Preface
Live naturally
In today’s rapidly changing and technologically advanced world,
human beings, in pursuit of happiness, seek continual fulfillment and
replenishment of our material desires. These individual and societal tendencies
have caused humans to occasionally adopt any means, whether fair, or corrupt in
order to quench this incessant flow of desires.
If we adopt corrupt means, without any concern for the
harmful effects such actions will have on our fellow living beings and the
natural environment, we drift away from Nature and Nature Consciousness
(hereafter called ‘NC’). This Consciousness being the ground of all creation,
tends to align and balance natural forces, through the binding principle of
“Live and Let Live”. Therefore, any of
our pursuits to find happiness, whether as a professional, businessman,
employee, housewife, parent/child, teacher or student, which is not in
accordance with this governing principle, naturally causes mental stress and
strain, and progressively leads us from distress and despair to even natural disasters.
Further, even as such hard-won happiness does not last forever,
it is only natural that most of us, at some stage of our lives, begin to search
for undisturbed and abiding peace within. In reaching to this end, our minds must
be set in tune with Nature so as to work in conformity with its principles.
This process of re-aligning the mind will gradually enable our everyday actions
to spontaneously arise from a higher level of awareness. These actions naturally
abide in peace and harmony, without disturbing our minds, fellow living beings
and rest of creation.
As we begin to live in awareness of these natural
principles, we do not cause disturbance to one another and other
manifestations, and as a direct consequence, Nature does not disturb us at all.
By living so and letting others also to live similarly, and by sharing the
available resources of Nature equitably, we can cooperate with Nature in its
inherent concern, “Each for all and all for each”. Though human beings are
specially blessed with a mind to be guided by this unifying principle of
inter-dependence, we have not fully adopted it in practice, which is essential for
all of us to live in peace.
How, then, to tune the mind naturally ?. Our beloved master has developed an ever
evolving system of meditation called “silentation” that is primarily aided by a
direct transmission of silence, to remove mental impurities that actually disrupts
our balance with nature, and further blocks us from receiving Nature’s life
renewing energies, which is otherwise abundantly available in this universe.
When one practices the NC System regularly, these impurities
get cleared and the mind gets purified progressively, leading to a greater
appreciation and awareness of our inner nature and likewise of other living
beings, realizing which, naturally results in emanation of peace and love. The
mind then becomes pure and full of positive energy. After some practice, a
stage comes when this energy flows through to others also and offers them positive
qualities such as peace, courage and love. It, therefore, follows that we must
increase our positive energy and purity to revive Nature Consciousness in
ourselves.
This system
endeavors to accelerate the process to help humanity get in tune with Nature’s
originally intended purpose and design, that of love towards all, and malice towards
none.
Necessity for an effective
system
As of today, man has made the best use of his mental powers
for the development of material world, through his discoveries and inventions.
The common man may have some knowledge of his religion and may attend to some
rituals or religious discourses as a matter of routine, but generally is not
bothered about any spiritual system. He mainly wants satisfaction by fulfilling
his material needs and comforts. His mind does not go beyond these mundane aspects
of existence. He does not know that the real
purpose of his life is to live naturally, and at the same time, to earnestly
endeavor to go back to the Original source, the creator.
Sincere
seekers of earlier days tried to find the truth about this universe and its
functions and also the truth behind its manifestations. Many of them were able
to progress to some extent in unfolding the mysteries of this universe according
to their individual capacity. Everyone traveled in his own way, alone or with
some limited help, in search of Higher Self or Consciousness.
They practiced
a certain way of life to acquire the purity necessary to go back towards the
Creator, called by various names such as God, Christ, Allah, Self or That. They
may have succeeded in their pursuit to reach up to a certain stage of truth
realization. But, after their physical dissolution, there may not have been
many sincere disciples to carry on significant inner research, to unravel the
mysteries of the universe. In other words, rarely was any serious or
sustainable attempts made through successive generations to further the
progress of the original system.
May be, advanced
spiritual pursuit was beyond their capacity or they lacked the necessary frame
of mind to go forward with the single-minded approach. Owing to no further
growth, the methods of practice adopted by those leaders or originators became
rigid and, in turn, reduced to a ritual, due to the continued practice of the
same things which had been developed centuries before. In the absence of
subsequent leaders with real caliber and creative mind, the followers simply adopted these ritualistic ways of life with a blind
faith that it could take them to a goal of Higher Consciousness – Self or
Spirit or Brahman . Thus, all that is happening today is adherence to the
ritualistic practices.
The reasons why ritualistic practices failed to take the
practitioners to the goal could be:
1. The followers forgot the
essence of the system as intended by their leaders and adopted only external symbolism,
as it appealed to and satisfied them, and thus mistook the grain for the chaff.
2. Continuous
changes to the system as needed were not incorporated, to suit the changing
times.
3. When
purity in daily life was advocated by the leaders, the followers could not
acquire or retain the necessary purity and positive energy within, essential
for further evolution towards Higher Consciousness.
4.
When human beings began to evolving materially, the earlier ways of spiritual
practice, they perceived, lost their effectiveness as it could not give them
required mental purity to evolve simultaneously in both the material and
spiritual planes.
It is therefore evident that we are adopting systems developed
thousands of years ago which were found effective then , when human beings were comparatively
pure in mind and led a simple life filled with positive qualities. Let us
carefully consider whether any such system which demands a high degree of
discipline – physically and mentally - and rigorous spiritual practice, can be
sincerely and effectively practiced in our daily life? If not, can we still expect
to derive the same result as their system gave to the sincere practitioners in
those days?
As human civilization is galloping on the path of material
existence, the development on the spiritual path also has to match its speed to
balance Nature’s laws. Thus we find that a need has arisen now for a spiritual
system which is simple, yet effective to give fast spiritual advancement, and eminently
suits our modern lifestyle.
This necessity is answered by Nature, by
revealing an effective and efficient technique – NC System.
Emergence of Nature Consciousness System
The need for a suitable system for the
present day is met by Nature by revealing it to a true seeker who is
desperately in search of ‘That’. Such a system can be effectively practiced by
all in spite of consumeristic demands placed on an individual’s bodily and
mental faculties, arising out of living in a progressively materialistic
society. Genesis and further evolution of NC system takes into account all such
changes.
This state of consciousness, considered to be of highest purity,
is already available in every human being but the link has been severed through
life times of neglect and accumulation of impurities, so much so that we have
begun to perceive inner expansion of human spirit as either an arduous or
impossible undertaking. It has been the experience of many NC practitioners
that by practicing the system, our inner spirit is activated, with least
effort, and we experience its tremendous impact on daily living, from the
transformation it brings to our mental outlook.
This natural transformation of mind takes place as it acquires
purity and becomes blank reaching to a condition of thought-less-ness. This
Nature
Consciousness may be a new name but it exists from the beginning of the
universe. Every religion talks about the purity of mind as being essential to
reach the Ultimate Consciousness, called the God or Spirit or Brahman. The need
to acquire purity has been stressed by many high-calibre saints in different religions through their scriptures
and guidelines. It is also referred to in the religious practices and rituals,
and sometimes meditation is also prescribed to acquire purity.
Hence, to experience Nature Consciousness, it is essential to
acquire purity of mind. It is for acquiring purity that Nature has bestowed a
very unique system to human beings who are really struggling to find out a
practicable, effective, trouble-free and dependable system based on scientific
principles. Just as any scientific truth is based on repeatability and
reproducibility of results, under identical conditions, the principle of the
Nature Consciousness also works the same way, i.e., every human being who
committedly adopts the NC System is bound to acquire purity of mind in a short
span of time. This appears to be Nature’s way to govern its own creations
through human beings whose minds are perfectly tuned to Mother Consciousness or Nature itself.
All of Nature’s creations other than human
beings do not interfere with process of life. They live in full freedom, and
consider humans as one among themselves. But, we are slowly losing this
sensitivity, alongside our ability to recognize and appreciate the ‘inner
essence’ of all living beings created in this universe. This essence is the
speck of Divinity .When we are able to expand this inner essence in us, we
become capable of perceiving Oneness, which naturally relieves us of all conflicts
with creation.
About the NC system
This system is derived from the ‘essence’
of Nature Consciousness, which is available in everything in this universe, whether
in animate or inanimate beings. In animate beings, it is available as energy of
the soul, and in the inanimate, as their core. In this system, the energy of
the soul is activated through a simplified meditation process, for acquiring
positive qualities, and generating peace in our daily life, without much
struggle. NC process quickly evacuates the samskaras [impurities]*, to help dramatically
reduce day-to-day anxieties and tension, leading to experience of peace. In releasing ‘I’ from the grip of samskaras,
the soul begins to endlessly expand from within. This expansion of the soul,
with the purity thus obtained, positively influences our daily thoughts and
actions. After some duration of practice, we can notice a transformation of
mind resulting in lightness and peace that is undisturbed by external events.
Sincere spiritual seekers stand to benefit
immensely, because it has the power to penetrate through layers of accumulated
samskaras, and thereby activate the soul or spirit which otherwise remains inactive.
Further expansion provides them with an enormous strength and courage to realize
‘Nature’ or ‘God ’, without undue struggle. This realized soul or person will
have a natural life and becomes a child of the Nature.
It also equips all of us with plenty of
positive qualities to live and let live, which helps in our day-to-day interactions
with family, friends, relatives, society, nation and world at large. If every
human being sincerely practices this system, it can definitely bring universal
peace and brotherhood.
Regular practice helps one to acquire more
and more purity, and one will feel happy at all times. When the human mind reaches
utmost purity, it further attracts Nature’s purity. Gradually, when human and
Nature Consciousness are in sync, he becomes a perfect human being. Such a
blessed human being becomes a ‘guide’ and he can transmit energy or purity to another person and activate his soul. This
energy is like fire without light or luminosity’. It pierces through samskaras
enveloping the soul, and ignites the
soul. This process is called
‘translitting ’ , a word coined
to convey the process of lighting [ activating ] the soul .Thus when one is getting a benefit, he wants others also to
get and experience it.
Though this system is simple,
it is very effective, and only a sincere practice would convince the
practitioner about its efficacies. Benefits accrue automatically to the
practitioner, when regular practice is continued as prescribed . Thus has emerged the system
of NC from Nature itself for aiding its own creation to go back to Itself.
To sum up :
In essence, the NC system can be summed up
as follows:-
1. Nature
Consciousness is the all-pervading energy having the highest purity. In the
animate beings, it is available as the energy (prana) of the soul, and in the
inanimate things, as their core.
2. NC
System is a refined, simple and effective spiritual System, the energy of which
is utilized for enabling the practitioners to attain inner perfection, inner
strength and purity. The System is eminently suitable to meet the present-day
situation of hurry and stress. The
younger generation will find it highly
suitable because of its simplicity in practice and it helps them to lead a
value- based life.
3. NC
System is based on the fact that the soul is part (the smallest essence, i.e.,
a speck) of the Ultimate and hence is pure, but inactive. What is preventing
the mergence of one’s soul with the Ultimate is a thick veil of impurities
known as one’s own samskaras. These samskaras, surrounding the soul, have made
the human beings to almost forget about the soul
available inside and the potential to activate it. Removal of these samskaras is not possible,
unless the energy in the soul is activated by transmission of an energy of equal quality to enable it to
expand freely, which results in burning away the samskaras. This activation and
expansion primarily happens to the individual soul because of the
‘transmission’ from the Personality
behind the NC System.
4. The
uniqueness of this system is this activation of the energy within the soul and
the resultant expansion, through the simple practice. After some duration of
practice, one can attain a state of thought-less-ness or blank mind. This is
the real beginning of spirituality.
What is needed to get to this stage, is to
practice this system diligently for some time, take the ‘essence’ of the NC into practitioner’s soul,
nurture it with sincerity and co-operation
by acquiring positive qualities
through `discipline of life `.
This condition is the reflection of the
quality of the soul. Such a mind of
blankness or vacuum attracts the omnipresent energy. Thus by a dedicated
regular practice and with a blank mind, one will be able to acquire higher and
higher levels of this positive energy. The mind gains tremendous power which
helps us to develop inner strength, which in turn empowers us to act in accordance
with the circumstances, with courage and confidence and without mental agitation. The result is that
life becomes peaceful, smooth and natural.
When one advances by dedicated practice of
NC System , he gains such levels of energy
that it flows from him to others and thereby, they find
peace in his presence.
5. Acquiring higher levels of this energy
through diligent practice leads a sincere spiritual seeker to higher realms of
spirituality, and finally helps him to liberate his soul from all the bodies
and to merge with the Nature Consciousness or the Ultimate, which is synonymous
with the Supreme Spirit, Self, That, etc.

Thus, the NC System confers on the practitioner various benefits, such as
living in this world without stress, becoming a real human being who can give peace to others and also
liberating his soul to merge with the Supreme Spirit.
7. In brief, the NC System removes all the
obstacles in the spiritual path and
makes it a royal road for the sincere spiritual seeker to travel at astounding
speed, back to the Original Home . The
practitioner will then become a part of the Universal Tree of ‘That’, the
essence of which propagates itself further.
8. With the advent of
this NC System, Nature has fully opened its flood gates of Grace to the entire
humanity. All the sincere spiritual seekers
would do well to take this opportunity as a Divine Gift and practice
this system sincerely in order to return to our Origin.
9. To
remove our bhavaroga (the dis-ease arising due to shackles of the samskaras),
the NC System treats the soul directly by activating it with the unlimited
Universal energy , and enables it to expand to the Universal level to reach a
‘Jeevan mukta’ condition , within unbelievably short duration. It is Nature’ s will that such a system must be available to humanity at large .
If we consider the effort that is required
to achieve such a spiritual condition by traditional methods, often through
many pain-staking lives of practice, then the time required for the same by practicing
the NC System is relatively
insignificant – a few years ! . This is no exaggeration and only one’s own experience can convince any one .Whereas it was a
grinding individual effort by earlier methods , it is almost automatic in the
NC practice - because the System takes over , leaving least of effort to
the individual, which is simply to
adhere to the practice of silencing the mind.
This is the reason why NC System does not require
any puja, mantra, stotra, or any other ritual.
10. What
is required is an open mind to give this system a fair trial to experience the benefits.
We are pleased to present this book, “Voice of the Nature”
by Sri. N.R.B. It contains his revelations from within, which bring to light
subtle spiritual
truths. We would like to call the book “Nisarga Chetanopanishad ” . The NC
System which it propounds, is Nature’s latest boon to the human
beings to equip them with inner strength for a peaceful material life and also to enable the serious seekers to experience
`THAT` in this very life. The research
carried out so far has evidenced cognizable benefits that are being experienced
by the practitioners, in a short span. This testifies the
efficacy of Nisarga Chetana System .
May He bless humanity to fulfill the purpose of human life
and to enable all the creations to live in the spirit of ‘live and let live’ ,
as Nature intends.

FOREWORD - 1
What is life? This question has arisen sometime or the
other in every human mind. That is what I believe, but I am not sure about it.
This thought itself is an indication of a pulsating feature of living. I get a question;
there is no definite answer; I am helpless; I immediately take safe refuge –
that of thinking that I am like everybody; I am with the herd; In this way, I
constantly (meekly) attempt to withdraw from this pulsating question.
Although daring to know is life‘s natural thrust,
it is immediately pulled back as we generally tend to adhere to the norm of
leaving things status quo ante. But we have heard of some courageous individuals
who dare with an irresistible inward force to reach the frontier of all
knowledge. This place, they say, is a gold mine of wisdom and the origin of
everything which can be put in three traditional words: existence (sat),
consciousness (chit), and bliss (ananda). Though such people seem to be
ordinary persons like us in this world, their existence is hooked on to a
separate brighter world. Their mind darts at will, from our world to their
homeland.
Such a man takes on life in this world
with delightful ease; because, fear has
left him. What is a problem-situation to him, by our standards, where we worry
and get anxious, where we fear and are uncertain, where we feel lost and
bewildered – there he gives a nonchalant smile. We wonder and feel that he is
in the protective fold of an immense power and wisdom. So, it is a question of shift
in the attitude. We are concentrated and careful; he is relaxed and carefree. He has achieved the
true purpose of taking on a human life and does not bother about the codes of
conduct or sacred text.
As Sri. Ramakrishna Paramahamsa said,
“When the direct experience of the Highest comes, Vedas and Vedanta seem to be
a straw”. Such a person has surrendered his life to the Highest power, and
feels that life is a play on a stage which is directed by an invisible
all-pervasive power. He works under the all-mighty Director and has no attachment
to his role at all.
Can we ever hope to be like that ? Yes, it
is possible. The ghost that is haunting us to feel that such things are not for
us, should be exorcised.
This book is not one among the
run-of-the-mill, self-improvement books of,
“How to. . .” series (‘How to be
Rich and Famous’, ‘How to Get Peace’,
‘How to Think Positively’, etc). Such
books delve into our psyche a little, to increase our will power to do, and to
relax. But this book, the “Nisarga Chetanopanishad” (“Voice of the Nature”),
goes into the very basis of our existence. The emphasis is on living life
naturally by connecting our innermost essence to the universal essence or
power. The essence inside us and the essence of the universe outside us are the
same. Our essence (soul) is bound by the samskaras (result of our actions and reactions ), while that of the universe
is free and available everywhere. Our aim is to free the soul from this bondage
of samskaras . This freedom is called ‘mukti’, or liberation from all constraints,
in the true sense . The samskaras should
be burnt or thrown out, so that, with
their pressure on the soul being released, the soul begins to expand to universal proportions to get absolute
freedom .
“Man is born free but is everywhere in chains”,
said Jean Jacques Rousseau . He said this in the context of the politics and
status of the 18th century society; but his words apply with equal vigor in the
spiritual field.
Being free is the real goal of Nisargatheetha Chetana (NC) . Freedom is the
watchword of Swami Vivekananda. He said ,
“Each soul is potentially Divine. The goal is to manifest this divinity
within, by controlling nature external and internal. Do this …(by any method) and be free”. He further
says, “Religious ideas will have to become universal, vast and infinite . The
power of religion broadened, purified, is going to penetrate every part of
human life.”
The narrow band of localized religion should be expanded to
the broadest band covering the entire
universe – this is the essence of Swami Vivekananda’s message. This is the
purpose of NC System, and the details to realise this purpose are explained in
the ensuing chapters.
The NC System, in essence, is very simple, unique and the highly
advanced, in the following ways:-
There are no rituals
or prayer here, unlike in the practices of religions or traditions. This system
has a scientific flavour of having a definite method, with a minimum input
designed to deliver the maximum output. There is no particular dress or uniform
to wear, no mantras to recite, no beads to roll by the fingers. The only
procedure, if you can call it so, is to sit, close the eyes, and then be
yourself. The system does not require any faith as a motivating ingredient. It
suits everybody who has a normal healthy body and mind. It takes into
consideration the stress and tension of an individual while living in modern
times and also the time-squeeze imposed
in modern life. Unlike in other spiritual practices, the duration of meditation is a bare minimum of 15 minutes,
twice a day, at
Swami
Vivekananda’s slogan, “Awake, arise and rest not till the goal is
reached”, as cited from the Katha Upanishad, is well known. The aspirant is
introduced as a practitioner of the NC System by a guide. The arousing of the
soul is done by the guide. The guide has expanded his soul. He transmits the
energy with purity, directly into the practitioner’s soul to get it awakened
and aroused so that it can gradually expand. The guide’s energy of purity is
like a fire without any luminosity which reaches into the practitioner’s soul
and it is lit with that fire. This is called, in the NC System, ‘translitting’,
a word coined to convey this meaning.
It is initially necessary for the practitioner to prepare
conditions conducive to keep the expansion going, by following certain disciplines
required for this purpose. This is in respect of one’s internal thinking and
external behavior as spoken of by Swami Vivekananda, in order to manifest
Divinity. Such a regulated behavior washes away the impurities of the individual’s
nature, both within and without. The practitioner can actually feel lightness
and purity in his self. Purity is the beginning and end of spirituality.
Taithiriya Aranyaka [10-66] says :-
“Let my
body be clean, so that I can be a flame without dirt or sin;
Let my mind be clean, so that I can be a
flame without dirt or sin;
Let my soul be clean, so that I can be a flame
without dirt or sin”.
Acquiring the purity of spirit, and entering into a new
dimension of living was never so easy,
quick and effective in the history of human race , as in the case of practicing
the NC System , and like all gifts of the
Nature, the training services in this system are offered free of cost.
In this system, the path towards the Reality is made very
simple and smooth. Rigour of rules as well as the time required to be spent on
practice has been drastically reduced, as compared to other spiritual systems,
due to the improvement in spiritual technology, which is the cause for the
unique quality and quantity of the energy of purity transmitted into the
practitioner’s soul. Unlike in ancient times, there is no need to cut the
family ties. In fact, this system insists on living in harmony with the members
of one’s own family. “The family is one of the Nature’s master-pieces”, has
said George Santayana. Prophet Mohammad
too has declared, “All creatures of family are of God, and He, the most beloved
of God, is who does most good to his family.” Tolerance and forgiveness bring
harmony in family life. And this is encouraged by the NC System. “Forgiveness
is not an occasional act”, says Martin Luther King Jr., “it is a permanent
attitude”.
Only the guide, the mind and you are there, of which your
mind is the most important for your success or failure in your spiritual adventure.
Says the Amrita Bindu Upanishad :-
“Mind is the cause of both bondage and liberation. Mind
indulging in sensory and material transactions leads to bondage, and mind
without such indulgence leads to freedom.”
( mantra 2 )
“Mind is like the
rein of the horses yoked to a chariot”, says
Kathopanishad, “If the horses are
not controlled by the rein, they run
wild with the chariot. Your intellect [buddhi], as a charioteer, should steer the horses, by
having full control over them, to reach the destination.” ( mantra II , 3)
6 ) By regular practice of the NC, one can
become a real human being as the Nature intended one to be , within a
short time, ready to serve
humanity. Of such men, it is said in Narada Bhakthi Suthra , “They
impart sanctity to places of pilgrimage,
render actions righteous and good, and give authority to the scriptures.” (
Sutra 69 )
This book contains talks given by a spiritually advanced
soul, Sri N.R.Balasubramanian ( NRB in short ) as they came to him as
revelation from within . The words, as they were revealed to him, who is
travelling on the peaks of spirituality, were spoken to a set of practitioners
of whom I was one. Therefore, the words to me, individually as a person,
are “deva vaani”, meaning voice of the
divinity.
Some of the ideas in this book may seem unfamiliar to some
readers. To this, I can only say that
Nisargatheeta Chetana or Nature Consciousness is a journey towards the
Infinity. The earlier savants and saints
have reported what they have experienced on their way, upto a point they have
reached and they are certainly valid. But, we have to undertake further journey
and the Infinity beckons the brave and
the competent. Just as science and technology
are progressing at an accelerating pace especially from the later
half of the 20th century upto this day, spiritual discoveries
are also happening in this period, at a tremendous pace and are still
continuing. New spheres of purity are being discovered. Such purity and power
are made available, as an improved technology, to get rid of our ‘samskaras’
fast and to restore optimal purity in our soul, which makes us Divine.
The basic purpose of this System remains the same as that
of our ancient sages, i.e., the individual
soul is essentially divine and one’s
aim should be to hasten up its
natural destiny of merging with the Nature or Origin, within one’s life-time in
the present birth.
The great saints
will always encourage such a soul of earth who can exceed their achievements
and go beyond to explore further horizons on this infinite journey.
I hope that the seekers of divinity who want to start
afresh or those who feel that their progress is stagnant or slow, try this NC
System which is offered free. As a practitioner who has found immense benefits
from this System, I heartily recommend this book to everyone, particularly to a
sincere spiritual seeker.

It is my sacred duty to introduce this precious and rare
book, “VOICE OF THE NATURE” (“Nisarga Chetanopanishad”) to all the sincere spiritual seekers across
the globe. In this strife-torn and stress-ridden modern civilization, both this
book and the “Nisarga Chetana” (Nature Consciousness) System offered herein
have ushered in a renaissance, i.e., a
Return to the Nature, in the realm of spirituality. It reveals a technology,
unparalleled in spiritual field. As a
scientific spiritual system, it gives the effect, commensurate with our own
sincere and dedicated practice of the same. In fact, my own personal experience
immensely vouches this truth.
All the 27 topics are written in a sequential order, one
syllogically leading to another, very naturally. The presentation is simple,
clear, concise and pregnant with
spiritual truths , only to inspire and guide every sincere spiritual
seeker, without exception. This book has the facts and the force to enlighten
the modern generation on the vital concepts that our own past traditions and
systems have preciously handed down. This has, in fact, traversed much beyond
the stage trodden by the predecessors in this pursuit. In this light, this is
deservingly a path-breaker as well as an eye-opener.
It is a book of revelation that descended from the above,
as per the need of the hour, in order to guide humanity in its day-to-day
existence and to help every human being to attain the inner strength and
enthusiasm to face life as it is, by just accepting what is available, in the
‘here-and-now’ condition, and to lead a life of ‘Live and let live’.
The intricate
concepts such as the Soul, Samskaras, Purity, Activation of positive energy,
Truths emerging at different stages, Reality, Alignment with Nature,
Self-Realization, Nature-Realization and Liberation of the soul – are all original
in details. All that is revealed in his transcendental condition by a Special Personality to a team of
associates is presented in this book for the clear understanding and benefit of
the aspirants, just in the nature of a guided tour into what may be called the
inner realm of spirituality, so that they can try the farthest possible human
approach in the fastest way in this birth itself.
The “DOC” Topics, i.e., on ‘Discipline of Life’(16), on
‘Obedience to the Nature’(17) and on ‘Cooperation as a Human Being’(18),
constitute the prerequisites for our adoption to enhance the positive qualities
required in our everyday life. This is, doubtlessly, a result of original
research, in order to help the practitioner in intensifying the effect of the
positive energy, which is continuously infused into his soul through regular
meditation under this NC System. This infusion is possible because of the
transmission emanating from Sri NRB, whose self is totally negated. He is the
Special Personality behind this NC System, and also the author of this book
“Voice of the Nature”.
The NC meditation is simple, of short duration, and
effective. If one sincerely practises this along with the ‘DOC’
as prescribed, for a minimum period of 3
months without any break, his
inner nature can develop a capacity to align with the Nature,
and adopt a life of ‘Live and let live’. By becoming a real human being, he is
fit to be a real member of the Nature’s
family. Then , he turns out to be the
Nature’s child, when whatever he practised so far has become his way of life.
Then onwards, he is available to be socially useful, as a person ‘positively
charged’ fully capable of emitting positive energy for societal transformation
. This is the real miracle of this NC System, i.e., creation of spiritual
persons who are naturally useful to the society in which they live. The earlier
in life one reaches such a condition, the longer would be his benefit to the
humanity.
Please believe me, if the practitioners are seriously
committed, this NC System is capable of producing saintly Scientists
(‘Saintist’), saintly Engineers, saintly Doctors, saintly Advocates, saintly
Educationists, saintly Administrators, saintly Chief Ministers & Prime
Ministers, all of whom equipped to do only righteous things for the society and
nation. It will be practicable this way to produce ‘Lions’ in every sphere of
human activity, as Swami Vivekananda wished to happen. Such is the efficacy of
this NC System , unprecedented in
the annals of human history, that
can bring about the long-awaited era of truly self-sustaining individuals,
families, societies and nations, co-existing with all the Nature’s creations
in harmony, as the Nature originally
intended . This is the “One World” espoused by Bertrand Russell and John
Ruskin, and when this happens, there will be “The Global Village” in its true
and total sense.
May the
Supreme Master bless all the readers of this sublime book and also all the
sincere practitioners of this precious NC System , to bring the purpose of
their human life to early fruition, in this very life itself, while rendering
them also to be universally useful during their lifetime.

It is a great
honour, I consider, to have been invited to write a foreword to
this unique book
“Voice of the
Nature” or “Nisarga
Chetanopanishad” containing a
collection of some
soul-stirring
special messages received
by the personality,
Sri. N. R. Balasubramanian
(affectionately called as N.R.B.), in a super-conscious level of
meditation. These messages revealed by the Self have sublime spiritual value and were instantly written down verbatim by a
group of NC practitioners sitting with him ,
for the benefit of the common man towards his spiritual enlightenment. I was present when these special messages
emerged through Sri. N.R.B.
This book exposes a spiritual system called Nisargatheeta
Chetana (Nature Consciousness) System. Its short form is NC System . It
prescribes a method of meditation and discipline of life to be followed by the
practitioners in order to experience the spiritual conditions.
My appreciation of this book and the NC System is as
follows:-
1. This book
gives the entire
philosophy of NC
through thought-provoking and
soul-stirring messages in a simple yet profound manner. The reader is taken
through a real spiritual ‘yatra’ from the basic knowledge of the purpose of his
birth upto the stage where he can attain higher
spiritual levels through NC practice, while living a normal human life. The
journey towards the Nature or God
is system of practical training in
spirituality and life. It is, in essence, a refined, simplified
and effective yogic path to
suit the modern man.
2. This
book exposes that the NC is the latest spiritual system for everyone to continue the journey towards
the Reality. It shows
how one can become capable of
liberating his soul
from this universe, through
the removal of
samskaras , by activating his
soul.
3. The
human spiritual evolution
or expansion is
blocked because of
the samskaras, i.e., effect of one’s own actions and reactions in
his past lives and present life. These
samskaras have to be removed, if one
aspires to evolve spiritually fast
within this life.
It is a
revelation that the soul is in an
inactive mode covered with the
impurities called samskaras. But it can be awakened and activated by a capable saint
transmitting the NC energy into it. This
enables the practitioner to
acquire more and more positive energy within
himself. Repeated emphasis is given to
this positive energy; because
only this makes one a
real human being, by restoring him
to his original nature. Regular practice of NC
meditation, as advised, shows the practitioner
how to acquire
purity within , to help himself in his
spiritual pursuit. This results in the
automatic expansion of his soul
for its evolution, resulting in the removal of samskaras. In
this way, his soul expands faster and faster to a universal level,
thereby making it possible for him to live
in harmony with all other creations; because his Self starts seeing the
Divinity everywhere.
4. The NC System
claims boldly to take anyone
interested in his own spiritual enlightenment ,
through the yogic
transmission of divine NC
energy, to start the spiritual
journey of his soul and to reach
the condition of liberation of his soul and for
its mergence with the Ultimate
in this very life itself. This possibility–i.e., of expanding the soul, through NC energy, to
reach the highly advanced stages of
spirituality in order to align with the Nature Consciousness and of liberating
the soul from all the bodies to merge with the Ultimate in this very
life-should alerts any sincere spiritual seeker
to lose no time to practice
this NC System , at least on a trial basis, and experience
the benefits himself.
5. Science is advancing very
fast, and any spiritual system of
today has to tally with the speed
of this
scientific advancement in order
to have a
matching efficacy. The spiritual
progress under the NC
System takes place, indeed, at an astounding speed.
6. Scientific facts are evidenced by demonstration,
warranting no faith to be reposed in
advance. This NC System too does not
demand any faith as a
prerequisite from the
practitioners who can
personally experience its
efficacy by their own sincere and
dedicated practice.
7. Today’s sincere
spiritual seeker finds
it really difficult
to allocate his precious time to attend to the
demands of ancient spiritual practices, on the one hand and to
maintain a decent livelihood, on the
other. The NC, a path towards
the Nature or God, is
a system of simple practical
training in spirituality, requiring only
15 minutes for the meditation twice a
day and thus most suited to modern times.
8. The NC System acts
upon the human mind,
removing its impurities.
Thus, when the mind becomes
purer and purer, one
gains positive qualities and
inner strength . The benefits that could be obtained by
maintaining a pure mind are given in this book, which the young and old would
like to gain.
9. Every spiritual
system confers its
own benefits. The limit
to which one achieves
the benefits in any system
depends upon the factors like the efficacy of the system, the demands it imposes, the practitioner’s commitment to adopt
the system truly and totally,
etc. But in case of the NC System , any committed practitioner can evolve beyond the
limitation of his own unaided capacity.
10. In
short, the NC System not only paves the way for one’s benefit in one’s worldly
life but also helps one’s spiritual advancement to sublime heights, depending
upon one’s own craving and application.
Incidentally,
I am a retired Technical Manager, hailing from a family known for traditional ways of worship. I had been
following that tradition from my
childhood, without understanding the essence of
those methods. However, basic understanding
of spirituality was imparted by my parents, during my school days. I was
practising another system of
meditation and had benefitted to some
extent but after long years of practise therefrom.
Having been introduced to this NC System, I started this practice
exclusively, with all earnestness and dedication. Within a few days of
practice, I could experience progressively various higher spiritual
conditions mentioned in this Upanishad,
rather revealed to me through a super-conscious state of being.
Though I have the basic understanding of the
spiritual systems, I claim to be
neither well versed in the
religious books nor do I have sufficient
knowledge about vedic literatures on the
methods of approach to Reality , but
I can proclaim boldly out of my personal experience ,
gained after
practising the NC meditation and the
discipline of life as prescribed , for
some months , that NC System is the most effective on any sincere spiritual seeker. It does not demand any knowledge of
scriptures or any of the traditional practices of religion or spirituality
, but Nature Consciousness [NC]
pours its bounty without limitations into all NC
practitioners ; that is my firm conviction.
Prejudice is the poison to spirituality and hence one
should not be blinded by the same. Hence, without casting aspersions on any
others spiritual system, I have to admire and
admit, out of my
experience gained from practising NC System for a comparatively short duration , that this
System is something unique and superb in its effectiveness.
This has
heralded a new renaissance in the world
of practical spirituality and revolutionized the spiritual practices, by spiritually uplifting the real seekers
within a short period, in this life itself.
About the author
As said earlier these messages of the
author, Sri NRB, a very highly advanced
spiritual personality, were received , during our ‘group meditation’ sessions.
When a real spiritual seeker, whose only goal is to merge
in ‘That’, reaches a very high spiritual stage by practicing in all seriousness
an effective spiritual system like the NC, then the Originator of that system
Himself can merge in him for furthering
His advancement as well.
As per the conventional idea, a Guru of calibre can
take his disciple up to his own level of spiritual development, provided the disciple has the
capacity to surrender to his Guru
completely. In such a case, the Guru
descends into the disciple’s heart. This condition of the disciple is best
expressed in the following words of a Hindi poet:
“.. jab mai tha, thu nahi; ab mai nahi,
thu hi ho”, which
means,
“When ‘I’ was, You were not(in me); when ‘I’ am not, You
only are (in me).”
However, if any
disciple , under the NC System , having a real quest, is steadfast, restless
, and has craving to realise ‘That’, and
also has negated his “I” to the full
extent, then the Guru within vacates at an appropriate time depending upon his
spiritual condition and the “Guru tatwa” itself, i.e., the essence of the Guru, through which the Guru is connected to this
disciple, descends into such disciple eventually. This condition is best
expressed in the following words of the same Hindi poet:
“.. Jab thu hai, mai nahi; ab thu bhi
nahi, sirf mai, sirf mai”, which means,
“When You are (in me), ‘I’ am not; now You are also not,
only I am, only I am.”
(Here, the ‘I’ represents the “Guru tatwa” that has
descended into the disciple’s heart, as the Guru has vacated the place).
In other words, when the feeling of ‘I and mine’ are fully
evacuated from the disciple’s heart, the “Guru tatwa” descends into his heart fully in the emptiness and then onwards this “Guru tatwa” itself (the Essence inside) starts giving him guidance through his
own faculty, for both his worldly
activities and spiritual progress, in the form of thoughts or ‘astral voice’, according to the need of the
hour. This is how all the topics and the
texts in this book, have come out of the
heart of Sri NRB automatically, during our meditation sessions.
Highly
evolved souls do not seek anything for themselves; instead they keep
distributing instantly all the spiritual wealth they gain from the Nature. Feelings
of gratitude cannot be conveyed with mere words; experiences gained cannot also
be expressed by words. It is true that
the Higher spiritual conditions can be transmitted only by a spiritually
advanced soul into the disciple, to give him a taste of those Higher
conditions, even without his practice sometimes. This is the significance of a
real ‘ Margadarsi ’.
I
prostrate to Sri NRB, the Great
Personality - the ‘Margadhrashta , Margadarsi , and
Margabandhu ‘of this NC (as revealed to me from within) , who
unflinchingly continues to transmit all the higher spiritual conditions,
knowledge, wisdom, Brahmatatwa and Gurutatwa
to all real seekers, following the orders from above .
He is the Master par excellence
.
I conclude
this foreword, with Swami
Vivekanandaji’s famous call, which is applicable to all the serious spiritual aspirants of the modern era:-
“Utthishtatha
, jagratha, prapya varan nibodhatha.”
I strongly
recommend this NC method of meditation
for the benefit of humanity as a whole,
and in particular , to any sincere spiritual seeker aspiring for
an effective path for his own
spiritual evolution , to follow the NC System exclusively.
I
fervently pray to my Divine and Supreme Master that every real seeker of
Reality be benefited not only by reading this “Nisarga
Chetanopanishad”, but also by getting an
opportunity to open his soul towards
speedy accomplishment of its natural goal within his lifetime.

1. NATURE AND REALITY
Nature is the manifestation of the Original Consciousness
which we are experiencing in our day-to-day life. All the manifestations that
we come across have the same Origin but different attributes. Not all the
animate things in the Nature are in a position to perceive the Nature fully or
completely, because they do not have mind and intelligence. But, the human
manifestation is the only one which can perceive the Nature completely and can
also avail the same.
When the evolution reached a stage of manifestation of
human beings, the essence given to the human beings got the capacity to read
the Nature, understand and perceive it in a better way than any other
manifestations. When human beings started evolving, this essence also evolved
and developed his capacity to know more about Nature and its uses or benefits. Research
in the material and spiritual fields ensued, resulting in inventions and discoveries.
Inventions started slowly from his knowledge of Nature to find more
applications which lead to more comforts in material life.
He also made discoveries in spirituality, which attempts to
know about the Spirit and its quality. While involving in research towards
experiencing the Spirit, he discovered many things which started unfolding, resulting
in perception of nature from new dimensions. This helped in spiritual evolution
while such cumulative research gained further momentum. Even today, this spiritual
journey continues in search of the ultimate truth. Those people who undertake
this journey are called saints. Advanced saints are still continuing this
journey to know fully about the Reality. By this process, they are able perceive
more and could acquire more positive energies as a result.
NC is the latest System which helps one to
continue this journey towards the Reality. This System also helps in acquiring
the positive energy at higher levels. This energy called as divine energy is
available in the souls of such advanced saints and the same is transmitted to
the universe, by negation of their personalities, for the benefit of
humanity.
2. SPIRIT AND
SPIRITUALITY
Spirit is
the Absolute, without any quality; but its field of energy acquired quality
when creation started. Spirituality is, therefore, the quality of the Spirit or
the Origin of creation. This quality descended into the manifestation, giving
birth to different attributes and behavior. All the animate beings in this
universe possess this Spirit inside as the soul and as the core in inanimate
things. The souls available in the animate beings are already active, because
of the Spirit available inside. Since the core of the inanimate things does not
have the life (‘prana’) inside, the Spirit is not activated in them.
There is no element or creation available in
this universe, without the Spirit. The quality of the Spirit in the animate
beings is to give them the spirit or enthusiasm to live. This special attribute
of the animate beings, as compared to the inanimate things, makes them live in
this world with freedom. This freedom is required, because the souls are
independent.
These
independent souls have to evolve to the condition of the Original Spirit in
order to go back to the Origin or merge with it. When the evolution started in
the beginning from the lowest animate being or amoeba, the spirit inside this
being had started evolving, passing through many manifestations and at last
reached the manifestation of human beings.
The spirit
in the human being is activated to a greater degree, as
compared to all the previous manifestations. Further, human beings began practicing
various methods to activate the evolving spirit further in order to merge with
its origin. Thus, they started acquiring the spirituality in themselves, and
gained the positive qualities of the Spirit. Those who emerged in this way are
called the saints.
3. LIVING OF
HUMAN BEINGS
Among the crores of manifestations in the
creation, human being is the last and current species. Every manifestation has aligned
with life according to its own capacities. The universal kingdom consists of
sub-kingdoms, like human kingdom, animal kingdom, plant kingdom, water kingdom
and air kingdom. The manifestations have been assigned places to live,
according to their basic requirements and necessities.
Earth is given as the place to live, for the
human beings. This earth contains water and air also. Since the Fifth Sense*
has been opened in the human beings, unlike in the case of other manifestations,
this additional capacity helps them to accomplish many natural tasks. In the
human beings, gender-difference is very predominant and there is naturally this
sex-discrimination. As far as humans are concerned, sex is not balanced,
because of samskaras** of the soul.
Human beings, from the early days of their
evolution, have developed a sense of living as a community and started living
together. Later, on
further evolution, they found that their comforts could be increased by using
their next sense, i.e., the Sixth Sense, which was developed on evolutionary
metamorphosis ( i.e., due to changes of form and/or character, by natural
growth and development in the course of evolution). This Sixth Sense was given
by Nature to the human being to understand his inner capacity and the soul.
Very few could penetrate inside themselves and find the presence of the soul.
Such people took the journey towards the Ultimate, with the available knowledge
and truth. The period of Upanishads started at that time. The practitioners
were able to reach a certain stage of truth, as attained or realized at their
level, and decided “IT IS THE REALITY”.
Human birth is given exclusively for the souls to return to the
Origin of their creation. At the initial stages, human beings did not attempt
to know about the soul, but lived like animals. The ‘Sixth Sense’ people went
ahead upto certain level of truth, but could not complete their journey,
because of further non-availability of the energy/power from the Ultimate. Many
ordinary people, instead of taking a journey towards spirituality, made use of
the Sixth Sense for the utilities and comforts of living.
Here, in this era, Nature has introduced the seventh Sense to the
human beings, to know about the soul and feel its purity. This Seventh Sense is
being used by the scientists and prodigies to develop their knowledge in use of
technology in modern life. Only a few could utilize it for its real propose of
merging with the spirit. The revelations coming through this Seventh sense may
not tally with the revelations that came down earlier through the Sixth Sense,
due to the difference of strength/power descending to the Seventh Sense from
the Ultimate. This Seventh Sense is provided by the Nature to the evolving
human beings, only for the purpose of utilizing the power of the Nature or
Ultimate in a better way.
NC has emerged as the latest and the most advanced system to utilize
the Seventh Sense given to the human being. Prime utilization of the Seventh
Sense is to journey towards the Ultimate, although NC practitioners also make
use of this energy for their day-to-day life. This system makes rapid and
continual advances to suit changing efficacy in our lifestyles, besides
offering opportunities for development of an individual’s personality.
In essence, the ultimate purpose of human life is for the
expansion of the soul towards its return to the Origin, and we, as human
beings, must clearly understand this, to help re-direct and focus our energies
to actualize this purpose.
*Fifth Sense:
Every higher species in the creation
is given a higher degree of
instinctive sense. Nature has thus
bestowed upto the Fourth Sense till the species of animals got evolved. When
the next manifestations evolved to the species of human beings, the Fifth Sense is given
by the
Nature in the form of a mental
faculty. Hence, this is
not to be confused
with our conventional
idea of the ‘Five Senses’ (‘panchendriyas’) of perception, which is also independently true.
For further evolution of human beings, the Nature has bestowed the Sixth Sense and also the
Seventh Sense, so that the real
purpose of human life (the peak in the evolution of
lives among the diverse
manifestations of the Nature)
could be fulfilled.
**Samskaras:
Samskaras are created by the
impressions that are left behind in the human beings (animals, plants, etc and
the inanimate things do not have ‘mind’ and hence do not create samskaras), because of the actions
and reactions happening in and through
their mind, in the course of day-to-day existence. The deeper such
impressions are, the stronger will be the resultant samskaras. In short, it is
necessary for us to know that wherever there is application of mind, samskaras are bound to be there. In the natural course, the samskaras
accumulated over the births and years must be exhausted by our undergoing the
resultant experiences (‘bhog’) in life. The stock of samskaras vary from person
to person, depending on his own thoughts, actions and reactions. As per the
nature of the samskaras, their effects also vary from the
pleasant to the painful experiences.
Depending on the nature and quantum of this stock, it takes even many lives
to clear the same, provided we do not
gather further samskaras in the current
birth. Wisdom demands that we find out and practise a method by which we
not only stop forming additional samskaras
from this very moment but also dispose of the cumulative stock fast, in
this very birth itself.
In cases where actions take place without
the doer attaching the mind, samskaras are not formed, such as involuntary
actions like attending to an itching leg while one is asleep and attending to
nature’s calls, hunger, thirst, etc.
These samskaras are covering our soul,
being embedded as our ‘Life Programme’, and determine our way of life. These
samskaras can be corrected to give us a
natural life by activating our inner spirit (soul) with the positive
energy from the Supreme Spirit/Nature/God, which happens when we practise the
NC
System. This will remove the
samskaras carrying negative energy and convert everything into positive energy,
which automatically gives peace and harmony in our life; for the Spirit has the
same quality.

4. EVOLUTIONARY CHANGES
AS ON TODAY
As a human being, it is possible to utilize the Seventh Sense
available in us. This Seventh Sense can be opened by the help of the advanced
spiritual saints or a highly qualified neuro-psychologist. Evolutionary
development happens depending on the opening of the new Senses, either
scientifically or spiritually.
Today’s
environment has completely changed due to new inventions by human beings for
their comforts. These comforts give a lot of satisfaction to them, but at the
same time may also create unwarranted desires, leading to dissatisfaction
sometimes. When the desires are increasing, we tend to forget our real nature
and purpose of life and try to concentrate towards accomplishing new comforts
and ideologies.
The earth
is gradually losing its purity* due to mankind polluting it with his creation.
Any creation by human beings, whether they are animate (like cloning) or
inanimate, cannot acquire purity on their own, as Nature did not intend it that
way, nor is it created from the natural purity of the ultimate spirit. For the
same reason, it is also difficult to inject it with purity, through any
spiritually advanced techniques. This artificial activity does not really help such
creations, as they inevitably settle here in this world, since further
evolution does not happen to such artificial creations.
Environmental changes happening in Nature are because of
evolutionary principle; but that will not affect the spiritual journey of human
beings. At the same time, the human
beings can make use of the same for their support. Evolutionary changes do
happen at all times or in every era, from the time of creation, and what we see
today is the dilution of the purity of the Origin.
Natural materials were utilized by our predecessors as
offerings to the God or to satisfy Nature. Today, such materials have lost
their purity completely, and thereby the capacity to become an offering to the
God or the Ultimate. Hence, there is no necessity for us now to depend on the
natural materials available today in this universe, as a support to our
journey; but we can depend on the non-material essence available in highly
advanced spiritual personalities as the support and guide for our journey
towards the Origin.
5. SOUL AND PURITY
The soul is a representation of the Ultimate as the
smallest essence available in the animate things. This essence originated from
the purity of the Ultimate, at the time of Creation. Later, everything came out
of It in the form of energy and became different materials. Emergence of these
pure souls from the Origin happened without the knowledge of the Origin. The
souls that were detached from the Origin due to the explosion that happened
because of super-natural changes in the Origin could not go back immediately.
These souls occupied some materials developed from the water available on the
earth. Because of the energy of the soul, the material that was acquired as the
body of the soul started moving on an evolutionary growth.
Though the soul has since then acquired many bodies due to
the evolutionary changes, it could not settle down in a particular body for a
longer time because every material body has its birth and death and a short
duration of life in-between. The soul has no birth or death, because it is not
made of any material. It is but an essence of the Original Purity.
This soul, with a
lot of potential inside because of the purity available within, could not find
a suitable body to expand itself, until it could get the human body. After
getting into the human body, the natural cry of the soul rushed in such
a manner that the human being became restless. This restlessness affected the
mind of the human being as desires.
Because of the desires created by the restlessness and also
due to the samskaras, the human being could not think about the soul inside or
give the soul the freedom to go back. But, some advanced human beings whose desires
and samskaras were less, could penetrate inside and found the soul’s craving.
They were able to start different methods of spiritual
practice to create purity in them so that the souls trapped inside could expand
and try for liberation. Such spiritual practice, if pursued with the help of an
advanced spiritual soul, can definitely put an end to the craving of the soul.
For the past so many years, people are restlessly trying to
liberate their souls, understanding the craving of the souls. Many of them
could find some good systems to practice and thereby acquired certain amount of
purity. This helped them in the expansion of their souls to a reasonable extent
by which they were able to reduce their samskaras, whereby they could avoid
rebirths on the earth. Of course, they also tried their level best to free the
soul from the human cage, both the material and astral, so that the soul can
merge with the Origin as early as possible. Thus, liberation of the soul from
the material birth has become possible for sincere seekers; but the liberation
from the astral bodies is not an easy task. However, it is really possible by
the saints of caliber, to liberate the soul totally from all the bodies* and to
make it merge with the Ultimate.
In the NC
System , through the help of such saints of calibre, the strength in the
practitioner’s available purity is gradually increased, allowing his soul to
expand. Thus, he acquires the capacity
to create space for the expansion of the soul, which naturally occupies the
space of the samskaras and in turn, reduces the strength and power of the
samskaras. If he is sincere and dedicated in his practice and also is creating
positive energies through his positive qualities, he can definitely help his
soul for maximum expansion. Eventually, he can also liberate his soul from all
the bodies and merge with the Nature, without much struggle.
6. KNOWLEDGE AND
TRUTH
It is very fortunate that many advanced saints in spiritual
practices took birth in our country. Through these spiritual practices, they
were able to gain some knowledge regarding the creations and their attributes.
The saints of earlier age started worshipping the Nature, viz., rivers,
mountains, planets, etc., for realizing
the Truth.
These materials are the manifestations from the Origin,
without having souls. Worshipping these inanimate things could not give them
any progress towards the Truth; but they continued their practice for a long
period. What they could understand from this worship is that these materials of
the Nature are controlled by some power called as God and that they could not
alter anything in these things.
Over a period of time, these saints took birth again as
human beings, in search of the Ultimate. These human beings progressively
developed new systems and practices to instead worship animate beings, in their
ongoing journey towards the spirit. Worshipping
‘Avatars’ (Incarnations of Divinity) was one of the earlier systems practiced
by these people, because these Avatars were animate beings. When they reached
the extent of worshipping the highest manifestation, the saintly human being, they
started getting more knowledge. These Avatars or Special Personalities took
birth for specific purposes as the highest evolved personalities, as a result
of the practices undertaken by them in their earlier births. Having the highest
purity, these personalities could help their associates to find out truth at
different stages.
Systems have evolved afterwards to penetrate through these
human Avatars, into their Divine essence inside, in order to reach the
Ultimate; but nobody could succeed fully, because they could not mentally
(perceptionally) ‘eliminate’ everything except the essence from the Avatar in
order to reach the Origin. Some could ‘eliminate’ the physical frame of the
Avatar and reach the soul inside. But, they were not able to penetrate the soul
further and see it as a representation of the essence of the Ultimate or
Nature.
Spiritual knowledge changes from time to time, depending
upon the practices and the purity gained there from. People called Truth as the
end of
knowledge. Yes, but when our knowledge changes, perception of Truth also
changes automatically. Therefore, nobody can regard truth as right or final, as
people can always journey further from the Truth realized by the earlier
practitioners, i.e., the predecessors in the pursuit.
This shows that Truth is beyond knowledge, and knowledge is
not a criterion for realizing the Truth. Truth created everlasting changes in
the knowledge acquired till then, whereby so many philosophies (‘Darshanas’)
have come into existence, depending on the extent of Truth realized by the
individuals concerned. Finally, no philosophy has lead mankind to reach upto
the Ultimate.
NC System takes the practitioners to reach the stage of
knowledgeless-ness, i.e., an area where knowledge cannot work. Automatically,
the knowledge ends there and Reality begins. When we begin to experience reality
as it is in each moment, the acquired knowledge that anybody had so far gained
during their journey towards Truth becomes irrelevant. This is so, as knowledge
is a product of a carefully organized thought structure, whereas reality is perceivable
when the mind is emptied of all thoughts.
7. UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS
This universe is a conglomeration of many energies with
different frequencies. All these energies put together results in the capacity
to manifest this universe, through two vital energies called as ‘positive’ and
‘negative’. All the material manifestations of this universe are formed by the
negative energies and all the ‘essence’ available in these manifestations are
called the positive energies.
This positive energy together with wisdom is known as the
Universal Consciousness pertaining to this universe. Without this Consciousness,
no movement or changes become possible in this universe. Universal
Consciousness is having the power for transformation, growth, and sometimes,
demolition. In the foetus, this Universal Consciousness is present as the soul
and because of this alone manifestation comes alive.
Every universe in this
This Universal Consciousness activates every positive and
negative quality originating through samskaras.
Injecting the ‘essence’ of the Nature Consciousness or the
Universal Consciousness into the soul, expands purity of soul into the mind
and, at some stage to the body level also. Those who are practicing the
meditation of NC can thus get their souls activated and expanded through the
power of the Nature Consciousness. Since the Nature Consciousness is only
positive, its essence penetrates into the practitioner’s soul to transform his
mind and could produce many positive qualities in him.
Nature
Consciousness is not dealing with the body; it directly deals with the soul and
mind. Because of the impurities of one’s own samskaras, human beings strongly
identify with the body or ego as ‘I’, and thereby forget that they are the original
un-manifested essence within. This wrong association continually results in accumulation
of thoughts and actions, which are not in accord with this basic and
irrefutable nature of one’s true self, thereby causing endless strife and
misery.
However, through
regular NC practice, one can be freed from the control of ‘I’, to effortlessly
radiate thoughts and actions which are in alignment with the need of the
present moment. Further, NC helps practitioners
in activating and acquiring positive qualities. People, who are practicing
systems involving negative energies, cannot get any kind of benefits through
the practice of this system.
Universal
Consciousness does not have birth or death. It is a weightless energy with
maximum potency, but cannot be perceived by our naked eyes. It is upto the
practitioners to experience the power through their own purified mind and to
make use of it in their day-to-day life as their guide and philosopher. The
younger generation and teenagers can make use of this System for their onward
journey towards their goal, both spiritually and materially. In practice, NC does
do not differentiate spirituality from material life, for the energy utilized
in both the cases is only positive.
8. THE PURPOSE
OF SPECIAL PERSONALITIES
Every human being in this universe takes birth and dies one
day. The reason for the birth is only to undergo their samskaras. The real
purpose of human birth is to activate the soul to go back to the Origin. But, we
often tend to forget our true purpose, and fail to remind the “I” to support
the soul to go back to the Origin.
Human beings, when they take birth as different
personalities, have different kinds of duties and responsibilities. On every
death, the soul goes along with its
astral body to the particular plane, where it has to spend further period of
its existence, following which it also takes birth after sometime , in this material world to undergo the
samskaras.
There are some personalities available in this universe who
are highly evolved spiritually, due to their positive samskaras and positive
qualities. These evolved souls take birth as special personalities to undertake
certain responsibilities in this universe. These special personalities are born
without the knowledge of the responsibilities of their present birth, thereby
they live like very ordinary persons among the masses and without any
particular identification. These personalities develop spiritually further in
this life and sometimes become guides to lead human beings who want to evolve
in this life itself. There are other personalities who show themselves as
special ones and display some ‘siddhis’ or miracles only, but cannot help the
human beings to evolve spiritually in this life itself.
The former have some ordained purpose in their
life, yet without that knowledge in their earlier years; but later on, it will
be revealed to them by the Nature. These personalities can help mankind in
different categories of evolution. Some personalities help in the material life
and some in the spiritual life.
In the NC
System, such personalities have taken birth, only to serve the universe on
spiritual attributes. The attributes of these personalities, being commensurate
with their spiritual condition, can help others, on their upward journey
towards the Ultimate. Their essence is available throughout this universe and can
be connected with through the practice of silentation.
These personalities transmit their essence to the seekers based
on their love and sincere practice. The essence available in them is called
“Guru tatwa” or the essence of the Ultimate. This Ultimate’s essence or tatwa
is equivalent to fire, because of its own purity, but without any luminosity.
The method of transmission from the special personality is called
“translitting”* the Gurutatwa to the practitioners. Since their essence is
available throughout this universe, translitting this essence can happen at any
time depending upon the practitioner’s capacity. This translitting makes a
continuous flow of the ‘Gurutatwa’ energy to the practitioner, without his
knowledge, but sometimes he may be sensitive. This translitting helps in the
transformation of the practitioner’s mind and leads to a feeling of
weightlessness.
“Gurutatwa” is the
highest essence that one can avail from his guru, depending upon the guru’s
purity and calibre. But, the guru’s purity and calibre alone cannot help the
practitioner to receive; the practitioner’s own purity and receptivity should
also be there to receive the `Gurutatwa`.
9. RESTLESSNESS TOWARDS THE
GOAL
What is a
goal? Goal is the destination where we have to end our journey. The goal that
we are seeing today as a destination of our journey may change from time to
time, depending on our evolution at that time. Achieving the goal that is set
by ourselves is not a great achievement. Goal-setting in spirituality is
equivalent to continuously fixing further higher truths as goals to be later realized
by ourselves.
In
spirituality, the practitioner is asked to set a goal for himself, according to
the condition of his attainment at that time. This spiritual condition has to
be improved by regular practice under proper guidelines of a competent guide.
If the spiritual condition is improving day by day, the duration to reach the
goal will get reduced for him. Once he
reaches the set goal, he should continue the journey further to reach the next
higher goal.
Initially, he creates a condition of joy and enthusiasm to reach the first goal
without much restlessness. When he accomplishes the first goal, he should
create restlessness in himself to continue the journey to reach the next goal.
Again, after reaching this new goal, the restlessness should increase further
so that duration of reaching the next higher goal can be reduced. The ultimate
goal for everybody should be towards the mergence of his soul with the Brahman
or Ultimate or Spirit. This energy is an energy-less energy which is available
everywhere in this universe. The spiritual
journey is undertaken for the removal of samskaras from oneself, and negation
of one’s self completely from the path
between one’s soul and the Ultimate.
What is
restlessness? Once the soul is given a
chance to know what freedom is, then it slowly starts expanding on its own
strength in search of freedom and becomes restless. This restless condition is
the cry of the soul for joining with the
Origin at the earliest.
But what
about the practitioner’s restlessness? He practices restlessly in removing the
samskaras in him and tries to give
freedom to the soul which is trapped
inside. Restlessness of the soul is natural, but the restlessness of the practitioner
happens by his regular practice.
10. THOUGHTS, ACTIONS
AND SAMSKARAS
The human mind works
at two dimensions, one is the subconscious and the other is the conscious. The
subconscious mind is the storage of our memories and thoughts. Memories are
derived and stored from the earlier samskaras. The thoughts are what we are
having at present, which have the potential to create further samskaras .
Thought is an idea brought into play, through imagination
or recollection on a particular subject, incident, condition, etc., derived by
the help of our brain and presented to our mind. If the brain is not
functioning, there cannot be thoughts in our mind. When the mind is attached to
the material body, it
responds to the physical brain. When the mind is attached to the astral body,
it gets activated through astral brain and this happens after death.
As long as human brain is functioning, thoughts are
inevitable. When you want to create a thoughtless condition, you have to arrest
your brain from thinking. Where the mind loses its hold on the brain, it gets
detached from the “I”, because the brain is connected to the “I”. After some
days of practice, the mind starts connecting with the soul and gradually
experiences spiritual conditions. On
reaching such spiritual conditions, knowledge starts descending through the
brain.
As mentioned above, the brain does not keep quiet, because
its natural condition is restlessness. Every action can be backed by a
preliminary thought or need not, depending on the involvement of mind. Actions
done through thoughts will create samskaras and actions without involvement of
the mind do not. Every moment, thoughts are emerging from the brain on
different subjects. Samskaras are formed, when the actions resulting from your
thoughts gets any response from your mind. If response is not there from
your mind which caused the action, formation of samskaras does not happen.
It is up
to the practitioner to keep the mind always detached from the brain during the
practice. Brain is really required in our day-to-day life and without that, we
cannot survive in this world. Deactivation of brain happens in the NC System,
only during silentation.
The samskaras formed as discussed above, decide
your way of life and your spiritual progress. When the soul gets activated by
the Nature
Consciousness, it starts expanding as “a fire of purity” and extinguishes the
samskaras. If you are also able to enhance the purity of your mind and transfer
the same to your soul (happens automatically in the NC System), your soul can
help you in quickly removing your samskaras, through its continuous expansion.
From the
angle of the Spirit, the samskaras are
not discriminated as good and bad. But
if you practice under able guides, they can discern quality of samskaras and
allow only the good samskaras to perform their work on you. To these guides,
your ‘good’ samskaras are good for you, going by the insight they have of its ultimate
results.
11. IMPORTANCE OF A GUIDE
Guide is a road-runner in the path of spiritual life. He
never takes rest, but continues running towards his goal. This guide must be a
person of caliber who can guide others in the path through which he is running.
Without a guide, none succeeds in reaching the goal.
Spiritual guides are persons who sacrifice their life
towards spirituality and its teachings. There cannot be selfishness in them in
guiding others
towards reaching the goal. Only a selfless guide can take you to the
Ultimate. This guide achieves nothing
in preparing you to reach your goal.
Like candles, the Guides burn their ‘I’ inside negating themselves,
keeping their essence alive as the flame for others. They give light to their
associates and travel along with them towards the Ultimate. The capacity of a
guide can be tested by various methods.
There are a few qualities required to be present in an
ideal guide:-
1. Patience to listen
2. Good communication
3. Knowledge about his area of work
4. Capacity of Non-discrimination*
5. Self-negation
6. Love and detachment**
7. Determination to achieve the goal, with
steadfastness
8. Sterling character
A
practitioner who is practicing under such a guide should have the freedom to
question him at any time on any subject. The guide should not get irritated on
the doubts arising in the practitioners. If the practitioner’s reliance on his
guide is abundant, then he can treat his guide as the God-Father in his life.
Best character is one of the qualities of the guide, through which the practitioner
also adopts positive qualities and energies. If any practitioner falters in his
journey, only the guide is responsible to lift him up and put him back on
track.
If you are
getting reflection of agitation from a person, you cannot take him as your
guide. The guide’s responsibility is more, as compared to the practitioner’s
responsibility. Here in the NC System,
we have experienced guides who can train the practitioners in their practice
and guide them properly, with sufficient knowledge in their spiritual journey.
Practitioners have the freedom to question the guides on their character, if at
all they found the same as misleading.
12. WHY THE
SYSTEM IS DERIVED
FROM THE NATURE
This system is derived from the Ultimate and given to mankind,
with a purpose. It is a matter of fact that we are controlled by various
religious heads, on the guidelines and dogmas of our respective religions. The followers of these institutions are sincerely
practicing their religious systems in search of that. The heads of these
institutions feel that their responsibilities lie only in educating the people
about their religion and at times, they advocate for the sake of religious
upliftment as well. With the help of these religious practices, the religious
heads can lead the people to a certain level of advancement in spirituality. In
the name of different faiths under different religions and sects, people are
divided and cannot unite as intended by the heads of religions .
When the followers
of the religion could not understand their religions and its purpose properly,
there arose a need for a system to educate the people about spirituality and
for the sake of spiritual upliftment of the aspirants as well. There are a few
advanced systems to educate the
aspirants on spirituality, in this modern era. However, these systems are still
not devoid of certain rituals, in teaching spirituality to their practitioners.
Today, in
this fast-moving world, people do not have much time to practice spirituality
and attain purity of mind. The conventional spiritual systems could not educate
the people that spirituality is related to purity of mind. Some modern
spiritual organizations also are practicing spirituality with minimum rituals
for attaining purity of mind. In essence, conventional systems have very little
to offer in cleaning the impurities of the human mind and to acquire purity, while
modern systems have not succeeded fully in purifying the mind of the practitioners.
Spiritual
practice without a fully purified mind cannot succeed in attaining the Ultimate
purity or the experience of God/Spirit/That.
Samskaras
accumulated due to one’s own actions in various births are the main cause for
the impurities of the human mind. Conventional systems could not arrive at a
conclusion as to what really created the impurities in the human mind. They
sincerely continued certain rituals in search of purity, but
cleaning of the impurities did not happen.
But in
some modern spiritual systems, a clarification is given regarding the
impurities, and a method is put in place for cleaning the impurities. This
cleaning process is happening with the help of negative energy and there is no
flow of continuous positive energy which is required in abundance to completely
flush out the impurities. Unless the impurities are cleared, transmission of
purity does not work effectively on the mind of the practitioner. Because of
this, the transmission of positive energy could give only slow spiritual
progress to the practitioner.
In the NC
System, the cleaning happens automatically with the help of surplus capacity
and power of positive energy transmitted to the practitioner, during silentation.
Because of the abundant flow of purity into the mind of the practitioner, the
mind loses weight and transfers the purity to the soul, which starts expanding
automatically. With the help of the pressure of purity injected inside through
transmission, the soul starts expanding naturally. Then, the samskaras are
removed by the “fire of purity” from the soul , causing samskaras to begin
losing the strength and power. Once the strength and power of samskaras gradually
deteriorate in controlling our life, the Spirit within us starts taking charge
and the individual’s life thereon happens according to “Its” wish.
This system
has necessarily been introduced into the universe by the Nature, because of the
need of the time. This is the latest method of practice in spirituality and its
practitioners can obtain the spiritual benefits at the earliest, without much
struggle.
Every new system
is derived from Nature, and people should be educated properly about the
efficacies. In the NC System, the statement to its efficacies is being spread
through experienced practitioners. This system is rooted in meditation on
blankness and it activates the soul with the pressure of purity injected during
meditation. Even after the meditation, the flow of purity continues into the
practitioners but only the sensitive can experience it. This sensitivity is
obtained by the practitioners when their mental transactions are the least.
If
everybody starts practicing this system with sincerity and dedication, this
system can succeed in this universe, in spreading spirituality and love.
13. ADVANCED SPIRITUAL
CONDITIONS
Spirituality is a science of Nature associated with human
culture. Because of culture, spirituality developed in this universe and a
reflection of it started appearing in human being as spiritual qualities. When
we are advancing in
spirituality, there must be a reflection of spiritual qualities in us.
We have already dealt with the Spirit and spirituality in
our earlier Topics. While activating the spirit in you, you acquire spiritual
qualities It is like churning the curd. On attaining spiritual condition, you
reflect qualities of the Spirit in you. It is like the butter emerging from the
curd.
People have conventionally understood that thinking of God
and preparing oneself for serving God all the time is ‘spirituality’. In truth,
constantly thinking of God and serving Him always is just the preparation
towards spiritual attainment, but not Spirituality. In case, this preparation
is not done sincerely, and purity of mind is not obtained through this, the
time spent for this process does not yield satisfactory results. In olden days,
this spiritual preparation was done with pure devotion and purified mind, which
after sometime leads to activation of the Spirit within. When the spirit in you
gets activated and starts doing the work in you instead of ‘you’
working, the spirit in you may forget about its own identity; thereby remembering the God does not take place. When
He Himself becomes the Spirit in you, where is the question of remembering Him,
and doing service to Him? Then onwards, it becomes Self-service, i.e., service
by the Spirit to “Itself”. As long as the Spirit has not taken charge of the
‘you’ in you, the ‘you’ in you will continue to remembering and serve Him
continuously.
The NC System recommends to the practitioners that they
initially serve and remember Him for the shortest duration everyday, through
the prescribed silentation practice . This meditation and practice for some
days will definitely bring down your level of thoughts and rest your mind in
blankness. Further spiritual journey is through this blankness, which will help
you to reach the goal within this life. Once you have surrendered to the inner
Self or He, your responsibility gradually ceases and the ‘He’ in you starts
taking charge of your spiritual progress and material life, so that your
practice of spirituality reaches an end. In other words, the NC System advises
you to continue the practice until the Spirit in you takes charge of you and
your activities.
This System does not condemn your material life, because
that constitutes your duty and responsibility. Spiritual practice is necessary
to attain higher spiritual conditions, which in due course becomes a continuous
support to our normal worldly life comprising family, friends, relatives,
profession, business, etc.
Continuing the spiritual practice in the course of our
worldly life does not hamper spiritual progress. This progress attained while
leading material life, gives more freedom and strength for further spiritual
practice.
Today, our material life requires more time and attention.
In the NC System, without hindering your material life and time, the shortest
duration of spiritual practice as advised is adequate to activate your Spirit.
If any spiritual practice takes a modern man to spiritual advancement while
being in the thick of material life, then he can readily accept and adopt such
a spiritual practice.
Spiritually advanced person‘s character, behavior,
communication and approach should be exemplary among human beings and because
of that, others related and attached to
that personality derive more benefits. It is possible to attain a spiritually
advanced condition through purity of mind, action and thoughts alone.
The NC System takes care of the purity, which is the basic
requirement for spiritual advancement,
through the spiritual practice prescribed here. As this System infuses purity
into the practitioner’s mind, his sincere and dedicated practice can pave the
way for advanced conditions of spirituality.
14. RESENTMENT DURING
SPIRITUAL PRACTICE
When we mean spiritual practice, we may think that we have
to sacrifice many things. To achieve the goal, sometimes we may have to
sacrifice certain “unwanted” things. This is needed for reducing the weight of
such unwanted things. During our practice,
we have to be properly guided by an experienced guide, who can rectify things in
our practice. At times, individual suggestions could be given, to adopt certain
lifestyle changes for the sake of reaching to our spiritual goal quickly and
conveniently.
When we practice spirituality in our material life, we may
feel some kind of dissatisfaction as to whether the spiritual practice would
give benefits to us or not. If the pressure from outside is more, there are
again chances to delude us that such spiritual practice is a waste.
When we create an ability to face anything in this world,
we will not detach from the spiritual practice until we reach the goal.
Sometime when we reach certain levels, resentment will start in us towards the
practice and we may assume that we are stagnant and not progressing. It is like
our dejection at the idea of having to retrace the road from a stage where it
has appeared to terminate at a visible distance. If only we persist and pursue
the journey further, we would get to know that we were not approaching the
dead-end of the road but a junction leading us to another way enroute. There are so many junctions in the spiritual
journey where we may thus be stuck up because of heavy samskaras and sometimes
unfavourable tendencies. But our guide or the inner spirit (soul) may be in a
position to help us at this juncture, provided we are craving to continue the
journey. At this moment, there may be a possibility of our creating resentment
towards the practice, but it will vanish, the moment we start getting the help
from the inner spirit.
In the
advanced spiritual conditions, the aspirant while going at a high speed, may also
at times feel a stagnancy in his journey. During this time, his own self
which has already been activated will help him out of this perception, since it is not real stagnation. Resentment may start in him at this juncture
to leave the practice and the guide. At times, sorrowful conditions emerge in
him, without reason.
The
resentment occurs like an eclipse of the soul. All these resentful conditions
live in us for a short period and cannot continue for a longer time, due to the power of our inner spirit or
soul. So, we do not have to give value for these conditions, which may
appear and disappear during the practice.
15. POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE
ENERGY
When we mean energy, there must be power in it . Energies are created at different levels, in
the material life as well as spiritual
life. The energies available in the
material life fall outside the scope of our discussion. In spiritual life,
there are three levels of energy, viz., earthly, cosmic and divine.
At each level, these energies are a combination of both the
positive energy and negative energy. In the earthly energy, the positive is 40%
and the negative is 60%. In the cosmic, 70% is positive and 30% negative. In
the divine, 99% is positive and 1%
negative.
As is well-known,
the positive energy creates positive actions and the negative energy creates
negative actions. Positive energies do not weigh on our mind, but in the case
of negative energies, it is not so. The
Spirit we are dealing with so far, is from the divine level which contains the
highest positive energy. All the manifestations
which came from the Spirit have more negative energy if they are from the
earthly level, less if they are from the cosmic level , and almost nil at the divine level.
Any earthly level material carries therefore more negative
energy and hence, it has got weight, though it is a manifestation from the
Spirit. For example, all the everyday objects that we use in this world have
arisen from earthly energies. All the things that we are not able to see with
our eyes, but can be experienced by other sense organs are from cosmic energy.
The rest, which is without any form or
attributes and cannot be experienced by our sense-organs, is from the divine
energy. The only thing available from this
divine energy is the “Spirit” and its accompanying qualities. This
spirit is available in us as the soul which has abundant positive energy. When
we activate the soul, or shall we say, spiritualize a person, this highest
positive energy starts emerging from him and can give only positive qualities.
For the spiritual practice, use of negative energies is
discouraged for reducing the negative qualities. Use of positive energies is ideal for
enhancing the positive qualities as well as for extinguishing the negative
qualities. An atom bomb is full of negative energy, whereas a foetus has the maximum positive energy. This
positive energy only is expanding during spiritual practice and it may help the
material body (or the carrier) of the foetus, though the same is created from
negative energy. This expanding positive energy will slowly wash out
automatically all the negative energies in us.
When the
practitioner becomes capable of receiving the highest positive energy of the ultimate
or origin (energy-less energy), the mergence happens automatically with the energy-less
spirit, which is constituted by 100% purity. Thus, the positive energy remains
till we merge with the Spirit. The spirit or Ultimate has the maximum positive
energy and when our inner soul matches with the condition of that, it can merge
with ‘It’ automatically, whereby the soul is liberated for ever.
16. DISCIPLINE OF LIFE
Life is the time between birth and death. Only the duration
of life differs from manifestation to manifestation. When the soul traveled
from one
manifestation to another, it took a number of years and at last, reached the
form of a human body through evolution. Therefore human life is the most
suitable for spiritual progress, as compared with all other manifestations till
date.
As discussed earlier, human life started from the Fifth
Sense* onwards and today through the NC System, the practitioner’s Seventh
Sense* has been opened. Although common perception claims that our life is only
for enjoying this evanescent material world, spirituality affirms that our life
should be largely utilized for liberating the soul, which remains trapped
inside the human cage for ages.
Human life consists of requirements on many spheres, viz.,
Social, Economical, Mental and Physical. These requirements comprise both
duties and responsibilities, the main aspects of which are given below:-
Duties of human beings –
Social
1) We
have to earn for our living or support the
earning members.
2) We have to be inter-dependent in our social
life.
3) We
may have to help others for their living.
4) We
may have to associate with others, in their sufferings and failures.
5) Whenever
anything happens, in front of our eyes,
resulting in a social degradation,
we have to
understand its consequences and try
our level
best to desist the same so that it
does not recur.
Duties of human beings - Economic
1)
We should limit our expenses to our earning.
2) We
should try to uplift the downtrodden, in case
we are economically fit to do it.
3) We
have to see the nation at large for its
economical development and we should
be the
participants in the same.
4) We
must study the genuineness of need and offer
need-based help.
Duties of human beings - Mental.
1) We
must always try to live with positive attributes.
2) We
should keep our mind pure so that we can
practise spirituality for the sake
of liberating the
soul.
3) Mental
happiness is the right of every human
being; but for that sake, we should
not hurt
others.
4) We
must be having only positive thoughts all the
time and create positive qualities
in our life.
5) We
should avoid heaviness of mind and always
try to keep the mind in blankness.
Duties of human beings –
Physical.
1) God has given us a body, which has to be kept
physically fit, all the time. This
physical body
alone can help us to practice
spirituality and also
to live in this material world.
2) Our physical body is given by God to help
others
physically, based on their needs and
emergencies, irrespective of the
status that we are
maintaining. Then only taking birth
in a human
body is worthwhile.
3) We need not give undue value to the physical
features, appearance and
presentation, but must
give importance to maintain a
healthy body.
All the manifestations have a period of existence. Every
manifestation has got a discipline, under which its life is governed. Some main
aspects of human discipline are highlighted below, so that the practitioner of
Nature Consciousness adheres to the same, to support himself in his spiritual
practice: -
1) We must understand the purpose of life.
2) We must be humane to the humanity.
3) We must try to love our own people first, and
next,
others.
4) We must evaluate: -
a) our strengths and weaknesses in terms of our
relationship with our brothers,
sisters & relatives.
and
b) our
knowledge in spiritual and material life.
5) Knowing
our strengths and weaknesses, we can
help the human race on its social,
physical,
mental and material needs.
6) We
must try to speak the truth.
7) We
must avoid vengeance, hatred, prejudice,
jealousy, cheating, greed, etc.
8) We
must avoid commitments; at the same time,
we must strictly follow our
commitments.
9) We
must be straightforward in our
communications, and should not give
value to
rumors.
10) We
must try to know the truth before making
our own judgment.
11) We
must select good people as our friends.
12) We
must avoid taking gross foods like liquor,
meat, etc., which will spoil our
mental
capacities and our health.
13) We
must try to live in the simplest way, and our
surplus material things should be
given to the
needy.
14)
We must live in the present and forget the past.
15)
Let us believe that our future is in the hands
of our own inner Spirit.
16)
We must try to create a peaceful atmosphere
at our home.
17)
Let us not criticize any religion or its
practices.
18)
We must try to experience the effect of our
spiritual practice, every now and
then.
19)
We must connect to our inner Spirit, in case of
difficult situations.
20) Let
us improve our way of language, approach
and presentation, so that others can under
stand us properly, without being
hurt.
21) We
must identify our responsibilities and
duties.
22)
We must try to live a self-contented life.
23)
All our thoughts should be connected to
our inner Spirit.
24)
Imagine, every action of ours is under the
orders of our inner Spirit.
25)
We must accomplish good qualities and good
thoughts.
26)
We must avoid unnecessary arguments.
27)
Let us connect to our inner Spirit, whenever we
want to react in a rough or bad
manner.
28) We
must totally avoid all the bad qualities.
29) We
must try to teach our children the spiritual
way of life and also as to how to
apply
spirituality in our material life.
30) Let
us bring up the children with love and
affection, and see that they also reciprocate
the
same.
31) We
must understand that the elderly people are
going to leave the world earlier and
hence try to
accommodate them in our way of life.
32) We
must not laugh at others and criticize their
weaknesses.
33) We
must not remind the disabled of their
disability.
34) We
must invoke patience as a main part, in our way of life.
35)
We must not underestimate others.
36)
We must live in harmony and let the other
beings also live in harmony.
When we lead our life with discipline in a
spiritual system, our mind, body and soul get purity and through this purity,
we can elevate ourselves to higher spiritual and mental conditions. Maintaining
purity, both in body and mind, is one of the criteria for spiritual progress.
Hence, without discipline, human life faces failures and disappointments and
creates sorrowful conditions in the practitioner’s minds. Anybody who follows
the above-mentioned ‘life discipline’** can achieve worthy results in life,
besides peace and happiness.
17. OBEDIENCE TO THE NATURE
When creation started, the first thing to
come out from the Ultimate was the Nature that we are seeing today. This Nature
had many manifestations, without the soul inside. As dealt with already, the
Consciousness of the Nature works through the core of the material in these
inanimate things.
All these manifestations from the Nature
Consciousness were available in this earth, before the first soul descended
into the first manifestation. These manifestations are created for the
livelihood and utilization of the souls embodied in different forms. Plants,
rivers, mountains, and all other material things exist in this universe only
for the holistic utility of these embodied souls, among one another.
Among the many manifestations of the
universe, the human being is using the senses to identify the Nature and has
found, in the process, that many products available in this Nature could
provide him comforts and facilities.
When he found that these resources from the Nature are for his utilization,
he also recognized that he is required to share these with the other
manifestations like animals, birds and other creatures. As long as the human
being is able to share the natural resources, along with the other
manifestations in the Nature, he need not bother about any discomfort or any
imbalance in his life.
Geographically every manifestation has the
right to live in this Nature or earth, utilizing the available resources. When
we strive to live in harmony with nature, we must allow other manifestations
also to live in this universe. As a human manifestation with the Fifth, Sixth
and Seventh Senses, we must help the Nature in everyway. The Nature will always
help us reciprocally.
We have dealt with the human discipline
and life, in the preceding Topic. This discipline should not hurt the Nature at
any cost. Destroying the natural resources or denying these facilities to other
manifestations is a crime. Nature Consciousness cannot work and produce results
on such people who plunder, pollute or exploit the Nature.
Practitioners of the NC System should
understand that this Nature Consciousness is available everywhere in the Nature
or universe, and is also available in them as souls. As such, when they
cooperate with the Nature’s manifestations, the Nature will provide more power
through the Nature Consciousness in them to activate their souls. This
gradually makes geographical harmony possible among all the manifestations of
the Nature, i.e., each creation can be in peaceful existence, everywhere in
this universe.
18. COOPERATION AS
A HUMAN BEING
The society of human beings includes some
of the manifestations like pet animals and creatures. These manifestations depend
on us for their survival. One human being helping another is very common. But
helping a different manifestation which is surviving because of the human
being, should be our duty.
Among human beings, we have to remove the
prejudices and create brotherhood as well as love for the upliftment of the
human society. As a human being, we have certain individual family and societal
duties to perform and at the same time, we have to cooperate with Nature.
Cooperation is essential as far as the NC practitioner is concerned, in order
to eliminate his distance or discrimination between one manifestation and the other. Living naturally is the best form
of cooperation that we can offer in this human life. This kind of cooperation
is required to be given to your guide and to the system of practice.
Without our cooperation, merely practicing
the NC System may not yield results and hence, cultivating a habit of
cooperation among the practitioners, human beings, animals, creatures as well
as birds and natural things, is a MUST.
When we say cooperation to the Nature, it also includes cooperating with
the guide and the system, so that it will help the practitioner spiritually as
well as materially.
19. FAITH AND PRACTICE
Faith is a product of the mind. Faith is
created by human beings, either through indoctrination in dogmatic ways or
through experiences. Faith does not promise anything, because it has nothing to
receive or give back.
Generally, we create faith on any object
or person, due to our liking. If we do not like the object or the person, we
hesitate to create faith on that entity. So, faith is created from the human
mind towards something and not vice versa. Quality of faith varies depending on
individual requirements and needs. When we speak of faith in God, it is only a
feeling but does not have any value by itself. God never expects us to create
faith in Him, because He does things naturally, irrespective of our faith.
Though some of us may assign value to this kind of faith, it can get diluted
because of failures and disappointments in the course of traveling along the
path of faith. If faith is created on a wrong basis, only we are responsible
for the failure and not that person.
Creating faith is a positive quality but this must be carefully utilized,
otherwise the same thing may lead even to disaster.
Spiritual practices of today demand faith in the practice
and further warn that the related system will not work on the practitioner, if
he fails to create faith on the system. Science and technology do not work on
faith, but on positive thinking only. If any spiritual system is scientific, it
never demands faith from the practitioner but gives the effect through his
sincere and dedicated practice alone.
NC System
does not compel anyone to have any faith towards the system, because it guarantees
to give the effect automatically on sincere practice and
discipline. If any faith is going to help an aspirant in practicing the system
committedly, it is welcome. Faith sometimes works as a motivating force in us,
when we find difficulties and failures in our spiritual practice as well as
life.
20. DETACHMENT AND
ATTACHMENT
When the
Universal Spirit starts functioning in us, with the help of the NC System, our
inner spirit is activated resulting in expansion. This expansion is pertaining
to the soul only, not to the body. All the
attachments today, in this world, are related to body level only. Me, my
family, my profession, my properties, my name, my money, etc., are connected to
‘me’ only. These attachments have no value, as far as the inner spirit is
concerned. That does not mean that the NC practitioner should avoid all these
attachments. What he has to feel is that these attachments are the attached
ones of the inner spirit only.
Though material is directly detached from the
inner spirit, it has got an indirect connection towards inner spirit. Once the
‘you’ is able to feel the truth that the real owner of this body and the
attachments to the body is only the spirit inside you, and not your ‘I’, then
the attached objects pertaining to ‘you’ become detached from the ‘I’ and
indirectly belong to the inner spirit.
Though the
inner spirit is not bound by the attachments of your ‘I’, it becomes
responsible automatically, when your ‘I’ is negated to the maximum. Thereby,
all the attachments of your ‘I’ remain as they are, though they are detached
from your ‘I’ but continue to be taken care of automatically by your inner
spirit, according to the needs.
In this NC System, we do not advise the
practitioner to detach anything for the sake of spiritual progress, because he
can experience himself, on
continuous practice of the system, as to how the attachments gradually and
naturally become detachments, but the condition of these attachments remain the
same.
Practitioner
is suggested to give importance to the soul or the inner spirit, rather than
his ‘I’, though it is only the ‘I’, which practices the system and gives the
benefits to his soul for its expansion. After some days of sincere practice,
the practitioner can enjoy the freedom of detachment but at the same time, he
also experiences the freedom of the soul inside in its progressive expansion.
21. NATURAL SPIRITUAL PROGRESS
When the
human being took birth in this universe, Nature started working to activate the
soul in him for its progress. But, because the soul was covered by the
samskaras, the Nature could not penetrate inside the human being to activate
the soul. From the ancient times, many spiritual persons have attempted to
penetrate into the soul so that it could be activated. Various methods have
been applied but they could not yield the expected results.
Activating
the soul should have been a natural process, but for the samskaras acting as a
hindrance. There were natural methods in the ancient past to activate the soul.
But only a few could do that, because of non-availability of required purity.
If the samskaras were not creating a hindrance on the path of the soul for its
progress, the soul would have naturally evolved without any practice. Earlier
systems could not really find out the reason for the non-expansion of the soul.
The Great Masters like. Shri Lalaji
Maharaj* and Shri Babuji Maharaj** are the saints who detected that only the
samskaras surrounding the human soul
were preventing the soul from its expansion
and that the removal of these samskaras would naturally cause the soul’s
expansion.
In the NC
System, a simple practical method is prescribed as the spiritual path towards
the Nature. This system has to be practiced to activate the soul for its
expansion, until the Spirit inside the soul takes over this work***. Once the
Spirit takes charge of our soul’s expansion, further practice is not necessary.
The progress then happens very naturally and the journey of the soul continues
towards the Ultimate in a natural way. Thus, the expansion of the soul happens
very naturally, along with the natural spiritual progress.
22. NATURAL LIVING
AND ALIGNMENT WITH THE
NATURE
Millions
of years ago, all the manifestations of the universe were living naturally.
There was harmony among the manifestations and they were having freedom to
live, with natural peace. As a manifestation with the availability of Fifth
Sense, human beings started creating samskaras on account of their own actions.
These samskaras created further samskaras and desires in the mind of human
beings. Desires are a continuous complex that the human beings are possessing
even today. When the samskaras were very little, human beings did not get away
from the Nature totally, but at later ages, they started withdrawing gradually from the Nature.
Understanding
the Nature and serving the Nature were the best things these human beings were
doing millions of years ago. As long as human beings do not disturb the natural
energy, natural calamities will not occur., or else a special intuitive
capacity will be developed in the persons who are all aligning with the Nature,
to help them escape from such natural
calamities.
As the most advanced manifestation, human
beings should not indulge in destroying natural things and Nature’s energies.
They can thus protect themselves from their own degradation. As long as the
human beings do not understand the Nature and its power, they may have to
continue their struggle to live in this world, without the Nature’s help.
In the NC
System, we are enabled to bring the Nature’s power directly into our soul to
get it activated and the result is our transformation. This transformation
happens very naturally, after short duration of practice. Every NC practitioner
will attain the capacity to live naturally, without complaining about the
Nature. When we become one of the members of the Nature, where is the question
of complaint ? We will acquire the
capacity to restore the natural things, wherever it is deemed necessary
and at the same time, we will improve our own efficiency in accepting the
Nature as It is.
23. CHARACTER FORMATION
Among all the manifestations, human beings are the only
species in which every individual is having a different character. Every other
species has a common distinctive pattern of character or behavior, for all its
members taken collectively.
Why is the individual character different only in the human
species ? This is the real trouble we are facing today, and this is precisely
why people are discriminated as good and bad. The samskaras arise due to one’s
own actions and become a continuous process of creating energy towards one’s
life, resulting in the difference in one’s individual pattern of character and behavior.
When similar actions are repeated, the same samskaras are formed, and the
samskaras which are continuous in their formation transform into tendencies.
These tendencies are the thickest samskaras which cannot be
removed through ‘bhog’ (by undergoing their good or bad effects). As such, one
has to live with the same throughout one’s life. When these tendencies are
continuous in formation, they get transformed into character. This character
also continues to be persistent in every life, thereby liberation does not
happen to these human beings.
When a human being applies his mind to acquire positive
qualities, the negative part of the samskaras that are controlling his life
loses its character of negativity and gets converted into positive samskaras
and later on, as positive energies. If he has failed to create positive
qualities or to practice any spiritual system which can create positive
qualities, he may suffer only deaths and births continuously. Hence, acquiring
positive qualities is a must to make this birth as the last.
Since the
character cannot be changed by ordinary spiritual practice, because of the
thickness and weight of the samskaras, one may have to apply one’s own mind on
converting the character as positive by utilizing the positive qualities.
Ordinary spiritual practices do not guarantee transformation of character. But
it can happen gradually or very slowly, when one comes out of the grip of the
samskaras which created one’s
character.
In the NC
System, the highly positive power of the Spirit is injected into the
practitioner’s soul. The heat produced during the soul’s expansion starts
burning the samskaras, whether they are ordinary samskaras, or tendencies or
character. At a particular stage, the practitioner finds himself weightless
with a transformed character, with all the positive qualities. This is
because he extricates himself from the grip of the samskaras.
Positive
qualities are indispensable for a
spiritual practitioner, otherwise positive character cannot be formed.
If this positive character is already
available in the aspirant, utilization of the
NC System takes him to further level of understanding the Nature very
easily, and gradually he realizes the Nature or God.
Since the
NC System is working directly on the soul, the soul is able to radiate positive
energy from early stages of practice. After some duration of practice, when the
soul is heated up and expanded by the Nature
Consciousness, it starts delivering positive energies in the form of positive
qualities permanently and that becomes the practitioner’s sublime character.
24. ACTIVATING
THE POSITIVE ENERGY
A
spiritual aspirant must always be in the trail of acquiring positive energy,
because the energy available inside
the Spirit is only positive. But, the outward
energies from the Spirit are both positive and negative. This positive energy
in the Spirit is also available inside us in the form of soul.
In the NC
System, the non-activated spirit inside our soul gets energized and activated
through transmission of the Nature Consciousness. As the movement starts inside
the soul, it starts expanding. When the quality of the soul (i.e., positive
quality derived from positive energy) which was dormant
earlier, is activated through transmission, the effect gets reflected in the
carrier of the soul, i.e., the “I” of the practitioner, resulting in his
positive transformation. These positive energies constituting only purity start
working on his negative energies accumulated as samskaras, tendencies and
character. If the flow of this purity is
continuous from his soul, then
positive energy will
be spread throughout his mind and the mental blocks
will be removed. The benefit of spreading the positive energy into the mind is
the germination of love towards the Nature and its creations, and thereby living
naturally. A selfless condition will be derived from this positive energy and
the practitioner will start enjoying the life, living alongside with the other
species. All his negative qualities like fear, prejudice, misconception,
inhibition, vengeance and greed can be removed by this abundant flow of positive
energy.
By
constant practice of the NC System, positive energy starts spreading into the
outside world through him. Because of his frequent presence with other persons,
they will also be converted into positive human beings. People may enjoy spending
time with such individuals so that they receive the positive energy, even
without their knowledge, thereby, every presence of his, shall create positive
reformations in this universe.
25. SELF - REALIZATION
At the time of creation, the souls descended in the first
manifestation, with the ‘self’. At that time, the self was too weak to help in its
further expansion. This Self continued its journey through various
manifestations and reached into human form, being the latest manifestation, and
the last, as far as evolution is concerned.
When the Self entered into human form, it should have got
liberation from this manifestation, but the Fifth Sense available in the first
human being could not open up to make him understand the availability of Self
or soul inside. The next evolved human being with the Sixth Sense could know by
research, through his spiritual practice, that an energy is available inside
him, because of which only he is alive. This energy was later on understood as
the ‘atman’ or soul, and further research revealed that this soul is part of
the Spirit, from which every soul has descended.
The Sixth Sense of the human being was really not utilised
by many people to give liberation to the soul. But a few are there whose
spiritual practice could really support their soul in its expansion, to the
extent of clearing the samskaras in order to avoid further births to the soul,
as physical manifestations on this earth. That (avoidance of rebirths) also did
not give
opportunity to the Self or soul to get liberated from the astral body of human
being. Sometimes, the soul lost opportunities to take birth, through which
further evolution could have been possible.
Depletion of samskaras from the astral body is very very slow as compared to
that from a human body. Complete elimination of samskaras is a pre-requisite
for the liberation of soul from all the bodies *.
This being the situation today, there is an urgent need of
a spiritual system which can activate the Self or soul to create further
expansion towards the Ultimate or Spirit. The NC System came into being only
because of the need of the hour and it can surely help the soul effectively in
its fast expansion for continuing its journey towards the Ultimate. This
continuous journey helps the Self to reach a stage of losing itself to the
Spirit or in other words, gives the Self
a permanent liberation from all the cages of
manifestations.
Once one realizes the principle of liberation of the Self
through one’s spiritual practice, one is called a realized soul or
Self-Realized person. This experience of
Self-Realization only can lead one to further
journey towards the Ultimate,
practicable in this very life itself.
26. NATURE -
REALIZATION
When we start practicing the NC System, our soul begins to
receive its essence which stimulates the inactive spirit inside our soul and
hence, this inner spirit starts expanding. This spirit is nothing but a part of
the Universal Spirit available throughout this Universe. This inactive Spirit
does not have the power to activate our soul inside. When a capable human being
who is advanced in spirituality draws down the power of this Universal Spirit,
he can activate the practitioner’s soul through the capacity of his own
expanded soul. Here lies the importance of
having a living special personality of such a caliber.
The nature (the various manifestations we see around) which
we are experiencing has automatic birth and death and is systematically
controlled through its Consciousness. The principle whereby old constantly
gives way to the new occurs all round us in every sphere of life due to this
Consciousness. This activity happens automatically in nature as per
requirements and necessity for creation and destruction.
But humans block the functioning of this evolutionary
principle because of our negative samskaras which prevent the universal consciousness
from entering into our souls to activate it for expansion. When our souls are
thus distracted due to our own samskaras, the inside nature of our fully
positive spirit cannot reflect in our daily life, and we are thereby left with
no other alternative but to function as “I” with its share of positive and negative
qualities.
Once we
are able to know the inside nature of our spirit and realize the same, then we
are in the process of realizing our true Nature.
Realization
of the Nature is possible only when we negate the “I” from our own activities
and allow the spirit to take charge of our life. Then, we will be in a position
to know the real nature of our soul because of our own cooperation. At this
stage, it will be revealed that the
nature of our inner spirit is the same as the nature of the Universal Spirit.
This is called Nature Realization.
27. LIBERATION OF
THE SOUL AND MERGING
By the
regular practice of the NC System, the practitioner starts experiencing the
reflective qualities of the Nature. This reflective quality is nothing but
emitting positive energy and positive qualities. This emission of positive
energies continues from the soul of the practitioner, while his soul is
expanding.
When the
soul starts expanding in the highest velocity, it reaches a stage matching with
the spiritual condition of the Universal Spirit. It is not very easy for the
practitioner to reach this stage, because a total negation of the “I” is
required from his side. After reaching this stage, the condition of the spirit
inside the soul becomes equivalent to the condition of the Universal Spirit.
This can happen during one’s lifetime and one can then wait for the moment of
the liberation of the soul from one’s body. This condition can be experienced
by the practitioner by a feeling of his non-existence in this world. Though
‘he’ is dead to the world, he is living. This is because of his total negation of
“I” from his activities, but at the same time, he has transferred his life to
his spirit inside, by his reliance on this spirit completely.
As is
generally understood, liberation means liberation of the soul from the human
physical body to avoid further births. But the liberation of the soul from all
the bodies* only can make the soul freed from all its commitments. When the
soul of an advanced spiritual person is released from all the bodies at the
time of his death, then it reaches the highest plane, since it has acquired the
Universal Spirit’s condition. This fully expanded soul will be available in
this Universe as a separate entity, with the spirit inside matching the
Universal Spirit’s condition, and can merge with the Universal Spirit at any
time, as decided by the Nature. After the soul’s essence merges with the
Universal Spirit, it loses its total capacity and is made available in this
Universe, until the great dissolution (Maha pralaya).
If the
merging has not happened, then this particular fully expanded soul which is
available as a separate entity will be utilized by the Nature as a
special power to the Universe or for Universal expansion.
APPENDIX - 1
BENEFITS FROM
THE PRACTICE OF THE
NC SYSTEM
When one adopts the
NC System completely, he is benefited in
many ways. Only some benefits are cited below. These benefits accrue
progressively to the sincere and
dedicated practitioner. depending upon
the level of purity acquired by him in his character , conduct and the mind
. The effect will be maximum when one is
able to maintain a blank mind and also
conscientiously cooperates by acquiring
and maintaining the positive qualities.
1. Worries or
agitation will not affect the mind . It
will be at peace and tranquillity, even amidst activities.
2. As the
dormant energy will be
activated by this
practice, it will lead
to expansion of mind
resulting in clear understanding, constructive
thinking and positive action .
3. One will be able
to accept life as it is, in the ‘here and now’ condition . He is neither
carried away by success / joy , nor disheartened by failure /
disappointment , unlike an ordinary person .
4. Professionals, ladies and housewives will derive
more inner strength. Their normal
life will have
peace and happiness. When
many members in the
family adopt this
System, the atmosphere in the
house will be filled with more love and harmony, since the NC energy
is connected with divine love. Eventually, this will result
in the positive
reformations in the society, when this System is adopted by a large number of
families.
5. Because of the
positive energy working intensively all the time, students will get benefit in their studies, due to brain development and increase in the level of concentration.
6. Acquiring abundant
positive energy leads
to removal of negative qualities
such as fear, inhibition, prejudice,
vengeance, greed, etc. One’s
inner strength will increase, and
courage develops to find
solutions to life’s problems.
7. Persons having
criminal or corrupt
tendencies, but sincerely
want to reform themselves, can get
transformed through the
practice of this System.
8. By resolute and
relentless practice of this System, the practitioner can get ‘That’/‘Tatva’ in himself and experience
the presence of the Ultimate always. He will be able to apply spirituality on
all walks of life. He
will treat every creation of the
Nature equally. He will not mind about criticism. He cannot harm or disturb others. Such a person will not
become a burden to the society.
9. His actions will
be only appropriate.
10. He will
attain a capacity to live naturally, without any complaint. He will give value to the needs rather than
wants. He will identify his own way
for a simple life, without
getting attached to luxuries. In other words, he can be rich
without feeling conscious of affluence
or he can be poor without feeling conscious of poverty. This is how the
practice of the
NC System transforms people to be
self - sufficient within themselves.
APPENDIX - 2
NEED FOR
THE INNER STRENGTH
In this
modern age, our busy lifestyle seldom helps us to improve our capacity for
balancing our life. In these circumstances, we must be able to balance our life, without tension and stress. At the same time, for the
sake of our livelihood, we also have
to live
with these worldly transactions, i.e., with the accompanying stress and
tension.
When the
incapacity develops in us, or more precisely, when we feel the over-usage of
our physical and mental faculties, we tend to get stress and strain. In this
modern era, it is inevitable to avoid over-usage of our faculties. This
naturally leads to lack of satisfaction, since we have not improved our power
to perform in a way commensurate with the increasing demands made on our job or
family life. How to develop more capacity and faculty to fulfil our requirement
in every facet of life so that we can avoid the stress and strain? Wherefrom is
this help possible, on a continuing basis?
We have
really forgotten that there is an ‘inner essence’ in us, which is not utilized
so far. If we are able to identify this
inner essence , we can make use of it as
our guide. When once we are able to awaken and activate this inner essence
through silentation , we get the ability to get connected to the inner source of energy to get knowledge , wisdom , courage
, inner strength and guidance in all aspects of worldly existence and spiritual life .
