Message 17 feb, 8.58 am

1) Dear abhyasis,

If you want to spend the time with your Master in your heart, you must be alone in silence.

Try to be away from everything for sometime and sit in Silentation along with your Master.

Namachivaayam.

2) Dear abhyasis, Chivality practice doesn't need anything other than time. Every second that you are remembering the Master is because you have time. Being with the Master is timeless. But you have to find time for it.

Being with the Master during Chivsangh has more advantages than being mentally with the Master. For which, you need time.

MMP is the conglomeration of abhyasis who love and remember the Master. For this also, you require time. MMP is started only to develop togetherness among Master loving people. One can conduct at least twice in a year. Again time is more important.

If you are not able to spend sufficient time for the practice, benefits are going to be less.

For a dedicated practitioner, SUDHEEKARAN, a special process of cleansing is required once in six months by sitting in silence at Mouna Mantapa for a minimum 6 days, away from all materialistic activities.

For this also, you require time.

If you have less time for practice, you can't attain the timeless condition. Attaining the condition of Chivam is the timeless condition.

1) Actually you are not bound for anything. But you are bound today because of feelings of responsibility. After realisation, you will know that you are alone in this materialistic world and you don't want anyone to support your mind.

2)One must be urgent to realise the Self. The Self (You) is extremely powerful, if it is pure. The Pure Self is wise enough to understand every truth. It stays in nemmathi always.

3) When the body is disturbing you with pain and inability, you please remember the Master strongly without blaming the pain. You will get the power to undergo the pain.

4) If you own something, you have the power to deny the same thing to others. But if you don't own it, you lose this power of denial. Anyone can take things without your permission. This power of denial shows that you own it.

5) If you feel the pain that you have lost something, you are the loser and the owner. When you don't have any pain when things go away from you, neither you are the owner nor you are the loser.

1) Good deeds and positive thinking is good for us. It creates nemmathi to Me. Nemmathi increases purity.

Abhyasi- Master,

How does good deeds gives clarification to mind?

 Master,

Suppose I have a doubt, I get clarified.  By doing good deeds, will the doubts get clarified Master?

2) It's up to you to clarify yourself. If good deeds are not liked by you, you don't have to do it. It's not possible for everyone to do good deeds.

3) Good deeds are derived from the purity of mind. We can't compel anyone to do it. But, It is so natural to many people.

1) Dear Abhyasis,

Spiritual travel begins with outer silence. To embark on this journey, choose a quiet and serene place for Silentation.

As you close your eyes, thoughts will naturally arise, creating obstacles to deeper inner travel. To overcome this, focus deeply on something powerful enough to still the mind. In the Chivality system, this means continuously remembering the Chivaguru in your heart until all thoughts fade away. (Masterfullness)

Through constant remembrance, you will enter the next stage—thoughtlessness—where the mind becomes blank. Remain in this state for a while until you transition into emptiness, also known as stillness—the true essence of your Divinity.

This divine state begins dissolving negativity within, leading to inner sufferings as impurities are removed. This process continues until most negativity is eradicated.

A small amount of negativity remains, necessary for your existence in this material world. However, since the purity within you is now dominant, it will shield you from the influences of materialism, keeping you spiritually protected forever.

With Masterfullness,

SSB.

2) Abhyasi- "Masterful" is a great word to describe something or someone that exhibits exceptional skill, expertise, or proficiency!

In the context of our previous conversation about the SSB.S.S.F and spiritual growth, "masterful" could describe a spiritual master or guru who has achieved a high level of self-realization and can guide others on their own spiritual journeys.

What's your take on the word "masterful"? How do you think it applies to everyday life or personal growth?
