  There are 7 stages in the journey towards the Ultimate. On every stage the practitioner undergoes different conditions and enlightenment happens.

            The first stage for a practitioner is the craving or goal towards reaching the Ultimate. This craving makes him go around in search of a preceptor through whom he can reach the ultimate. If the search is sincere, then one day he will meet his guru.

            When the craving gave him the result of reaching a guru, he finds a solace in his mind and starts observing his guru as to whether he is in a position to help him to reach his goal. He starts observing with due respect to his guru at the same time highly disciplined under the control of his teacher following his method. Sincerity must be there in the practitioner so that he may start experiencing the journey.

            After experiencing something during the practice, his guru reveals him whether he can continue his practice under him or not. Probably he can start testing his teacher with due reverence and respect. In case the practitioner finds dissatisfaction in the guru and gets doubts on the capability of his guru, he can quit himself and try to find out an alternate teacher.

            Since the aspirant is continuously craving to find an alternative in case he was not satisfied, he will find another guru by himself with the help of the Almighty. He can straight away test this guru on his condition and knowledge of the practice that he is practicing and if he finds satisfaction on his search he can continue his learning and practice under this new guru. This process continues until he gets a proper guru through whom he can reach the ultimate. But craving must continue whether he gets proper guru or not.

            Once he is settled under a guru of his own choice and satisfaction he can vigorously practice the method taught by his beloved guru in search of the truth. This vigorous practice will take him further in the journey and he starts experiencing many things and enlightenment happens to him depending upon the purity that he has gained through his practice and discipline of life. This enlightenment only can lead him further so that he can also become like his guru.

            Once the practitioner becomes guru or preceptor and starts teaching others on his method of enlightenment, he also continues his journey towards ultimate, knowing many new wisdom and knowledge. There wisdom naturally descends upon him depending upon his maintenance of purity and practicing positive qualities. A feeling of teacher ship or Mastership should not be in him at any time, else he stops acquiring further purity in his journey and also loses the capacity to teach others.

            This is the end step of his practice where he gets detached from all the earthly attachments and connects himself with the qualities of the ultimate. The quality of Ultimate is ‘nothing’. This quality starts descending in this personality gradually to remove him from the connection of the worldly attachments and ego. This practitioner has to continue his practice without doing any practice but keeping his mind always in blankness and maintain his purity of thoughts, action etc all the time. All the positive qualities should be available in him so that when he transmits his power of wisdom and purity to his followers, they should attain the maximum benefits at the earliest. His level of thinking must be par excellence at every time; then only his followers can gain every time under his teacher ship.  His journey towards the Ultimate ends automatically when the energy in him wants to get released towards the ultimate and his availability in this Universe depends upon the necessity of the time.

here and now  condition 

Bring the Personality to mind when you are worried, to remove the negative qualities Like adding alum to clear water. This is to remove the impurities and give you peace. 

Nature acts on Here and Now. Future happens because of present.  If you are able to align with Nature, you can be like Nature. Nature is not worried about past. Nature helps who lives in here and Now condition, as in case of animals. Only man is worried about past and future; not the animals. But he cannot do anything about past or future.

Hence withdraw yourself from your activities; allow your nature to connect with Nature. Then you can live in Here and Now condition.

The you in you should be withdrawn and connect that with Nature with your mind; which means keep blank mind. Suppose tank and the ocean are a  kilometer apart, connect them together. After some time tank becomes a part of the ocean; your mind is the bridge. You must have the capacity to loosen the impurities  when the tank and ocean are connected, i.e., the translitting and cooperation. Then only the ocean can purify the tank and finally the tank will be a part of ocean, when the ‘I’ is lost. 

Connect that omnipresent Energy  with mind, i.e., blankness. Then ‘you’ will be an observer to what is going on. That energy uses your mind energy intelligently and fulfills. Follow where the body goes. You will be pushed. Energy uses you the way it wants.

You will start getting the benefits when the lessening starts. But you will not become That; because the speeds are different; when the speeds are equal then the mergence happens.

If someone exceeds the speed of That,  Nature gets upset because of its  loss of freedom and it behaves in non predictable way and dissolution can happen. But this is only theory. The two energies do not tally.

Nature will help you in many ways till you  allow the freedom; including  what is concerning with your family. 

There cant be a miracle like because of a light the entire darkness vanishes. If you align with Nature, it will protect you in the way it wants. Your Nature has to be protected because it has a same qualities as the outside Nature.

Nature wants to make use of you as an instrument when you become Nature.

Align with the Nature, love the Nature. Personality is a representative of Nature. Hence love , adore, see him as your Guru. It is like loving the Nature.

Nature works in Here and Now condition.

Nature has no sense of time, it has one interest in the present. Nature will look after yourself. You cant stop it, its movement like changing calendar dates or the movement of time.  Your capacity is limited.

Hence allow the Nature to function. Hence move with time in Here and Now condition. Allow the things to happen; like the  running of a  railway engine hitting away whatever is a hurdle. The worship came because man wanted His protection. But HE has to accept you. Instead connect yourself with That and then it will protect you and remove yourself, i.e., ‘I’ from the scene. Then mergence can happen sometime.

Training is to give purity and connect that purity. For this you have to remove everything from the mind , i.e., disconnect. The moment you think that something as yours,  think that “it is not yours” .  Cooperate. Then you will reach that condition one day.

Every  such thought  must be disconnected.  Then you will live but in non-living. This is the highest level of spirituality, i.e., floating. You mind will never get agitated. 

In NC when the Energy is activated, no bad thoughts will come. Especially so when the ‘I’ is negated, there is no effect of samskaras, no formation of samskaras.

Remember the present Personality, no use of the old Personalities who have contributed earlier, because of lower Energy. Like you will forget the person who built a house or the person from whom you purchased it. 

The effort is to how to remove your ‘I’ from the mind. Detach from everything and connect to nothing, i.e., Personality is nothing. Surrender everything at mind level like disconnecting the ownership of house and thinking  you are in a rented house. Detach from everything and attach to the Personality. It is His responsibility to look after everything. Think I am not the person with the name. Hence  all the attachments to the body are not mine.  My body belongs to the Master; but I have to look after it. If you are connected to body, you have to look after its possessions. Maintain the inner connection. Dont have any projections, desires or hopes..

 Ego is the power of maintaining you. Lose your ego, transfer it to Him. Ego is very valuable which helps you in everything including evolution. Surrender ’I’ means surrender ego. The Personality  should have no ego, otherwise such Personality who have not fully negated may start working in wrong direction in you.

 MEDITATION ON BLANKNESS  TO GET  HIM INSIDE     13.10.05   sreenagar  

What we are doing here is to meditate on god in the form of Nisarga ( sky, blankness).   If the mind has to become pure we have to meditate on nisarga.   We have to get nirmalam, purity because He is pure.   When we meditate on nisarga we get peace in a few days, which is just a beginning. The journey is adhyatmika and must be continuous.  We say He is in everything.  We have to find Him inside us so that  nothing in the world will trouble us.  When He expands in me, nothing will trouble us.   We are trying only for that.  If He has to come inside us we have to be at peace.  Nisarga is all the creation.   It is the Tatwa which is present everywhere and when it comes in us and expands, it will guide us.

It is only about 3-4 months since we started and we are already seeing the benefit in the practitioners.   He comes inside only when we have the craving to get Him.  We have to cooperate for that by meditating regularly.  You must have patience to get Him within 90 days.  It is not enough if you attend only Satsanghs.   If you do not practice at home the condition will be lost.  Hence you have to practice as much as you can at home.

 9.10.05-banashankari-19.15hrs.- Austerity of Mind

When the mind travels through various transactions, it gets contaminated depending on the transactions  that is  made. Transactions take place with a positive  or negative thinking. All the transactions occurring under the negative thinking create a weight in the mind that gets transferred as impressions and later as samskaras with weight or heavy samskaras.

You know very well  the troublemaker for your spiritual progress is samskaras. When the transactions happens under positive thoughts it does not have weight or transform to the level of heavy samskaras. But  it creates another variety of samskaras without weight. Once we connect ourselves to guru or guide or Personality from whom our energy is expanding in every transaction, then the transaction automatically loses its weight and can't be converted into heavy samskaras.

When mind rotates from one thought to another and certain thoughts have impurity which deposits inside the mind like virus.  Cleaning is not possible with regular practice, thereby an individual sitting is required with an advanced spiritual person and with the help of Energy transmitted. These impurities get cleaned and you feel the weightlessness.

Austerity of mind has to be maintained along with  the practice so that the soul starts expanding at a great speed without  obstruction of impurities created in your mind. A feeling of austerity in your mind can be experienced when you sit with a advanced person and this austerity can be experienced all the time, when you become yourself expanded.

The Nature requires a continous austerity of mind so that in Nature can help the practitioner during his tough times.
