the potentiality of reaching to the stage of manifesting all the above qualities on his journey towards the ULTIMATE.

For this, basically the following mental attitudes are required.

He starts feeling that he is only a human being with the following ideas:-

·               I am not belonging to a particular sex.

·               I am not belonging to a particular caste / creed / set / religion.

·               I am neither rich nor poor

·               I am neither educated nor uneducated.

·               I am neither beautiful nor ugly.

·               I am neither a specialized nor a non-specialized person.

·               I do not think that I am a spiritual person.

·               I am neither healthy nor unhealthy.

·               I do not know whether I am good or bad

·               I do not think I have any objectives in life.

·               I do not experience my existence.

·               I do not know what hatred is.

·               I forget to remember Him always.

·               I do not want to know  where I am

·               I do not know whether I know anything.

 

What is God?

It is very difficult to describe the concept of God. This all-pervading energy–less energy has no qualities or mind. This mindless, quality-less energy-less energy can neither be seen through the naked eyes nor can be experienced by a mind with “I” ness. When the “I”, which is imaginary, loses its quality, it acquires the quality of the manifestation. No manifestation other than the human being has an imaginary “I”. They don’t need to realize the God, because their existence or life is taken care of by this God instinctively, without their knowledge. In human beings, because of their Samskaras that are created by the “I”, the imaginary “I” is not allowed to know this energy. If the mind is vaccumised, then this omnipotent energy available inside the human being appears in the mind as a specialized “nothing” giving the experience of “nothingness”. This nothingness is the all-pervading energy-less energy – so called as God. Once this God is realized, one’s life and existence will be taken care of by Him.

How to be positive always

 HOW TO BE POSITIVE ALWAYS?

Positiveness is the quality of perception. You can perceive any incident or occasion as positive or negative. An incident never creates negativity or positiveness because it has no mind. Perception is created from the mind, and also positive and negative.

No object or article has the capacity to produce negativity or positiveness. But the mind looks at it as either positive or negative. Normally, we perceive anything that grows towards humans’ help and life as positive, and anything that creates troubles, destruction, tarnishing etc. as negative.

It is very natural that an object, whether it is animate or inanimate, has to undergo various stages of growth, and at the end of growth it starts decaying towards the beginning. The process of growth is called positive and the process of decay is called negative.

When the human being is able to change his perception level from negative to positive, everything can be perceived as positive. For example, think that the baby is growing to a man’s level. We perceive this is to be positive. After reaching the end of the growth, probably at the age of 40 years, we can perceive the decline in him. This declining is perceived to be negative. When you convert your mind as positive always, you accept the truth that human being has to start declining at one stage with respect to health, mental attitude, earning capacity, relations, intelligence etc. A positive man through the understanding of truth accepts the declining stages as positive because it has to happen in everybody’s life. It is worthless to worry about the decline of human health and other aspects when you have reached a particular age. This is a truth indeed.

Similarly, every incident that happens in this Universe may be either related to earlier stages or accidental. These accidents occur regularly in our life (accidents means instantaneous incidents without prior intimation) which we face with our perception levels. So, in the Nature anything is possible without prior intimation or sometimes with prior indication. If we have prior indication towards a negative incident, we start worrying about it and anxiety will be built up without limits. If it is an accident, a sudden fear complex will be created towards the present as well as the future. These two things have to happen according to the Nature because happenings are a continuous process of the Universe and every happening is a change in this Universe and it has nothing to do with human mind.

If we are able to purify your mind, the negative perceptions are going to be cleared and you will be always positive towards any incident, whether it is an accident or that with a prior intimation. This positive perception will make you to realize the truth that whatever had happened is for good, whatever is happening is for good and whatever is going to happen is also for good. This level of perception is called highest positive perception or divine perception. Human beings with this kind of perception level will have tremendous courage to face anything in this world without emotions and can be successful always without fear or worries.

How to make use of the problems to become positive?

 All problems are the creations from the human mind and not from any object or a thing. When the human mind becomes powerful with positive thinking, problems are not created but detected. When you are able to detect a problem with a positive thinking, the solution comes automatically. Solution does not mean that it ends in the way, which  human beings normally equate that with success. Solution is a solution to bring an end of a problem – either failure or success. When the problem is totally removed, irrespective of  whether it is perceived as success or failure, then that is called a solution.

 When you are able to detect the problem in a scientific way, understanding the origin, creator of the problem, the people who are concerned, situations, and the objects or things involved in it, then you will be in a position to find out the solution for it with a positive approach. Every problem can be solved, but a solution towards the success depends upon the origin of it.

 

When your perception level increases with a high level positive quality, your approach towards problems can be systematic and effective.

 

Problems are the boons to give you experiences to solve them , so that your life in this world can be lead comfortably without affecting  your mind. When you are looking at a problem with courage to solve it, you never get depressed or anxious about this problem. This positive outlook of studying a problem helps you to remove your worries about the problem and the future problems connected to this problem.

 

So, problems are natural and cannot be avoided, because they are originated from the human mind. Once you are able to remove the “I”-ness in your own mind, the mind doesn’t feel anything as a problem and as a result solutions come automatically without your effort.

Students have been sent to educational institutions to get educated on various subjects and to learn moral values.  Nowadays, these educational institutions are not keen in teaching moral values to the students, especially in the colleges and in higher studies.  These moral values have got an important place in every human being’s life.  The students when they come out of their college  understand that life is only for earning and acquiring positions.  Professional colleges seldom encourage the students to improve their moral values which can definit6ely help them in their future.

 

Today’s competitive field every teacher have the complaint that time is nor their to teach the moral values to the students.  Though moral science is a subject in the schools, institutions do not give any importance to this, but neglect it without any reason.

 

When the students leave their colleges or educational institutions, after completing their courses, look forward to a good position and remuneration.  Yes, that is the motto of education.  But at the same time, living in the society is another way of learning many things.  If the students are prepared to face failures, though it is not desired, they have to undergo the pressure of the failures from their parents and the society.  By learning moral values, students learn to live with failures and also understand that life is not only success but failures also.

 

Due to the extreme competitive situation of today, every student need not get his desired position and sometimes he also faces unemployment.  Unemployment being a common factor, most students tend to divert their life towards achieving something.  They may not look into the positive or negative sides of their choice but simply jump to accept anything whatever they get on the journey of employment.

 

There are many negative organizations like, politics, terrorism, smuggling etc. attracting the students particularly when they are faced with failures.  If the failure is continuous in search of employment and position, then he becomes unable to bear the pressure and also the comments from the parents and the society.  He starts dwelling upon the issue and sometimes even conclude that both the parents as well as the society are against him and they do not understand his emotions.  He starts speaking alone without getting council led by anybody from his family or society.  But at the same time, he starts a search towards something without knowing anything about it.  If, by accident, any of the negative institutions or individuals happened to meet at this crucial juncture, he gets convinced and accepts whole heartedly that particular institution or individual.

 

With the regular contacts with this kind of anti-social elements and agencies, he starts thinking that he should become a hero and show to the society that he can also do something.  Regularly encouraged by these factors, such students take their life as serious to become anti-national and starts thinking on that path only.

 

The society is the looser when such incidents happen in our life.  And we are only the course of creating it.  In these circumstances, spiritual practice will definitely help the students to learn moral values and acquire courage to face failures.  Through a systematic and scientific method of meditation, students can get the inner courage to face their life through other inner energy awakened.  All the moral values will be automatically learnt through the expansion of the inner energy and the practitioner then becomes an asset to the society, irrespective of his success or failures.  Therefore educational institutions must try to introduce such effective spiritual systems to the students at least before they leave the college for entering into life.  This can give wonderful results to the practitioners and also a happy and tension free life to the society.

            Today is one of the purest days of the universe being Shivarathri day. 

The highest point that we are trying to reach is called Shiva.

            The Himalayan saints observe mouna. Sivan can be experienced 

only in mouna. If you make any sound you can’t reach that. The highest

 purity is siva. Only those who are pure and silent can reach it.

            In you there are impurities. This will not allow you to reach it. 

When you are removing the ‘I’ in you, you can reach it automatically.

            When you are getting transmission, this will expand your soul 

and will remove the samskaras. Samskarasa make you to take birth. Through

 transformation a pour of purity is injected in you and the soul starts expanding

 which leads to positive thinking etc. and will be reflected in your mind. Then

 you can become the best human being. Throughout today, siva is active. If

 you mediate you can get transmission.

            Siva is purity which is supplied to you through transmission. The

 moment you remember the guide you will get the transmission of siva. 

It will give you peace. Where siva is present, Shanthi is present. Only

 part of silence is the cause of creation. Sounds are created from sounds. 

Divine is no sound from where cosmic energy comes up and inturn 

produces sound; Cosmic and earthly. Divine energy cannot be contaminated.

 If you worship any god through earth, you can reach only cosmic energy, 

not divine energy.

            If the purity in soul is not open, i.e. removing the samskaras,

 the transmission reaches the soul and it expands. You can have 

peace when the silence is present.  Have you got peace, spiritual peace? 

Outside it is material peace.

            Spiritual peace will be stain energy only when you touch light

 point. Mouni is highest saint. Everything happens in him because he

 has highest purity. Rishis are next to him only.

            In olden days the life of mouni was taken care of by the energy. 

Similarly what is needed to you will be provided. Energy is not against

 modern life. If you know the divine energy, you will know it is 

functioning on the here and now condition, i.e. as required as needed

 to the time. If you go back you will not get the energy.

            Today the technology happens because of the speed of brahma. 

Hence we have to live in here and now condition.

            Say from the centre point on each side you have present and future.

 Your centre is wherever you are. You have to come to the centre of 

purity, or purity of Master. The guide has got connected to the creation. 

Hence remember the guide all the times so that you will be taken to the

 centre of guide.

            Who ever is able to bring that Original centre, it becomes your

 margadarshi.

            Guru is required through whom you can come to the centre. He is

 connected to all points. Hence He is able to give energy and purity to you.

 He gives very great shakti. Many saints present because we are getting

energy from the original purity. When you are present you are getting the

 transmission.

            All the auspicious days you will get transmission. Today the point

 is the highest.

            Transmission is happening because of vacuum. I is getting removed.

 Hence everything happens because of negation.

            We have a fear for negation. Hence leave to guide. The guide can’t 

take care of you because he can’t enter you because you do not have the purity.

            If you think that all good things are because of bhagavantha all

 bad things are also because of Him. But we must know it is all because of 

samskaras, karmas. Success or failure is due to that. Here we reduce the

 karmas. Thereupon the soul reduces the karma. Here we are practicing

 mouna or silence which has tremendous power which you can understand

 after some time. Rishis who bring emptiness by keeping mouna inside,

 i.e. mind is silent and only the brain is waking. ‘I’ am present mind 

will receive. You will be effected, the you in you only is getting affected. 

Hence the impression. When the mind is full of purity your mind is not

 affected. If the mind comes in before, then you are affected.

            NC supplies purity which happens when you are thinking of the personality. The power of silence forces you to close the eyes when you are unable to open after a meditation. How you are forced to close the eyes?

            Here understand the value of practice. We have to lose ‘I’. Meditation is to remove the ‘I’. Earlier days they were not able to do so. If you are able to connect with master and surrender to purity you will lose I.

            When you are attaching to all the material things then you are confirming the ‘I’. Anything which you are feeling connecting to you ‘I’ mentally transfer that to your guide. Then you will start getting lost. Wherever you are available have connection surrender to him. Your bad days are limited compared to the universe. All that belongs to universe. When you surrender, what is yours? If you bring That centre to you, then the entire universe is yours. Then you can see that energy is helping you. Vacummise yourself

. The purity in you will go to the extent of expansion of that centre. Then That will take care of you. Your centre will take care of you, only to make your centre activated when you can expand to their centre. When ‘you’ become an observer you become a sakshi.

            Everybody wants your body, he wants your purity. When you bring purity in you He takes care of you. When you have no desire it means you are not there. When desires are not there it means ‘I’ is absent. The practice is only for bringing vacuum. The expansion is to bring the point to centre. This means then you will not be there and everything is taken care by it. Hence stop everything happening in your mind. Divine energy acts on it own. Cosmic acts on your sound. Practice forgetting ourselves to get Him inside. The purity is Siva.

  It is very difficult to trace any sound in the silence.  Technologically advanced equipments on hearing are able to make the user to hear the least sound of this material world.  But, spiritual silence and the sound available in it can be experienced, but not heard.  These traces of sound in the silence are very difficult to observe the ‘Panchendriyas’.  So, a developed and refined mind is necessary to penetrate into silence to trace the traces of sound. 

 

 

It is possible with the help of the NC practice, once you reach the absolute silence in your mind, wherein you never get disturbed by the material sound.  The minute sounds in the silence are the things which are going to guide in your life.  This happens when you are able to increase your inner strength by the help of NC practice on silence.  Wait for the moment, when you, the observer in silence, can experience the traces of sound in the absolute silence.

First of all, we have to understand that the so called God has originated from the silence. Silence is the mother and god is the product. Since the God has originated from the silence, God is very close to the silence and whoever is able to activate the God within can also experience the silence. The concept of God has come when the power is drawn from the silence for making use in this material world. That is why God is Omnipotent but the silence is omnipresent. This Omnipotent God can take you to the omnipresent silence, when once the God is expanded in you with the help of a silent practice.

 Generally, training is not required to practice silence; because whenever you want peace, you try to go into silence. This silence created by yourself has nothing to do with God, but the Ultimate silence or God can be experienced only on silencing your mind. Silencing the mind is ordinarily impossible because of the mental disturbances and thoughts.  Unless and otherwise, these mental disturbances are removed, no one can go into silence. 

 

So, we require a training and practice to obtain this mental silence, which is not possible by your trials. NC training is introduced to the world to train the people on silence, so that they can practice the mental silence, with absolute peace.

 

Mental disturbances are the creations of our own. These creations can be evacuated from the mind during the practice of NC on silence. This practice confirms the practitioner on the experience of silence, which is naturally associated with peace.  This practical experience of silence will take you to further silence, still further silence and so on. The practitioner ultimately reaches a condition of absolute silence which will give the experience of God.  Since God is also silent, all your trials on sound cannot make you reach the silent God.

 

Since the God inside us, in the form of soul or ‘Atman’, is silent always, the expansion of the soul can happen only through silence. This silent expansion of the soul takes you to various silences which form the beginning of the journey towards the Ultimate Silence.

 

Sometimes silence speaks to you, whenever there is a need for guidance.  That comes automatically, when your mind starts experiencing the Ultimate silence.   The practitioner need not worry about anything in this world; because the power of silence is greater than any power in this universe

Silence is the Origin and silence is the end. The entire Nature has come from silence. In fact, this Cosmos with a lot of sounds and soundless materials as well as beings originated from silence.

 

The purity of silence is not available in sound. Sound divides and silence unites. The inner core of every being and non-being is living in silence.

 

Thoughts are from silence. Thoughts do not belong to sound; because it is coming from the inner core of the mind or heart. When thoughts come, we are aware because of silence. Thoughts cannot be read in sound. Since the thoughts belong to silence, they can be destroyed with silence. When the thoughts are removed, silence only stays back.

 

The Creator or the Origin is in silence. Any creation in the Nature (‘garbha’) is done in the silence. In the ‘garbhavastha’, the ‘sisu’ keeps silence. If the mother also keeps silence, growth of the baby will be automatic without any trouble.

 

Silence is practiced by observance(‘vratha’). By maintaining silence of mouth (‘mouna vratha’), we stop producing sound; but we are not in silence. Silence of the mind is actually not disturbed by sound. When the purity is increasing in the mind, the sound vanishes; because sound – the inner sound- cannot stay in absolute purity. Outer sound or the sound of the material world has nothing to do with the inner silence.

 

This inner silence is available in every being as the soul or the inner consciousness. Because of the sound in the mind, the mind is not perceiving or experiencing the inner silence. The continuous thoughts of the mind disturb the original silence of the mind. As a result, the inner consciousness or silence is not able to expand and reach our mind. When we are able to bring the purity in our mind, the thoughts vanish and the purified mind experiences the inner silence or the soul in the silence.

 

This is not possible for a common man who has continuous transactions in the mind. These transactions create thoughts in the mind and the thoughts never move away from him. If he is trying to bring the thoughtless condition by soundful practice, it never leads to the result. But, there is no practice available, in this universe, beginning with silence, maintaining silence throughout the practice and also ending with silence.                   

 

Almost all practices end with silence, trying to create the inner silence. Since they are ending up with silence, the practitioners are able to experience the inner silence for a while, but not permanently.

 

The condition of the Ultimate is ‘silence of silence’. There, no sounds are accepted; nor can you produce any sound. Soundless practice only can help you to read the ultimate area of this Nature or the Cosmos. This ultimate area consists of nothing except silence. This silence is the cause and the Origin of everything in this universe.

 

One who reaches this silence in the ultimate area gets the transformation of mind as follows:

 

1.     Loses the condition of duality

2.     Loses the condition of discrimination among the same species

3.     Gains unexplainable courage

4.     Past affairs and incidents never disturb his life

5.     No botheration about future

6.     Things happen automatically in his life, without his mental effort

7.     Absolute freedom from worries

8.     No remembrance of God or anything

9.     Experiences non-attachment, with attachment to the attachments

10.  Becomes absolutely neutral, being neither positive nor negative

 

There are many other qualities that such a person comes to possess, which cannot be detailed.
